Chain Mail was walking down. He saw that he was supposed to be meeting a mare here at some gazebo, and that was all he knew. He didn't know that she was a soldier herself, but since he had 1 set of formal clothes, and those were his military dress clothes. On the right side of his chest he had the few medals from the one war that he'd been in against the militant changelings. He had a Good Conduct Medal, A Golden Sword Medal, and a few other badges pertaining to sword fighting (including the bronze and silver sword) and common awards. On his left chest was his name plate and space for more badges.
And so, he waited outside the place the two of them were supposed to meet.

Yay. I'm glad to see that you joined. Apple Jack is my favorite ponies as well. When you graduate to the royal academy of muffins than I can point out an RP that could use a few more people.

It was a wikipedia page that has all of the military ranks for the american army. And yeah, guards are lazy (and in my next fanfiction Hell Shade's guards [after she made a coup de tat of Celestia and Luna] are going to be killed in the thousands in the climax.

Yes, but she's also 9 years older than Chain Mail. Fast forward him to that age and he would be either a Lt. General or a Major General (with Princess Luna being the General of the Armies)

After K.O.ing a whole army of bug Pokemon (most of which were at level 2-4) he checked Ralts's level.

"Level... 8. Huh, I thought it would have been higher by now." He mused to himself. He knew the basics of Pokemon fighting, and so he decided to head where there would be a bit more of a challenge. "Into the Everfree Forest." He said as he walked into the dark forest. Most of the pokemon he expected would be in there would be a higher level than Ralts (around 10) but poison type, so he would be able to handle most of it. He headed down the path to find the gym in there.

(If you want to do random battles just post that I ran into X pokemon, if not than just post for Zecora)

I might make him a few years older for the sake of this though.

That would be the easiest method, I think. Although would we bump this every once-in-a-while so that we can remind everypony that this is here?

Chain Mail, who had been up for hours hanging around the everfree forest to train himself, saw a courier start to walk towards him, package in mouth.

"Hello." He said, taking a break from his katas to see what this was.

"Top of the Morning. Are you a mister Chain Mail?" The courier pony said in a thick accent that he couldn't quite recognize.

"Yes, Yes I am."

"Than this is for you.- Just sign here." He said, getting a signature and walking off to make more deliveries.

"Now, let's just see what we have here." He said to himself as he opened the brown paper to uncover a small ball and a box. "Is this what I think it is?" He asked as he pressed the button on the ball, and so it expanded into a full sized pokeball. "It is, now, let's see what this baby is."

"Ralts" It said as a blue bowl-cut haired pokemon came out of the ball.

"Ralts: The feeling Pokemon, 1'04", 14.6lbs, The horns on its head provide a strong power that enables it to sense ponies's emotions." The box in his hoof said in a know it all move.

"Alrighty then, Ralts use confusion on the nearest pokemon." Chain comanded his starter pokemon.

"Ralts" It said in a distorted voice as it's horns glowed. A weedle cried out as it fainted from the attack. So, taking his new champion on his shoulders he walked around, confusing pokemon for a bit outside the forest.

Can I be my OC (should be in sig, but just in case http://mlpforums.com/page/roleplay-characters/_/chain-mail-r4581) Chain Mail with a lvl 6 (the learn it learns it's only damage dealing move until it evolves) Ralts. (I do want to get a Gardevoir, as it's a knight pokemon [Garde meaning guard, and Voire meaning see. And it's japanese name meaning Sir Knight])

As I shiny please. They look better together with cool colors like blue and grey.

thre, I'm sory I took so long with this, but I had to type up all of this recently. Also, I had to do stuff like help my dad with getting groceries from sam's club etc.

I would like to join. I like stuff like that. Is there a form or something that I should fill out for my Stallion (well, older relative teenage years) OC.

I joined, as much as I hate to say it, out of pure spite at first.

