I too thought Fluttershy coulda been a little less of a super kind pushover. Honestly though, The Stare balanced everything out for me. Gave her a bit of much needed power, even though you only really see it once. I have to agree that the "assertiveness training" episode could have carried over a bit. I guess that's why I love anime so much, because the character progression actually keeps and doesn't reset per episode like your standard cartoon. -

I like to think I'm talented in a lot of areas. Yet, my cutie mark would most likely be a sword of some kind. I can do a lot of things, but the cutie mark should also be something you love to do and I love swordplay more than anything else in the world. -
This stuff. Especially the Daring Do part. Wouldn't it be cool if she was a real pony? Then she could visit ponyville for an adventure in Everfree and Rainbow Dash could be like "Omgosh omgosh omgosh" and then we could all smile. Lol. Extra yes to the two-part not centered on Twilight. I find it easy to relate to Fluttershy's likes/dislikes and have a similar shy personality.

I play online games (PC) with a large community that I helped start. I started with subtle references to the show, then proceeeded to link videos, then just generally talking about it in the open. None of them were even remotely interested. Tried and failed. Still a story.

Hey everyone. I'm pretty super new to MLP, only started watching it about a month ago, and only just finished season 3 last week. Guess I like it enough to embed myself into the community. My name is Daniel but I go by OtakuFox. I'm 22. Currently working as a "media developer". Music, graphics, animation and such. I can't do 2-D art, but I'm pretty good at 3-D stuff. I use Blender for pretty much all of my graphical design/animation and Native Instruments + Cakewalk for my music. Fluttershy is my favorite. I think that's all I have. Questions welcomed. <3
