What I hate about being a girl is:

1. Periods.
2. Cramps.
3. The need to cake my face with makeup because of my insecurity issues.
4. I get criticized by my actions. Like if I play too much sports, I'm a lesbo.

I know Obsidian really liked making the new emotes for people I'll talk to him tomorrow to see if he'd make a couple of Luna emotes.

And indeed, Queen Rarity is a very fitting title for the most gorgeous one! A generous and benevolent souvereign, keeping the unfabulous enemies at bay and her subjects safe and fabulous!

She gives freely and invests heavily in her peoples wellbeing. She favours the fine arts and is the biggest benefactor and patron in all the realms.

 

A queen not only lovely from the ouside, but from the inside too.

Those two words can be said for both Queen Rarity and me. Despite she's not the most favorite Mane 6 for me but my personality is like hers. (Creative but unfortunately, I'm not arty like Queen Rarity as I told everyone when I first joined here.) Thanks to how I was taught (by my parents and religion), I'm a really generous and forgiving person.

 

For example: If my friends needed money to buy something and I have the amount of money they needed, I'll give them my money. Not lend. Give. And if they make me angry about something, expect me to make up with them in about... Minutes.

 

P.S: As you might noticed, I will address Rarity from now on as Queen Rarity or The Queen. All hail The Queen! Praise the Fabulosity!

Ashley is, quite simply, an amazing person. I hope that no one allows the fact that she is "only" 13 lead them to underestimate her. She is more mature, articulate, capable, and intelligent than many older teenagers and adults I have encountered over the years.

 

I've talked (and still talk) to her a lot on a personal level simply because I love doing so, but I've also observed her overall behavior. She greatly exceeds expectations in regard to the kinds of moral character we look for in staff members. She is kind, reasonable, understanding, and overall a very helpful and good-hearted individual. 

 

Additionally, I've spent many hours with her going over the various duties of Q&A staff members, and she performed admirably in all respects. She learned the fundamentals at an impressively rapid rate, even some of the trickier details such as the use of the support ticket system on the staff's end. In fact, she's learning everything far quicker than I did. There are certain concepts and procedures she's understanding right off the bat that I didn't end up figuring out until I became an admin. 

 

This is also nostalgic for me. Q&A staff was the first staff position I had here. I was invited to it over a year ago, back in July 2013. I have since moved on to other duties, but I still try to assist with Q&A staff work from time to time. Having the opportunity to seek out and train new Q&A staff has been a real honor. Moreover, being able to train someone who is so pleasant and simply a joy to be around has been a really fun change of pace from the sort of things I usually deal with. 

 

Ashley has already worked a lot behind the scenes, and I'm eager to see what she can do now that she's officially staff. I really think she's going to be one of the best Q&A staff members ever, certainly better than I was.

 

So watch out, guys. Your questions are going to get answered.

Aw, but I don't know. While I have experience, it depends more on overall opinion on the case. Besides, I've shown them my app now (officially now xD ) and they can judge whether or not they'll enjoy my company in a worky way. Besides, just because I'm not a mod, doesn't mean I can't help out in other ways. Everyone can report someone for doing something wrong. Like posting in a wrong place. Just takes a bit of time for it to be fixed sometimes.

Well. I honestly doubt my chances are that good, but let's give it a shot o-o:  

 

Well. I've been and admin or mod on almost every other forum I've been on. I've co-founded six forums (Though only two really thrived)

 

I'm observant and eager to fix a problem when I see one. I'm loose on the trigger and almost grossly patient with people. I know a lot of people on here. But I doubt a popularity contest would mean anything. That being said, a lot of people have come to me for technical questions as well as personal ones. 

 

I personally think I know the rules pretty well, and when I'm a mod of any kind, I tend to spend a gross amount of time checking posts like Welcome and Planning whenever I have the time. Typically do it while playing Civ. 

 

The last thing which is most likely going to be why I would get rejected is that I'm new ish here. I've had experience in mlp sites before. But I'm new-ish still at any rate. I can only hope that if it do turn out well, that I'll prove myself worthy of the title.

Anyone who does apply best of luck to you not doing so myself. This place has had some good mods while I have been here I can say so far.

It's too bad that all of the staff's Octavia's Hall Mods either ragequit or got demoted/otherwise left staff. Whilst Feld0 sits awaiting his fate for who shall claim him, we could have Art Staff VS Ninja Turtle Mods, not unlike,
