One thing I like about Ethan and Hila is how you can see legitimate love between them. Even in the regular videos, you can see how happy they are together laughing at whatever they're memeing about or something.

That without any cheesy kissing scenes and/or gifts, chocolates, or cheesy stuff like that.  

The drug dealer video is much more romantic than any romantic story I've ever heard anywhere.
