Tomorrow Saturdays and I've been trying to bring my Switch to work only to play on my lunch hour 7-8 pm so I'd be able to listen to KK sliders so on which can only be done between 6:00 p.m. and midnight. I could briefly come over during my lunch hour. Can't stay for too long though

Like I said Kirby managed to help me get past the 10 million profit Mark so I probably won't be playing the turnip game that much anymore. However if Celeste is on your Island I would like to know even though the chances that I'll be free to visit your Island are now pretty slim with me having a full-time work that keeps me busy from 3:00 in the afternoon until midnight 5 days a week

I'm exhausted from my full-time job today which I'm settling into quite well after 3 months at Walmart but I'll still tell you something awesome Basically all those months ago I thought I would never have a full-time job and yet here I am working 40 hours a week at a Walmart just 17 minutes away Now honestly I thought that I'd be working at Disneyland by now but I couldn't even make it past training due to my physical limitation that would render me working a job there very impractical to the point where HR and my trainer both agree that maybe I should wait for a better job. But in the end I made the decision to separate from Walt Disney Company because all they were offering is a part-time work and it likely would have taken a long time for them to find anything that would suit my restriction. So me taking a more long full time job at a Walmart that is much closer would be much more beneficial in the long run since I don't tire out so easily anymore. But for the short while I was technically in the employ of the Walt Disney Company from January 2020 to January 2022 it was magical being a cast member if only for a short while. Even if covid-19 never happened I likely wouldn't have made it past training anyway and would have wanted to go for a much more practical job I have right now Last time I have been to Disneyland Resort theme park, it was during a Halloween theme party in California Adventure last late September but one day I shall return to the OG Disneyland again as a Guest. Plus in the past several weeks, I am very proud of the artwork I commissioned @MidnightFire1222 to make for me all because of my new found love for the Pixar movie Luca that came out last summer. That movie had fired my imagination and I've been thinking about writing another story again that takes place in the world of Luca even if it is all just in my head at this point

Like I said it was after midnight when I turn my system back on. Like at least 2 hours after the store closed and even though technically 5:00 a.m. is when the island refreshes for the next day and you get the morning announcement from Isabel

Thanks to you I was finally able to complete the Cornering the Stalk Market Stamp card, making a grand total profit of over 10 million bells. And just a few weeks short of two full years since the game came out! Thank you so much

Well I guess if no one's going to ask me any questions I might as well just tell you a little bit about myself instead. Beside the sea monster side of me, growing up in the late 1950s and early '60s and Portorosso Italy wasn't always easy. For one thing my adopted mother was the only native English speaker due to her upbringing back in America before World War II. So even though I was raised from when I was found as the ordinary human baby, to the point where I could understand Italian and English in my mind I always think in American English. Whenever Italian words hit my ear my mind always translated into English. And it's also a reason why I'm always so shy about meeting new people since a part of me doesn't quite feel comfortable having to always speak Italian to be understood by my peers. Heck I even had a hard time talking with Guilia despite her being awesome at speaking her mind and not letting bullies like Ercole walk over her. Even though she's the daughter of my father's childhood friend and about my age, I hardly say anything to her outside of business transactions And I was always afraid how people would think about me if I were to open my mouth to speak. In a way I guess you can say I lost my voice like a certain other little sea creature. And yet when Luca and Alberto came to town, because they were initially planning only to stay in town to win the race to pay for a Vespa, I figured that since they're only going to be here for a short while, what does it matter if I say something to them and they don't like me? They'll probably just leave town when they get their Vespa and I'd never see them again anyway. To be honest this bit of logic did made it so I started to talk more often coming a bit more out of my shell. One day during training week I spent the day with Luca and another day I spent the day with Alberto getting to know them. And even though I had suspicion about what they really were, I kept all my suspicions to myself and looking back at it now it's a good thing I got to know them first as humans before discovering for sure that they were sea monsters like me. Had I known they were sea monsters like me from the very beginning I likely would have only liked them just for being Sea Monsters and not for what they really were, human or otherwise. I suppose I'll tell more about my one on one interaction with the boys some other day

Sure enough this morning on Tuesday it was 87 Bells just as it was already programmed to be when I ended up staying pass closing hours on Monday night. And then Tuesday afternoon it was 82 Bells For this week so far my price was 97 Monday morning, 92 Monday Afternoon 87 Tuesday morning, although the price was already changed to that sometime after the shop close the night before while I was still technically in the middle of talking with the twins. 82 Tuesday Afternoon So far, I might get the decreasing pattern; I might need to rely on visiting somebody else's Island

Oh my God. Apparently I discovered something about how the turnip prices work that some of you people may or may not have realized: On Monday morning the turnip price was 97 Bells. On Monday afternoon which I checked before I went to work was 92 Bells. Now I was still technically in the middle of talking with the Nook siblings dialog box open with my choices and everything before I put the game in sleep mode and went off to work by the time I got off of work it was already past midnight and way past closing for the Nook shop. So when I woke up my system from sleep mode I was still technically in the middle of talking with the twins and what did I do? I asked what the turnip prices and half expected it still say 92 since it hasn't officially been open on Tuesday morning yet. But to my surprise they said the price was 87 bells and as soon as they were finished talking with me they kicked me out saying that it's way past closing and they're done with business for the day. Apparently this means that the price was already set to be 87 Bells sometime after the shop has officially closed and I guess this means by tomorrow morning between 8:00 and 12:00 noon that 87 bills price will still be there. Did any of you other guys ever had an experience like that where you were left the game running or put in sleep mode in the middle of them talking that you were able to peek at the price the next morning? Even though the new day is not officially been renewed with new fossils, trees one day older, etc etc

Man if I'm fast enough I might be able to get home in time to see the 329 and 337 in the morning meteors. Because I get off at midnight my time and I usually get home around 20 minutes after. What's tomorrow's Tuesday and Wednesday it's basically my weekend. So if you're going to have excellent turn up prices on Wednesday afternoon at most let me know
