      Yes, you are right there. As most carries, they are quite weak. But the weakest has to be Vayne.

      Miss Fortune is free this week..and i must say she is a top champ. Not only her attacks are really powerful later on, but they are extremely balanced early in the game.

      Nope, just nerfed.

      Playing as her is extremely difficult, as just a few shots can decimate her health bar. But if the 3-shots plus tumble combo is applicated, it can be extremely OP, and without mentioning that you can overuse Final Hour.
