(Just describing the gas mask lol) "but in order for you to achieve the goal, you have to want equestria to be in the norm again..."

"Oh...well that's an easy I question...what I want is what you want, for the queens and their tyranny to fall. Or at least that's what I see in your actions. See if it weren't for her, those children wouldn't be in a orphanage, or you or anyone else would have to scavenge for supplies to live in this hell they have put us through" he said crossing his arms

"Um...on that note I'm going to sit down" he said siting on his flank, looking at the soldiers high tech. He could feel the power that ran its suit. Made him very thirsty for some reason. He needed some power, or energy some how. He felt that he couldn't last much longer without it. But he kept his addiction to himself.

With the talking. Short circuit mumbled and slowly arose, his vision blurred only for a second, before coming back. He had handled the alcohol well, but he also didn't handle the newcomers that had came. A spark of energy came from his hoof, trying to be threatening. "And who are you guys?"

"Quite a nice deed you have done...." Mumbled a voice, only low enough blacklight could hear. A cold cloud of mist surrounded the colt. Soon a figure had materialized in front of him. The man with the gas mask tilted his head "this one has a heart for the children....awwww so sweet. It literally PULLS my heart out of my chest" he said acting like he ripped his heart out with his hands. Then he fell to his knees... Before disappearing into a cloud of mist. And the rematerialized back in front of him, only a few feet back. "Touching" he said sincerely.

"Suit yourself" he said taking another sip. This time, it hit hard. to hard. Normally he could handle that alcohol...but with the temperature it hit him harder then he had expected it to. With that he stumbled back. "Looks like I'm going to sleep..."he said falling backwards...then onto his back. And the. He was knocked out cold, and snoring.

He took another sip, and shook his head. "Damn that's strong..." He then looked over to gentle secret and held over the bottle "here, you have some. Might calm the nerve, plus it builds character" he said calmly, but a little tipsy as well. To much stress and such...and crying ponies and bitching ponies....and ponies with robotic eyes...to much.

"Splendid, now you will need to meet with me here" he said giving muddle a card, holding it in a positionso the eyes from above couldn't see it, and it said the basement of the once was mayors house. "Now we must disperse, go to the location when ever you'd wish, as long as you don't have your buddy whose watching us right now....with you" he said pointing towards the hole in the ceiling. He then put his hands and arms behind his back and his body turned into a cold mist and disappeared into the wind. Now for the next contestant.

"This is just ridiculous...first a cat fight then this? Ugh....why is everything so complicated. " he sighed searching his sattlebags. After a second of searching he had found a bottle of whiskey, with that he took a sip of the hard and bitter alcohol. He coughed as his throat burned as the liquor went down his throat.

"Well, that's a start....hmmm" he then looked around the room and turned back to her. "We'll I am thinking myself that those tyrants should be overthrown. This kingdom needs to be back to its normal self, not this pityful excuse for a life." He said showing his hatred for the queens " if you would want to seek action...would you join me? Your skills could be needed, and I can help you exceed with your skills, and teach you to become better, Will you take action?" He asked them both in a serious tone, as he felt that something was coming.

A wall of ice materialized right in front of her. Stopping muddle in her tracks. He then looked over to the shadow. "Ahh, now the marvelous figment appears. Remarkable is it?" He said looking at it "a spirit in the form of a shadow? Say, it does seem like you to are spiritually connected? If I'm not right?" He then turned his attention to the mare. He tilted his head "take no fear child, for I do not wish to harm you in anyway, but I would like to ask....since your two are a very interesting couple...what do you think of the two queens?" He questioned.

