But when things don’t go exactly as planned, the girls learn that nothing is more valuable than their friendship. Spike could tell you the moral about hoarding treasure: it turns you into a giant monster that nearly destroys Ponyville. Also, who in the world would trade their Haunter? I certainly don't want a Gengar.

When Pinkie gets her own episode, the writers treat her well; when she's a secondary character, she's goofy comic relief; when she's an ancillary character, she gets Flanderized. What a weird season.

Check one special guest voice actor off of my list! I patiently await the arrival of Brad Swaile, Elias Toufexis, and Sir Patrick Stewart.
