I definitely like it, but I doubt there would be an episode where the bad guys win. For non-pony related movies, such as The Mist and Invasion of the Body Snatchers, I really liked the endings where the bad guys win.
-
I shouldn't really say anything, because I don't like Rarity either, but I think it's because people always associate Rarity's personality with being a brat and spoiled. Therefore, people don't like Rarity.
-
If she had been bad, she would've killed everyone during her advanced studies exam, including Celestia. She would've started ruling Equestria and become a monarch, eventually killing everyone. And they say MLP is a children's show....

"They let me pick, did I ever tell you that? Choose whichever Spartan I wanted. You know me. I did my research. Watched as you became the soldier we needed you to be. Like the others, you were strong and swift and brave. A natural leader. But you had something they didn't. Something no one saw... but me. Can you guess? Luck. Was I wrong?"

Although it may seem unfair, luck is what makes everyone who they are. If the same things happened to everyone, no one would be unique. Therefore, although it may be seen as unfair, luck was what helped Twilight become who she was.

All of these ideas are really neat, but I think it'd be interesting for there to be an evil princess, which would be Twilight's rival!

This is really interesting! There's also the magic of friendship, the magic of the elements of harmony, Pinkie's future sight, and I think Discord's magic has two parts: Psychological and actual magic. He changed all the ponies through psychological magic (Other than Fluttershy) and used his real magic to transform ponyville.

Well, it turns out she did know about Nightmare Moon's return, so I don't really know what happened. If she was taken prisoner, that means that she knew that Twilight would succeed in defeating Nightmare Moon. Celestia definitely trust Twilight, so this actually is probably the answer.

I can't really say anything unpopular about the show. I suppose I don't like AppleJack or Rarity, but those are somewhat common opinions. I guess the episodes get kind of boring after seeing them four times?
-
That must be it, how could we not have thought of it before???
In all seriousness, I think it's because her lack of blind respect for Fluttershy has made her Fluttershy's only official pet.

AppleJack: The Best Night Ever
Rarity: Lesson Zero/ The Best Night Ever
Fluttershy: Sonic Rainboom
Twilight Sparkle: Lesson Zero
Pinkie Pie: Feeling Pinkie Keen
Rainbow Dash: Sonic Rainboom

Hey, that's not so unusual, I can do that too. See, watch this... Wait... ow. ow. ow. Wait... Hold on... *Snap*. Oh no. OWWWWWW!!!! It's... some sort of black magic! Curse you, Celestia!!!
-
Just because someone knows a lot about something doesn't mean they should teach it. If I knew how to rob a bank and I was a teacher, I wouldn't teach my students that. So yes, I believe that Celestia is simply trying to protect Twilight.

Twilight: Knowlage
Fluttershy: Love
Rainbow Dash: Speed
AppleJack: Family
Pinkie Pie: Fun
Rarity: Appreciation
This was difficult, especially for Rainbow Dash and AppleJack!

Although I agree that he should be disharmonous, I think that it was unfair for him to Arrebaderch Fluttershy. It'd be neat if the fact that Fluttershy was immune to hatred could save Equestria. Plus, Twilight has been known to give up before (Though rarely), and so it might have been better if their roles were switched in that episode.

I love this! In Return to Harmony, when AppleJack is supposed to only tell lies, she says that "Nopony whatsoever" was talking to her, when she was talking to Discord. Since this is a lie, she was talking to a pony. So, I'm guessing it's just an expression used by ponies.

People always assume "Clowns" to be idiots. From my experiences, this is almost the opposite. Perhaps they get bad grades, but IQ is different. Statistically, humorous people tend to have higher IQs.

From youngest to oldest, I'd guess:
Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash, Twilight Sparkle, Fluttershy, AppleJack, Rarity.
From the looks of the above comments, people seem to be mostly in agreement.
It's also almost definite that AppleJack is older than Rainbow Dash, because she was last in her class to get her cutie mark and Rainbow Dash was first. Since they got their cutie marks at pretty much the same time, AppleJack must be in a higher grade.

He's just like Big Mac, awesome! Yeah, he'd be an awesome background character! It might be a bit unchallenging to find him, though... Derpy Hooves was a bit more difficult.

*Gasp*
Traitors! You call yourselves Bronies? You disgust me.
In all seriousness, though, I'd watched all the episodes before considering myself a brony (Officially). It might actually be better to be on a fan site like this before you finish all the episodes though, because you can talk to bronies all thought your journey! Have fun with the rest of the episodes!

Discord. Although he is not usually serious, he knows a lot. It wouldn't be right for Twilight to say something smart, and then Discord to say: "Wait, hold on, what does 'malicious' mean?"

Magic - Necromancy
Loyalty - Selfishness
Honesty - Deceit
Laughter - Pain
Kindness - Hate
I know that some of these are nouns, but they sound better to me that way.

This is awesome! Yeah, don't worry about people getting bothered by you changing the story, it's fan fiction. I think the element of bravery could go to Discord, Derpy, or Scootaloo. Good luck with the writing!

Who's cuter, Pinkie or Fluttershy? Obvious answer. Sweetie Bell. Duh. However, if I had to choose between the two, it'd have to be Fluttershy. Although they're both cute, shyness just seems really cute to me. If Derpy Hooves was as shy as Fluttershy, she'd instantly be the cutest.

There exists a very good quote about magic, of which I can't remember where I got it. If magic existed, we would simply call it science. This is shown very well in "Felling Pinkie Keen", where even in a world with magic, Twilight can't get over the fact that Pinkie has some sort of future vision.

I see "Happy Whale Muhammad Ham. I don't know where you got "Happy Birthday Pinkie Pie" from, that's just weird.
Anyway, you're right, I think they usually write in normal english.
