I truly hate what people call "small talks", it's pointless for me.

 

It usually happens when I'm talking to somebody on the phone.

 

Oh god, I hate that. After every time I finish a conversation over the phone I mull over how stupid I thought I sounded for like, 10 minutes after.

And yeah, people always talk about "awkward silences," but I don't care if there is one because I'd much rather it be silent than to try to think of something to say and it come out sounding derpish (because of my tendency to over-think)

Probably. But that could be because you have not been waiting for the start so desperately like others, you have more patience, etc.

well... everyone here has either read or heard of "Cupcakes," I presume? well... I was just getting out of class one day and turned around a corner to find people selling cupcakes, and someone was looking at em, and the person who was selling them, as i passed by, said... "They're filled with rainbow." ;~;

 

I would have lol'd.

So I just dropped my phone about 10 minutes ago.

It had a tiny little crack on the bottom right hand side.

Now, its whole bottom half is nothing but tiny cracks with a few bigger ones shooting upwards.

 

I see people using phones with cracked screens all the time.

If that happened to me I would still use it as long as I could see what I'm doing

Am I the only one not completely freaking out about it? I mean, it's cool and all but I'm not super psyched or anything

If I'm going to talk to somebody, I usually have to prepare what I'm going to say beforehand, and think it over a few times. I've always done this.

So naturally, if someone random comes up to me and tries to converse, then I stumble over my own words and the situation gets all awkward. This even happens with friends sometimes.

Although, this is a double edged sword. Sometimes I over-think what I'm going to say, leading to me not being able to come to a conclusion about what I'm going to talk about before the time comes, thus leading to more awkward conversations.

So yeah, I'm not a big fan of random people trying to talk to me out of nowhere. Even if I know them. Kinda sad, really.

Online, this doesn't apply as much. It still does to a certain extent, but much less with people I already know.

Thats some old beat up work truck my boss still uses. I'm sure he's fucked with that in one way or another.

Well, the first 2 might not be part of the mileage (dunno what else it could mean though, but I think I may have seen something similar on other cars) meaning it only had 269969 miles on it. Although that's still a shitton.

To a point. The most notable thing I do is opening doorhandles with my sweatshirt sleeve rather than using my bare hand. I dunno if that really helps or not, but the it's mostly the thought that counts with me. I also wipe my keyboard down every now and then, and every time I go to eat, I have to wash my hands. It seriously bugs me if I don't have a chance to do that before I eat.

I'm at least more clean than some people I know, who don't even wash their hands after using the restroom

Nah, it's k. Most of them are avatar ready (they're small size in size because they're made to be posted on an imageboard, so avatar-sized pretty much), and I'm sure I could manage to fix them up myself if I tried for a bit.
