If they lack the technology, then that's just contradicting what the original poster wrote. He/she suggested they would probably have better technology than us. -

This reminds me of a fad on another forum that just got shut down by the mods recently after a few hours. Everyone was making a "fan club" thread for their favorite pokemon. Which is Lucario in my case. -

Wait what? A whole flame war didn't start? These forums rock! And now that you say that, I understand. But still, the older stars might have never been able to form life or whatever, and only the newer ones did, leaving us the oldest and most advanced. -

Red is what I am trying to counter. I don't think either should be scared though. Why would we even try to kill them if they don't kill us? If they were hostile too, why wouldn't they come here already to expand their empire of planets or solar systems? -
