      I mean that every part of the Bible has to be considered together as a whole. Nothing in it should be considered on its own.

      I mean, so long as people aren't too blatant in such behavior, no one tends to stop them. But it can still seriously hurt people of faith.

      Yes. And I respect you greatly for that. But there are plenty out there who aren't that way, who chide people for believing in Scripture, who misconstrue what the Bible teaches so as to justify their judgment of people who believe in it.

      Yes, you're right. I made my point poorly there. Christians are absolutely not treated poorly in the way that people groups like LGBT are, but there nonetheless plenty of people who automatically judge anyone who holds firmly to the Bible.
