A couple of weeks back, I got full of piss and vinegar about there being no RTM banner; this is where I stopped, since I couldn't slap a background on it or vector it or none of that right, I gave up my little crusade here. Just thought I'd share this with y'all, even though it'll never come into fruition, I just wanted it to be known I tried :)

      Ya know what you should try? Find a ribbon vector and use it in conjunction with a clipping mask over what you have here.

       

      You'll need to put down a base color for the background, but it should hold up nicely :>

      If memory serves, it was only open for a limited amount of time. This is so that they can take the time to read everyone's input. Originally, it was going to be open every three months. But due to the amount of surveys they received, they had to push it to every six months.
