  1. Speaking of insects, has anyone else not had any scorpions spawn in at night? I've been booting up the game for the past two months at night and never have to worry about scorpions(which sucks because I liked the scorpions). They never spawn in anymore even after going all over my island for a few hours. I just never see them anymore, those purple beetles and tiger beetles yeah but never scorpions.
  2. Mass Effect Andromeda was actually a good game, rushed but good. As if the original Mass Effect trilogy didn't have it's own flaws? The ending of ME3, alone, ruined the series for a lot of people.
  3. I use tresemme shampoo and also use conditioner. My hair never feels like it's getting enough moisture and I can't shell out 45 dollars for good quality shampoo and conditioner that's better for my hair type.
  4. Totally forgot about this topic for a hot second!!! Anyways, I do now have a better concept of my fursona, his name is also Sage(like so many of my other ocs made in the past 5-7 years) Briar-Leaf, he's also what I like to call a "predatory elk" he has sharp teeth and claws like a predator might but he's still technically an elk it's just something he inherited from his maternal grandmother. My ponysona is also named Sage, he used to be called something else and he also used to be female but I changed that about him. Originally, He's supposed to be this big buff dude, built kinda like a strongman would be, not someone who body-builds like a certain Pegasus does. Sage is an earth pony. Both my Ponysona and my fursona represent aspects of me and things that I want to be or do. My fursona, Sage, has his own bakery because I love to bake. He's also quiet and slightly intimidating(I'm not intimidating but for some odd reason people think I'm crazy or something??????) but he's a good individual in his own way. Of course, some things are his own and not aspects of me, like he has a kid and two parents, while I don't personally want kids and my parents are divorced. I like to treat him as he's a living person in his own universe. He and most of my other OCs might have aspects of me in them but at the end of the day, they're their own person, just doing whatever in my imagination. Sage, my ponysona, is big, mostly because when I was little I wanted to be a strongman. Since I was a little girl at the time, I was swiftly told that women cannot be strongmen and that I should look elsewhere. Though I still think strongmen are cool as a trans man... Both of the Sages have similar personalities yet they do different things. Ponysona Sage is actually a wandering therapist because his goal in life is to help people with their problems.

One thing that would be a good idea, especially if you're still vegetarian, is to tell your doctor about the diet change so they can do annual blood tests for a while to make sure you're getting what you need and if you're in a place that allows it, they should also refer you to a nutritionist that could help you have a balanced diet and having the nutrition that you need. Besides B-12(which you can get through nooch), it'd also be a good idea to take an omega-6 supplement as well. Make sure you get enough protein and iron in your diet. One thing I'd suggest is spanakopita https://www.themediterraneandish.com/spanakopita-recipe-greek-spinach-pie/ <- This is the recipe I use and it's great, tastes good and lasts a while in the fridge too, highly suggest reheating what you're going to eat in the oven though. The main thing I like about having a mostly veggie diet is that I don't have to worry about meat rotting in the fridge after buying it three days ago. I used to be a vegetarian for a while but switched back to eating meat sometimes, the only meat dish I eat is this cheesesteak "homemade hot pocket" that I make sometimes. It's my weakness. I also still use beef bouillon too, it's hard to find decently priced faux-beef bouillon around here. I think for me, the reason I stopped being full vegetarian is because of the cost for faux meats and bouillon. Sure, I might not eat as much faux meats anymore since I found a love for seitan but gluten flour can get expensive if you make a lot of seitan but it's still less than how much I'd pay for meat per month.

My opinion these days on thrift stores has changed since I can go when I want to instead of being dragged there when all I want to do is be at home or on a bad day when I have pretty bad dysphoria. Anyways, I like going to the thrift store these days, it's where most(probably 95% of my wardrobe) of my clothes come from since brand new clothes in my size is hard to find and expensive. I'm trying to be more considerate of things like fast fashion these days so I try buying most of what I need(besides underthings of course) from the thrift store. Also, if it weren't for the thrift store, I wouldn't have much furniture at home either, finally got a good sofa from the thrift store(that was cleaned by some sort of in-store contraption). It's also fun looking for halloween stuff at the thrift store, one of them around me gets a steady trickle of halloween stuff donated to them so they have a section for it, nice place to find home decor.

  8. I'm pretty basic, I just like the original flavour, mostly because I don't get pringles a lot and there aren't many flavours available where I get them from.
  9. A lot, it's customary in my mom's culture to consider everyone related to you that isn't in your specific family tree a cousin. I have cousins all over the place on my reserve and I don't know how many more I have on my dad's side of the family.
  10. Finding the right therapist or counselor for you is just as important as going to therapy itself. I once had a counselor who basically blamed me for my past abuse and she told me that I should forgive and forget and he should be a bigger part of my life instead of ignoring him. Like???? He threatened to kill me, he has no place in my life anymore and his actions were NOT my fault. Just as long as people keep the fact that therapists and related workers are people too and not everyone you meet is really going to help you in a positive way. Unfortunately, a few places in the world don't allow people to "shop around" for the right therapist for them and I think it's important that we ensure people have the option of choice for finding the right therapist. I think everyone should go to therapy or group therapy at some point in their lives, we all need help sometimes and we need to take care of our mental health as much as our dental or overall physical health.
  11. Lol, guess who's drinking C O F F E E again?!? I think my main problem with coffee is finding one that's to my preferred tastes, even though coffee can be expensive to get, I found one that works out for me while still indulging my caffeine needs. I found a bean that's to my liking that doesn't taste like overly roasted charcoal and it has a smoother taste imo. It's a bean from my local bulk store and I appreciate it. It's definitely one of those things that I like to indulge in, I can also drink this coffee black but I normally prefer some sort of creamer, old habits die hard I suppose... Still don't like alcohol or anything else carbonated or fermented though and I don't think it's something I really want to try getting over, just don't like the mouth feel of any of those alcoholic, carbonated or fermented drinks.
  12. Old Spice gel deodorant sticks. They're the only ones that doesn't ruin the armpits of all of my tshirts, no matter what I do to try and prevent that from happening it always happens. The gel sticks might not last as long but at least I'm not getting rid of so many shirts anymore.

