Trick is you can't fight him in the cave. He has a constant flow of energy from the crystals, and the golem.

 

"GET DOWN!" Draw yelled as he summoned another, yet larger, brick wall.

The hoof on crystal didn't seem to do much but crack powder off of the golems chest.

 

Crap, I meant with the hammer sorry. Can we edit that a bit?

As if I'd be stupid enough to fight a giant golem with bare hooves...

While Draw was waiting for the 'boom', he noticed the Longshot stop at the mouth of the cave and start rolling downhill. "NO THAT'S NOT HOW YOU PLAY! SOMEPONY HAS TO CATCH IT FIRST!" He yelled as he stopped it with his own magic and rammed it into a crack in the golem, which was still in the mouth of the cave.

Having moved between the legs of the golem and exiting the cave, Draw desummoned the hammer and continued to gallop forward. Sensing a presence, he looked up to see Thunder flying above his head. Draw let out a sigh of relief. "I thought you had sacri-OOF!" The Longshot hit Draw in the head. Looking at it, he saw that there were 5 seconds left. "AGH! HOT POTATO!" He exclaimed as he threw it back towards the mouth of the cave using his magic.

Getting up and glancing back, Draw attempted to abscond (run away, for those who don't read Homestuck).

Draw cringed as he came into contact with the hand. He flew into the side of the cave. He felt the wind get knocked out of him, but he didn't think anything was broken. Draw began to rapidly hit the golem in the chest.

"What are you DOING!?" Draw yelled at his friend.

Draw jumped backward as the fist hit the ground. Hearing Thunder, he replied, "Those were torn up by crystals, and I have neither the time nor the magic to make new ones!"

"Screw this..." Draw said as he pushed the fist down with the hammer. He then swung as hard as he could at the center of the golem, hoping to cause it to fall out of the mouth of the cave and down the mountainside.

Draw desummoned the hatchet that was sticking out of Minos. As he did so, he summoned a large sledge hammer used his levitation to meet the fist half-way.

"Mind finishing this up!?" Draw yelled as he felt the burning sensation again.

He summoned a simple hatched from one of his prepared sketches, and threw it at the goat.

Minos was hit, he lost full control on the beam, but didn't lost it fully

 

Draw couldn't hold it up any longer. He released the spell on the ray gun, causing it to revert back to paper. Draw decided it best to use minimal magic, in an attempt to restore some power. He summoned a simple hatched from one of his prepared sketches, and threw it at the goat.

"AW CRAP!" Draw tried to dodge, but a spike still cut him good on his flank and down his leg. The pain from the gash caused him to hiss, and he dropped the ray gun in the process of dodging.

Feeling dust hit his coat, Draw leaped to the side as the shard hit the ground. picking himself and resuming his drawing, Draw muttered, "Okay now it's just annoying... both of them."

Draw finished his sketch. Summoning it off the page, it appeared to be some kind of ray gun with a cloud-in-a-jar on top.

He felt a burning sensation in his skull as he used a greater amount of magic to summon it. He yelled at Thunder as he picked up the gun in his fore hooves and stood on his hind legs, "I'm not sure what will happen, but here goes!" Squeezing the trigger (pushing it back with his fore hoof), Draw shot a stream of lightning into Thunder's stream, hoping to increase its power.
