I'm completely against the idea that it matters, but:

Rainbow Dash: Straight/Bi/Gay

Twilight Sparkle: Straight

Pinkie Pie: Straight/Bi/Gay

It would definetely be interesting if there were some sort of link between most of the mane characters, but if they were going to make an episode where we find out that the two are related, I would think that the ancestor would have to be alive, and it would make sense if it was Granny Smith. Still, they had a family reunion in one episode, and Pinkie Pie wasn't there.

It would certainly explain Spitfire's attitide during Rainbow Dash's training, but I don't think they were intended to be a fighting force. Perhaps they could save the day once in a while, but that's only because they're good at flying, not because it's their duty.

I doubt it. Generation 3 was all about relationships in pony land, and that didn't exactly work out very well. There's a lot of speculation about the show getting more serious in season 4, but the fans aren't looking for serious, so I doubt it will end well with Pinkie Pie and Bic Mac getting married.

People thought that Celestia Girls was a last minute effort to get more popular, but it was incredible. Something like this, that has changed society for the better so much, will not be killed off so easily.

She wasn't given the name "Trollestia" for nothing. She's done plenty of manipulating things, such as arguably forcing Twilight to become a princess and making Luna apologize after being trapped for years. However, I simply see these as acts of a princess, and.... Sigh... *Distracted by above Gif on first page*

I absolutely couldn't choose for my least favorite background character. They all have their strengths, but since they're background characters, one can't really find anything wrong with them (Except for Derpy Hooves, but that's another story). I really couldn't say.

It's going to be different, at least. I don't know if it's been overly hyped or not.

It would depend on how you define "Worse". If by the most super-villany, I'd say discord, easilly. However, if you meant the most boring one, I'd say King Shimmer (Though they were all pretty interesting).

I'd say The Return of Harmony. It had Discord in it, which most non-bronies and bronies alike adore, and it was a two-part episode, so it ends with a cliffhanger. Plus, it was my favorite episode. 

If all of the ponies became alicorns, that would mean that every one of the ponies would be somewhat equal in abilities. There are two ponies of each type (Before Twilight became an Alicorn), and I just feel like that mantains the balance of things. I suppose being an alicorn is like having both powers and that would mean equality, but it just doesn't feel right. 

Princess Celestia did say that she would still be there to guide Twilight, though she also said that Twilight would be helping everyone else out as well. It's still a show originally made for little kids, so making everything more serious would scare off a lot of the fans. This is true even for bronies and pegasisters.

Although the entire show so far has only featured Twilight as a pegasus pony, I think that if the director didn't know what he was doing, he wouldn't have chanced getting all the fans angry. Only time will tell whether or not it was a good decision.
