If I talk to someone a lot, I can get pretty worried that I'm annoying them

I know the feeling, but don't worry about it. You can always just ask them if they need space.

I usually do, but even if they say 'Na, you're fine!' I still tend to worry. If I feel like I'm being annoying I usually just don't talk to them for a little while, unless they decide to talk to me.
