  1. Well, it's no thanks to me, but I'm still glad I've been part of this. Even though I'm elsewhere 98.479861% of my time on computer.
  2. LOL the irony, for a group focused on love and tolerance, we're not exactly tolerant of any sort of writing other than fanfiction. XD Still, Feld0 found a way to give them the poem, so he's willing to get things done. He just needs a reminding nudge, because of IRL matters constantly buggering him, I imagine.
  3. Well, I've seen Spike stand on four legs once. But that's not how he walks, nor stands for most of the time; he's too proud, he likes to stand tall.
  4. Two nights ago, my family (I, my sis, and my parents) were chased by people in cars. We couldn't see who was inside, except one that had three clearly visible ponies driving it. I'm positive that one of them looked like RD, and I recognized him as ProjectRKA for some reason. We managed to lose them, but we barely had enough time to sleep in a hotel and... I don't know what happened after that. I think I decided to leave the others sleeping there or something, seeing the ponies (especially Project) were after me in person. You know, I think it's because Project will be making his next Stream without me, so I'm gonna feel... "wanted". I feel very important now.
  5. I find them... hip. [awesomeface] I dislike labels with a passion, I have no idea why anyone would feel the need to call someone names. Categorization is okay, but labeling is an extreme form of that. So I'm not going out of my way to express an opinion on a concept I don't even believe in. Following someone equals jumping on the bandwagon? Even if it's a very small group of people, or one single person you look up to?Even if you actually like what they do, and not because it's done by that particular group/person? I often do that, you know. Does that make me a hipster in the negative sense?
  6. Paranormal Activity and Zodiac are the only horror movies I've watched. I'm putting Zodiac cause I think it fits the category, don't know how it's officially classified but I consider it a mix of horror and thriller. Paranormal Activity looks okay, taking the time to get you attached to the characters and putting you in confidence, then slowly building up pressure until the final climax. Though for that final scene, the "theater" version is too excessive; the alternate ending creeps me out more, you don't even see what happens to the man before the woman walks in and slits her own throat with a smile. I've watched scenes and trailers of Poltergeist, Silent Hill, and the Scream movies. Poltergeist looks too ridiculous, I absolutely love Silent Hill's soundtrack, Scream seems to be an interesting enough series if the teasers are any indication of the whole. As for games, I've only watched gameplay videos since I don't have a lot of games in the first place. I'm a fan of Amnesia for the disturbing storyline (especially since it's revealed slowly as you progress through the game), and the Fatal Frame series with its eerie soundtrack. And more recently I've gotten an interest in games with puzzles. Like Haunted Manor: Lord of Mirrors, and Puppet Show 2: Souls of the Innocent for a more childish note. Unfortunately, I don't recall reading any horror books. Unless you count History or Philosophy.
  7. I feel so terrible for missing everypony's birthdays, I'm gonna follow this thread.
  8. Cars honking because the street I live on is congested for the 9347591975903rd time. http://mlpforums.com/public/style_emoticons/default/dry.png
  9. Then we could have a sub-board for creative writing. Or a prefix in the Everfree Forest, as with Debate. Dammit, do I have to do all the thinking...
  10. Currency rates are for dummies. And mules. Real stallions just type the number and send it.
  11. I agree with that, "fan fiction" is too restraining. If you wanna submit an MLP fan poem or an article about MLP, there's no category for that. Putting the word among the tags unter the topic title is your only option, and that won't be as eye-catching as a colored prefix. So I suggest replacing "fan fiction" with "writing", a more general name. Just as you put "music" rather than "song" (not all tunes have lyrics), and how you named a category "video" instead of "movie" (there can be PMVs or redubs). Sorry for bumping such an old thread, but I have a feeling this is not being taken seriously enough. No comment on the NEW suggestions provided, not even a refusal.
  12. As quoted from my PM to Twi: Also check the tags, cause it's true.
  13. It's dangerous to live alone. Take this!
  14. Badimo, one of Juno Reactor's darkest works. There's an interesting clay stop-motion animation after 4:20 (about 3/5 of the whole vid), such a pity that the video's poster doesn't recall where (s)he got it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-dsaWMzjKZE
  15. Keep rollin', rollin', rollin'... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NA-ST8nXl4U
  16. I understand how you feel. My father sometimes takes some salty stuff from the kitchen, where my mom keeps them to calm down her stomach issues. He says he "can't see her name written on it", but that's the lamest excuse in the world for taking what someone needs that you don't. Telling your parents is, of course, the best course of action at this point. In case you already did and your brothers are still doing it, I'll assume that: a) they can't keep your brothers' behavior in check, your brothers do that only when they're not there, or c) your parents... simply don't even care. Swoop's suggestion to put a locked container in the fridge sounds like a good idea. Unless your brothers can pick locks, or can invite a friend who can do it for them. Getting revenge (hiding something of their own, making a mess of their favorite food...) might feel good on the spot, but it won't do a lot in the long run. As for teaching "lessons" (such as putting laxatives in food leftover), it depends; they might get the message and decide to stop, or tell themselves it's just a one-time thing and keep up the bullying. And worse still, they might want to get back at you. Not that they'd be going out of their way, but they might decide to "punish" you, steal something that they weren't initially intending to take. I'm not gonna say that's your siblings' motivation because I don't know your siblings. But bullies and tyrants are generally worried that some sort of weakness will impede their dominance over their victims, moral values being among such weaknesses. Because remember, those who do things like these, usually seek the feeling of power. And if the victims try to get back, well - they must be repressed with little mercy, because mercy equals pity equals weakness.
  17. I could, if I remembered the lyrics. And of course, if I understood ALL the words instead of most.
  18. The part explaining the origin of "brony" doesn't sound good. You say the "b" is from 4chan's /b/ section, but then where'd the "r" come from? They would've been called "bony" if that was the case, or there's something you're not telling us about that /b/ section.
  19. The updated OP sez which btw was the time of both previous sessions. I decided to download Viscra's MP3 version of the first stream, and listened to it while finishing to study Plant Bio. Twice I thought I had a reply on MSN, then remembered I wasn't even on MSN. XD (edit: thrice now.)
  20. Just found this for the second time. I'm shocked that nopony mentioned: Sandra And Woo Awesome SuperPowers And a few I already mentioned in the furry thread: The Dawn Chapel (currently not so active) The Abominable Charles Christopher DMFA Ballerina Mafia Concession (finished, same artist as Ballerina)
