For me their about the same, but Rarity is a bit higher. Partially because she has serious seniority (first appearing in Gen 1 with Spike) and that she knows what she wants and peruses it relentlessly in spite of her poor location choice (as opposed to Canterlot where she could easily go). People mostly don't like her because she works in fashion, and is material. What people don't understand is that that is art for her, it's not that she's all frilly and frufru, but she is a an artist. I joined, as much as I hate to say it, out of pure spite at first. My best friend for the last 5 years has been talking about an anime that I tried to give a healthy shot, I really did with the anime, manga, and abridged series, but got to the same point in all 3. Now, he is a hyper obsessive fan boy of the show (Naruto btw) and has done little but rant about it nonstop since the beginning of August. I and many others had tried to get him to talk about something else and stop yelling nonstop about it and it's fanfiction. At the same time he was, and still is, the biggest anti-brony that I know. So, after he was talking about the 10 tail, and infinite pies being thrown at someone in the bathroom and all of Naruto's 1337 Pranking Skills, and all the other things for a good couple of hours. At the time, and I still am, a big fan of the ace attorney series and had been trying to get him into it. (which I have managed to get him to listen to some of the music at least) and out of spite of his constant ranting, I decided to find counter rant material. In the process, I asked him why he hated ponies, and his brothers talked his ears off about it, so he hates it (and he's surprised that I can't stand Naruto or Halo for the same reason). So, I watched turnabout storm and some of the earlier episodes, and just kept on watching from there. I've since then fallen in love with everything about it, and make my fair share of fan work.

I would definitely drop everything and move. I would take a couple of weeks to get used to everything, including the 12 day weeks, but would like to live in a world where honesty truly is the best policy and everyone can get along for the most part.

Yes, I think I would miss it. But seeing as how I would have just gone through a complete biological overhaul into a unicorn (if were basing the form we would take off of our ponysonas) than I wouldn't notice it. Seing as how I would have an herbivore digestive track I would only really have cravings for plants. So by the time that I got used to other, more important, matters like mastering using hooves like a pair of opposable thumbs, and using magic, eating an all plant (eggs and milk are still a part of their diet though so I would have those) diet. That said, Meat has been an integral part of my diet since even before I was born. More specifically red meat.

I personally believe that they can. As a whole we haven't seen too many male members of the ruling family (prince blueblood being the only actual one), but even then they would have to be in line to the throne or on the throne already. Point in case Princess Celestia, Luna, and Twilight Sparkle being Alicorns and all of them being either a sovereign ruler or in line in event of emergency. Since Blueblood was only a member of the branch family it would require a massive emergency for someone like him to become an alicorn.
