Good day, everyone! I'm Maarten (MandelSoft), from the Netherlands. Let me introduce myself properly with the following questions "What are your interests?" I've been a (moderate) brony since the time inbetween season 1 and 2, but that's not my only "oddity"; I'm also a moderate Trekkie, a full-blown SimCity 4 fan (and modder!),road geek, fan of ThatGuyWithTheGlasses.com and I like geofiction and music (especially rock and trance). Besides that, I'm also quite fond about things involving science and engineering and I'm currently studying Civil Engineering at the Delft University of Technology. "Hey, have I seen you around somewhere before, right?" Some of you may know me from SimTropolis or SC4devotion.com, where on both sites I'm quite prominently present. I'm also active on some dutch sites, namely Wegenforum.nl and Atlantisgeo.nl. You can also find me on YouTube (most stuff there is SimCity 4 related) and Soundcloud "So, what are your talents?" Well, I can compose some electronic music. I do this with FL Studio 10, but this is not pony-related. You can find some some of my tracks. I also do some modeling with 3D Studio for SimCity 4. Besides that, I'm also quite talented when it comes to vector image editing with InkScape. I've done various things with it for example: Map making: Directional signage replica's and design Textures for SimCity 4 (most notable: Euro Textures for the RHW 5.0)So, why not ponies? Well, two days ago, I gave it a try again and I'm quite happy with the result: No doubt I have some creativity (though I have to think of a good pony alter ego name...) Any other things to note? Yes. I have autism and in combination with dutch habits, I might be quite directly to the point in my comments and I may look more harsh than I meant to. I'll do my best to avoid this from happening.