  14. Had some cake. The recipe was supposed to be brownies but I think the person who wrote the recipe doesn't really know what brownies are because it's just like a chocolate cake, not a brownie. Ah well, idk why I still have this recipe in my book but I guess it's ok with some fruit or whatever.
  15. I hated getting my periods, they REALLY sucked, especially being a trans man. I'm glad I don't really have to worry about them now that I'm on HRT. Anyways, I'd get a LOT of clots and it was so gross feeling them come out. I never really had any issues with cramps besides a few times. I haven't had a period in 3 years so I don't exactly remember the intricacies of my period. I remember having a lot of issues with gender dysphoria though, to the point I'd refuse even leaving the house because I felt so bad, like, I didn't want people to even look at me but I knew my mom would get mad at me being "dramatic" so she forced me out a lot, which just made my dysphoria even worse, thanks mom.
  16. Technically? My aunt's a part of a group that has their own bar/club, I think it was called Order of the Moose or something? My mom would take me there with her when we went to see my aunt since my aunt was normally at this bar with my uncle(she lived close to this bar so she will always go there to hang out with people and play pool). I remember my uncle would constantly ask me if I wanted a beer or something since I guess he thought people my age normally want to drink, even though I told him I didn't want to mix alcohol with my meds, I guess he forgot that part and would always ask me if I wanted a beer. I'm pretty sure it was his way of saying he cared or something? Anyways, there'd always be events there for each holiday where people can bring their kids(this club had a separate room for events while the bar was in another space), pretty sure they were events every one of the clubs part of this group had, they were ok, not really my thing though, mom insisted I go anyways.
  17. The seitan bacon I made last night that was marinading overnight, I like how I did it this time around! Just frying them up right now.
  18. I had this one dream where I was surrounded with attractive magical people, they could all turn into some sort of animal but no one knew what animal I could turn into. I wanted to impress them with something cool but I didn't know what type of animal I'd turn into. For some odd reason, most of the people around me was under the impression that I turned into a mouse and was just too shy or something when this one girl next to me put her hand on my shoulder and said "it's ok if you can only turn into a mouse, there's no shame in that" and then my alarm woke me up.
  19. I'm pretty certain that aliens exist, as for the others, they exist in their own way. Whether it be in legends or what have you. I don't know if this counts as a ghost or not but I noticed a large shadow pass my bedroom yesterday. It looked like someone walked past my window even though I'm on the second floor. I looked out my window and there weren't any large birds outside, idk what I saw but it looked like a person from the shadow's shape. It was weird, idk what I saw. Another example I can think of is when my grandma died, a lot of people on my reserve felt it, like there was a shockwave that went through my reservation, some things even broke like a seashell I found on the beach a few years before she died, it flew off a table and broke when my mom was having tea with one of her friends who wanted to do something with the shell. She still has the broken shell on her and is still dumbfounded that it broke. That sort of thing with the spiritual shockwave tends to happen when someone with a strong spirit dies on the reserve, mostly elders but some younger people too. At this point, I can't not believe in ghosts. Sometimes you can see shadows chilling out in the grave sites too but that's pretty rare to see and some people swear they've seen a ghost of a man walk along the roads every so often, mostly around this one stretch of road where the rivers meet.
  20. Feta, muenster, provolone and american are my favourites. Muenster makes for a great grilled cheese, provolone and american make for good cheese with cheesesteaks. I use feta the most since I make a lot of spanakopita with it.
  21. Bagel breakfast sandwich Plain or garlic bagel, hummus, cheese, scrambled egg, seitan bacon(or normal bacon, whatever my mood is) or maybe some deli meat of some kind and maybe spinach. Breakfast wrap(does that even count as a sandwich though?) Large burrito size tortilla, scrambled eggs, hummus, spinach, cheese, some sort of meat or faux meat like seitan, probably some garlic too idk depends on if I have garlic or not but I'd definitely season the scrambled egg with some garlic powder and black pepper at least.
  22. I like eating with chopsticks but for some odd reason I barely do even though I have a set of reusable ones that came with a case for travel.
  23. I'm considering cancelling my gym membership until a vaccine is made for COVID-19 or some other form of proper treatment. My gym is opening up again in a few days and I think it's too early to reopen, I don't want to potentially get sick from it. I want to go back to the gym but I don't think getting gains is worth getting sick over.
  24. So like, where my apartment window is situated, it's basically above this one parking lot light that attracts A LOT of bugs. One reason I hate summer is because they're always finding a way into my room when I turn on my light. This year though, I've gotten a lot of spiders in my room too, they've set their webs where the bugs normally hang out(this part of my room is covered with smears of bugs because I find it useless to clean it most of the time during summer because there's always so many bugs) and they've caught so many bugs there, lots of mosquitoes, gnats and stuff like that. As long as they leave me alone, I leave them alone. I find that to be a healthier way of dealing with spiders, I've never really cleaned up any of the old webs either, new spiders just come in and take it. Unless the web was in my way like right in front of my light switch for my lamp but I pretty much leave them alone. I've yet to get a mosquito bite and I thank the spiders for that.
