We all know the so-called abomination that was Season 3. Season 4 has gotten to a good start, so here's my question to you: Has S4 changed your opinion of S3 for better or for worse?

Exactly WHY are we complaining about the YouTube comments system? It's a slight annoyance, yes, but I don't mind it at all. The thing that REALLY ticks me off is how Vevo keeps trying to cover up the censorship on songs. Sometimes hilarious, sometimes absolutely frustrating.

Ya I wouldn't work with this guy.  He doesn't fit your style.  Did you want him to sing the whole thing or was he doing a  backup/duet type thing?

I was gonna do a group song, almost like when those artists came together for Haiti. If anybody wants to get involved in this, just PM me and I can hook you up. At least I'll have an actual REASON to ditch him instead of getting into a huge fight with him.

This doesn't sound offensive at all, but THIS must be the deleted song from The Lion King, "No One Cares"! I thought it could have been written in if Timon and Pumbaa were originally villains in the movie and thought about their actions. Or maybe it is the song of the Main Villain Six!

Anyway, @Discount_Flunky, I was originally going to ask him what he had expected from a song called "Outcasts", but didn't wanna tick him off more. I also had to tell Keypassion, the guy doing the instrumentals, that we might have to do something lighter if we had to change the lyrics. He wasn't exactly pleased with the news, either. Kodo was also a bit teed off when I told him this is one of my cleanest songs. I also might get more controversy for what I was thinking for the cover art of my debut album. Not gonna go into details about that.

His name is Kodokuna, and I don't believe he's on this forum. I PM'd him after he said his voice was too deep but I told him it was fine and asked if he was still interested. He said yes, but wanted to see the lyrics first, so I showed him. When in chat, he privately told me the lyrics were too dark and that I should change them to a more lighter tone. After I tried to defend the lyrics, things started going downhill.

This is gothic rock music, the original song was a mix of "One-X" by Three Days Grace and "Hollow Life" by KoRn. Yeah, I kind of did this after some fans were complaining about AliTwi and EqG, etc. and me feeling like I was caught in the middle and as an "outcast", hence the title. As for the death threats, he thought that some lyrics were dark and I'd get death threats from bronies claiming I'd be as bad as the author of Cupcakes, I was way too harsh on bronies, etc. Anyway, he also flipped s*** when I told him that there mods on a forum I posted the lyrics on didn't give me any trouble about it.

The guy threatened to back out unless I changed the lyrics saying that I was practically ASKING for death threats, just to give a little more info.

Yeah, so somepony on a different forum who wanted to help record this song told me that this song was demeaning to bronies. Kepp in mind, this was originally not supposed to have anything to do with MLP. But I'm wondering, if I were to record it as is, would it be deemed offensive to bronies at all?

I was thinking of making a tribute album for KoRn and I was wondering is it actually OK to do this kind of thing? Don't worry, I'll be asking KoRn to use their music for it.

I'd actually get more crap for some songs I've written if I recorded them and actually put them on YouTube. Mostly because I make fun of some part of the fandom, be it Derpy fans or people who are ticked off about Faust leaving the show. So you're safe from criticism.

Is it just me or does it seem that Billy Talent doesn't have any talent at all? My friend told me this one, so don't give me s*** for it.

One of the VERY few electronic bands I like. But isn't Becoming Insane about 7 and a half minutes long, not 3 and a half? If not, I just got a bad mp3.

I've always gotten weird looks when I've told people I'm autistic so this comes as no surprise to me at all. I bet you somewhere in the world this sort of thing is happening:

Trust me, I've actually had this happen to me right in my face. No surprise they want Derpy gone.

I've actually listened to Kid A... Radiohead wasn't revolutionary and this album completely tore me away from them. Not exactly a band that should be up there with Black Sabbath or Metallica by a LONGSHOT.

Actually, Master of Puppets is absolutely TERRIBLE, definitely not Metallica's best song. I like the band and all, but that song I just can't like even if my life was on the line.

Not a big A7X fan myself, only got Nightmare on my mp3. Don't really appeal to me at all, but then again, I have 69 (that's the actual number) Evanescence songs on there, so I shouldn't be complaining.

Here are some of my opinions: Daft Punk should've never made a new album and Radiohead is overrated. Radiohead had a few good songs, but weren't exactly good enough to be LEGENDS IMO. As for Daft Punk, they hadn't made an album in 8 years. If you can't think of anything in that much time, I'd say it's time to get out of the business, simple as that.

Equestria Girls is going to help MLP, I like Xbox One, and Doctor Who is WAY too overrated.

This proves my earlier point about people trying to suggest that MMC was done the way she intended despite having evidence that it wasn't according to her plans.

 

I wasn't saying MMC was done the way Faust would've liked it, I was saying that there was never supposed to be S4 at all and Faust hinted that she wanted to make Twilight an Alicorn for the series finale (or at least a princess).

Oh boy, now we've got the Faust worshippers chiming in. I like how you guys complain that Hasbro bucked up the series and that it would've been so much better if Faust stayed. Anyway, Faust originally intended MMC to be the series finale, but Hasbro and DHX decided to see how long they could keep the show going. Just saying...

Don't know whether this is a bug or not, but when I was looking through the recently discussed topics list, I got the exact same topic twice. Anyone know what's going on?
