Hmmm the only none work phy/sporty thing I do:

• Camping
• Hiking
• Walking

I work at Home Depot so I do a TON of phy stuff and walk 5-8 miles a day at times with a huge lot of lifting...

I'm going to see my mom at the local hospital and explain again why she can't come home.

Going to order some takeout for food.  

Worn out: I got a LOT of family stuff going on right now.   Given I also was WOKEN UP  this morning at 7am given ppl are doing yard work before the rain hits.  

Picking things up a little.  

Yesish when I did,  when I was moving across the USA and we could not find a KOA.   We had to stay at one for the night and they were nice.

I have anxiety and PTSD.  I do suffer from childhood turma and I know a lot of other ppl do in their own right.  I also have panic attacks at times, but I have learned to control them. Later, once some things are settled, I plan to get into counseling this year.
