If you want to think of her as "Vinyl Scratch", you need to head into the endless desert of fanfiction and accept that the official name is a stage name (never yet made canon), and that she also has a personal birth name, the aforementioned "Vinyl Scratch".

As pointed out, Flurry Heart has had a cameo appearance already. They may be doing a similar thing as in Season 5. Starlight Glimmer only appeared twice in blink-and-you-miss-it moments between the premiere and the finale, but she certainly was a large part of those. Flurry Heart isn't forgotten, she just isn't being used in the plot of any episodes.

Fewer than I should... thanks, internet... I try to get at least 7 hours, but my recommended sleep time is probably more along the lines of 9 hours a night.

You can't have a legend / Old Mare's Tale of the Sonic Rainboom unless someone else once managed to do it. I think RD is unique in being the only pony in this generation (and presumably many generations prior) in being able to do it. Twilight's version was magical in nature, so it doesn't count.

Also Pinkie's line "When a pegasus like Rainbow Dash gets going so fast... boom!... [etc]" could be interpreted as referring to her rainbow-coloured mane (which is not unique - see Rainbow Daddy for more details) or just the fact that she can fly at that level of speed. (Which presumably is rare but not unique either - Lightning Dust comes to mind.) All in all, RD is probably not unique in history as having the ability, but she's unique in this generation.

1. Rarity - Known as a hot shot, up-and-coming designer by the first season (Pony of Pop had heard of her via magazines), now has three  very successful boutiques, two of which are located in major metropolitan cities.

2. Rainbow - Best Young Flier --> Wonderbolt Reserve --> Actual Wonderbolt (Even if the episode it happened in sucks)

3. Fluttershy - she helps others, managed to tame Discord, but as far as success as acknowledged in the wider world goes, she's lacking

4. Twilight - She is a princess, but that was mostly due to the rest of the Mane Six, and her accomplishments have a massive "Destiny Said So" aspect. Rarity and Rainbow worked for their successes. Plus plot armour.

5. AJ / Pinkie Pie - No real accomplishments, but then, they don't really care about that kind of shit anyway.

He isn't evil, so his magic is a different colour, I guess.

Really man that's it? That's just how some things happen in episodic shows with loose continuity, people said the same  thing about Shining Armor and Cadance seasons ago but people borderline worship A Canterlot Wedding.

How about Princess Celestia's "brilliance" in Twilight's Kingdom? Let's send reformed villain Discord to capture Tirek. He's the best choice because he can sense magical imbalances... I'm sure he won't be tempted to join forces with Tirek... What's that? He just joined forces with Tirek? Quick, let's create a gigantic magical imbalance by giving Twilight all our magic! That'll outfox 'em! It's okay, because Tirek doesn't know about the fourth princess, only Discord knows that, so it's a flawless plan... oh, wait, NO IT'S NOT! How can we improve our odds... okay, let's NOT warn Twilight's friends about Discord's defection, because that'll put them in danger. It's not like they can be used as hostages or anything...