"Sorry for the cold, it's a aspect I have" said chilly bones his voice echoing in the mask. "No this isn't my home, to dusty and old....maybe some purple paint, and some paintings....and a tiger on a leash" he said using his hands to imagine this idea of his, "and a nice tank for my pet shark....his name shall be..." He said crossing his arms thinking while using his left hand to hold the bottom of his mask, making it look like he was in deep thought. "Edgar....Edgar the magnificent...." He said waving his arms slowly to show his exaggeration. Short circuit looked at him closely, "I'm tired if stupid royals acting like they own the place, so...." He put his hand up and electricity flowed through his fingers, "I'm tired of it" he said hitting the building next to them with a violent blast of electricity, knocking the building down off the foundation. Using it as a distraction, short circuit opened his wings and flew away.

His timing was on point. It was a good thing he had waited, now to make his move. His body formed in front of the shelter, first at his feet, then his abdomen and arms, then his head with the gas mask. The cool temperature from his body let off cold mist from around him, like an aura. He crossed his arms and leaned against the wall. Quietly he waited till she would look up at him. Short circuit had enough of these stupid gaurds littering his streets. So he decided to have some fun by throwing some mad at the back of incogs head, then a rock, and then bottles. Soon he stopped and stuck out his tongue "catch me if you can pipsqueak" he said turning around and running. (Just trying to entertain the rest of the oc's instead of focusing on one lol)

The masked figure turned into frost and positioned himself on the buildings. Almost like he was teleporting from building to building following the mare. He had to wait for her to get to a unpopulated area....and away from that thing that guarded her, it could be defensive and not see reason and attack on sight. So his timing had to perfect. But he had to be patient.

"Not my fault, she was fighting, they both were. Only way to stop it was to put them down. But how was I supposed to know she was going to scare herself to death" the PEGASUS said (lol) he then watched as her vital signs came back. "Just give it a minute or to and their neurons will fix the glitches, then they be back to normal. Picture it as a taze"

Chilly bones stood up, and jumped off the roof. Once his feet was off the roof, and his body in mid air. His body bursted into a icy cloud that traveled away. Flowing through the wind. The icy cloud had formed down the street from muddle. She had been accused of stealing...from a shadow. It was interesting to say the least. Something that gives him a advantage to the tyrants of equestria. The cloud turned into the his physical form, a ally behind muddle. He peaked by the corner, starring at her from behind. Trying to see if it was muddle, his confirmations was right.

"AH WHO NEEDS THE EFFIN LEADER" said short circuit. He then sent a shock to the two. Alicorn, and the biting mare. This shock was special though. It messed with the nervous system of each mares. The shock was like a virus to the computer. The messages from the brain, traveling through the nerves, were all jumbled up. Instead of their bodies working fine, they both fell to the ground spazzing out. None of they're body functions worked. It wasn't permanent, but it should keep them from fighting. He picked up hazmats mask and handed it to him. "Here take it.....stupid mares..." He shook his head

Short circuit shot a bolt of electricity at the knife in mid air, causing it to explode. And that wasn't the only thing exploding....his temper as well. "What was that going to do huh, kill? What your doing is just playing into her. She wants you to fight back. Now stop being such a little foal and cut the crap" he then started walking towards the alicorn. Soon he flew up to the alicorn, "what's the bucking deal huh? What the hell is this going to do." He lectured taking the mask back from her. "Grow up, now tell me what's you deal with all this" he said talking to the said alicorn

Chilly bones was ontop if a building, or at least what was left of the foundation. He stood on the good half of it, wings tucked behind his backpack, and his hood on. He wore black rain boots, a denim blue hooded coat, and his water proof gloves. But the one thing that kept him distinguished was his gas mask. He wore it for the protection of the plague. He sat on the edge of the wall, third story of the wreckage once know as a house. His hands on his lap, and his eyes to the ground. He watched as some passed by and others stood. The guards didn't notice him. But when they did, they scoffed him off and went on with there business.

I want you all to find the one they call 'the cult leader' and get rid of this rumor....and don't come back until he or she's head is brought with you" she explain coldly. "Now dismissed." Guards kept things handled in the half standing ponyville. Keeping the ponies alive from crooks....so they could die of the plague. None of the guards cared for the sick, if anything they used them for target practice with their new shiny guns and weapons. None could find the so called cult leader, only he can find you.
