  1. Classical music. That's for sure! ;) (Erm... Only classical music, actually, being a musical classicst... :derp: And yes, I'm /really/ picky when it comes to music...)

(Just a [perhaps random] note I'd like to point out though: Orchestral music does not necessarily equate to classical music. )

Basically almost anything from the Baroque, Classical and Romantic eras, with some exceptions here and there.  :muffins:

  2. I've only been to 3 other countries excluding my own, and these countries are all relatively close to my home country. Plus, all 4 countries I've stayed in (at some point of my life) are all in the same region.  :derp:

But that is about to change, in a few months' time...  :derp:

(Countries are kept confidential, due to personal reasons.  :P Oh, but @Sterling Crimson, you may send me a private message if you wish to find out. :derp: )

  3. Usually, I try not to be too critical about things, but like how many people are, when an issue happens to be regarding one of the areas I'm more knowledgeable in, I'd tend to be a little more critical. Not to the extent that I'll rip the other party to pieces, or shove the critiques in the other party's face though...

For example, I tend to get critical in vocal performance. As long as the vocal technique or execution isn't what I advocate for (I tend to advocate for the Viennese and Italian bel canto schools, in case you may wonder), I'd really feel uncomfortable if I don't make a remark on the singer, even if they are famous or well known (like Cecilia Bartoli, because of her excessive use of aspirates; I try to put her issue of tongue vibrato aside though).

But even so, I'd be careful in my critiques, and take extra caution to make sure what I say isn't offensive or hurtful, but still with reason and the purpose to help. Of course, that is if I'm able to help.  :derp:

  4. For some reason mine kept changing over the years, but I guess it's pretty much decided, I guess...

What I have, at a certain point in my life, considered to become, but would most likely not be a career choice for me:

    1) Meteorologist (Weather scientist)

    2) Ornithologist (Bird scientist)

    3) Botanist (Plant scientist)

What I'm currently considering to become:

    1) Chemist

    2) Musician

I'd say that the (classical) music field would probably take up at least half of my future, and even if I become a Chemist in the future, I'd still be involved in the music field alongside my career...

I guess that's pretty much it...  :muffins:

  5. Hm... I guess you could try to draw the tail a little smaller, and shift the facial features a little higher and closer, in order to make it more proportionate.

Besides that, I think it looks great! Especially the pose. It makes her look pretty cool. :)

Good effort! Hope to see more drawings from you! :)

  6. Olleh?...oleee! Are you spanish and have participated in the running of the bulls ^_^ ? Seemed we joined the forum for similar reasons: discuss My Little Ponies in the right setting. Welcome aboard!

I guess you could read that word backwards, Wingin'Wolf... It's still English.  :derp:

Anyway, nice to have you here, Captain Brony! Hope you have a fun time on the forums!  :muffins:

  7. I try not to get annoyed by what my friends do, but sometimes, I really can't stand being blasted at with loud, contemporary music, which I can't seem to appreciate...

Anyway, I won't like to confront them about it, and I respect their music tastes as much as how I wish them to respect mine. :) And we're all on pretty good terms, so it's actually alright.  :muffins:

  8. I'd prefer wings... Out of all animals, I actually like birds the most, the bald eagle being my most favourite animal... I also like how you somehow gain freedom out of a generally 2-dimensional flat plane in which we walk or move about in. Well, at least one can get to be airborne with wings, without the aid of external machinery...

And also, I find birds really cute... Somehow... <3  :muffins:

  9. Wow! After our conversations about classical music we have something else in common! I too am Presbyterian, a member of the PCA. Definitely a Calvinist. Soli Deo Gloria, indeed! :)

Wow. Such a coincidence! Glad to find you here! :)

At least I've someone to talk to about classical music and Theology online. ;)

    Heh. :)
