R34 of car culture states that if it exists, it has been LS swapped. R35 is a Nissan. R36 states that if a car has never been LS swapped, it shall be done.
An LS swap is when you remove the original engine and replace it with a GM LS series V8. It fits in a lot of cars because despite being a V8, (the smallest of which is 5.7L) it's very compact.