My best friend for the last 5 years has been talking about an anime that I tried to give a healthy shot, I really did with the anime, manga, and abridged series, but got to the same point in all 3. Now, he is a hyper obsessive fan boy of the show (Naruto btw) and has done little but rant about it nonstop since the beginning of August. I and many others had tried to get him to talk about something else and stop yelling nonstop about it and it's fanfiction. At the same time he was, and still is, the biggest anti-brony that I know. So, after he was talking about the 10 tail, and infinite pies being thrown at someone in the bathroom and all of Naruto's 1337 Pranking Skills, and all the other things for a good couple of hours.

At the time, and I still am, a big fan of the ace attorney series and had been trying to get him into it. (which I have managed to get him to listen to some of the music at least) and out of spite of his constant ranting, I decided to find counter rant material. In the process, I asked him why he hated ponies, and his brothers talked his ears off about it, so he hates it (and he's surprised that I can't stand Naruto or Halo for the same reason). So, I watched turnabout storm and some of the earlier episodes, and just kept on watching from there. I've since then fallen in love with everything about it, and make my fair share of fan work.

I would definitely drop everything and move. I would take a couple of weeks to get used to everything, including the 12 day weeks, but would like to live in a world where honesty truly is the best policy and everyone can get along for the most part.

Chapter 1 Promoted

I am going to be posting chapters here before I post them on my fanfiction.net account. Feedback is always appreciated, and I know that the chapters are really short right now. Sorry about that.

I would recommend Illustrator CS3. Not only can it be downloaded for free from adobe it's self, but it's easier to use than Photoshop (biased opinion because I've only had training in Illustrator, but I'ts still taught long before photoshop). Also, the pro to Illustrator is that they almost never change it, so CS3 is almost identical to CS5 (what I use at school). And it doesn't have the only truly complicated tool, Gradient Mesh. But, since you use photoshop picking up Illustrator would be easier than picking up photoshop.

I'm sorry that I had to get off so suddenly after posting. I can only be on the computer for 3 hours a day on not saturday, and from when I get up, to around 3-4 then 2 more hours on then.

And yeah, It's a lot better than waiting for new episodes to see them mass, even if I'm saving the season 4 premier for my birthday.

Much like everyone else here I've never seen this hate. If I had to guess anything that it would because of the infamy of the recent games, (with the pinnacle of it being '06) and that the blue blur has become less great over the years. I personally love Sonic the Hedgehog.

If anything the Pony community would like Sonic more as he has a very similar personality as everyone's favorite aerial ace.

I've been a brony for the last couple of weeks, but it's felt like so much longer than that. I got started as an extension of my obsessive fanboyism of Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney and my friend constantly badgering me about a subject that I have less than no interest in, Naruto.

I had been a fan of Ace Attorney and saw the video Turnabout Storm all over youtube, but had put off watching it because I had never been a fan of FiM to say the least. But one day after a nonstop 3 hour rant on why the 10 tails beast is so awesome and godly and rampant fanboy behavior, I decided to branch into something that I knew he hated out of spit. It makes me dissapointed to say that that was the reason I started to get into the show, but it absolved all of the hate that I had been building up for years.

Since than I've gotten into writing fanfiction (and the extensive dialogue I've been writing for it has been murder on my spare time.

Yes, I think I would miss it. But seeing as how I would have just gone through a complete biological overhaul into a unicorn (if were basing the form we would take off of our ponysonas) than I wouldn't notice it. Seing as how I would have an herbivore digestive track I would only really have cravings for plants. So by the time that I got used to other, more important, matters like mastering using hooves like a pair of opposable thumbs, and using magic, eating an all plant (eggs and milk are still a part of their diet though so I would have those) diet.

That said, Meat has been an integral part of my diet since even before I was born. More specifically red meat.

I personally believe that they can. As a whole we haven't seen too many male members of the ruling family (prince blueblood being the only actual one), but even then they would have to be in line to the throne or on the throne already. Point in case Princess Celestia, Luna, and Twilight Sparkle being Alicorns and all of them being either a sovereign ruler or in line in event of emergency. Since Blueblood was only a member of the branch family it would require a massive emergency for someone like him to become an alicorn.
