storm was excited, home was close and everything would be fine again as soon as everything would be explained to the guards and her farm would be in business again in just a few weeks. Although Chancy had recommended her to rest and she knew it'd be better for her every step brought her closer to the safety of the town she knew and loved. When Chancy turned to look into her bags she turned to look at the sky, enjoying the sight of the clouds and planning how to get her farm into shape again. ----------------------------------- Iron Hoof looked up at the building, he and his followers stood in front of Canterlot's inn. "Guys, here it is. Me and Hammer will enter and look for the suspect, you wait outside." He and his brother, a stallion with a light brown coat and dark mane, entered the in. Leaving the group outside, a unicorn with a yellowish white coat and red mane outside. Inside the inn Iron went over to the counter and spoke to the pony behind it. "Royal solar Guards, we come ith the order to find a pony and wish to know if she is here" he held up a piece of paper were Storm was depivted on. //@plp: will explain this to you later

Storm let out a long moan "Oh come on! I can handle it, there's no need to run but I can walk fine. It's not like I was bleeding to death yesterday!" she said, laughing again. She then took some minutes to look into the woods, take in the taste of freedom and wondered if Chancy was even appreciating this. "So what are your plans now that you're free to roam the world?" [sorry for the delay...]

"Well, the mountain looks pretty close" she then looked to the ground "The ground looks so far instead, I feel like I'm a meter high! Woooo!" She then noticed that her behavior could be considered off by ponies that hadn't been exposed to blood loss and said seriously while standing up and tumbling mildly "Let's find a nice spot or continue moving slowly towards Canterlot"

"I'm not deaf" she started laughing. "I'm just dizzy. See! It's gone already!" she stood up, noticing her total lack of balance when she felt grass against her side. "It's ok! I just tripped a little" she said serious and burst into laughing. "I totally miss the farm! Guess I wanted to get there too fast.."

Storm was surprised when she noticed she hadn't left Chancy as far behind as she had expected to. It'll be harder than expected she thought while she increased her pace and readjusted her running to reduce air resistance and gain speed. Everything around her started to blur and she focused on the tree. I won't make it easy for you, Chancy. When she reached the tree she slowed down but everything stayed blurred, she didn't know if Chancy had gotten there already, and started to feel dizzy. "Chancy! I don't feel alright" she said breathing heavily "Chancy? Are you there?". She gave in to the shakiness in her legs and rested on the ground under the tree "Everything is moving" she said while closing her eyes to avoid the dizziness. [Just to let you know, running after losing a lot of blood is a bad idea. Just let her rest for a second]

"Oh!" Storm didn't feel any cheerful anymore and became silent. When Chancy said they could race over to a tree she spotted the tree in the distance "I'll be there before you made half of the way!" she said stretching her wings out and keeping them horizontal started to race to the tree. Keeping her wings open was a trick she had learned from her older sister. By doing so the wings caught air in them, causing the pony to run with less weight.

Storm shuddered a bit at the thought of Chancy's brother and made a pained expression at the tough of the earth pony. She noticed that Chancy had become aware too and had been trying to hide her sorrow and Storm became curious. Her curiosity was so bad she forgot about the race and her eagerness to reach Canterlot as soon as she could. "What is it about your brother that makes you feel like that? You seem to leave this place with mixed feelings? We've got twelve walking hours ahead so you can tell me everything!" she smiled honestly

"Right! I'm excited about being free again" she said adding a little backflip to her point. She was bursting with joy and wanting to run, jump and fly. She started trotting towards the mountain that indicated where their destination was located. "Last one's a lame filly!"

"Oh! ... Right... Our safest bet is walking towards the castle's building lot I guess" she said pointing at the huge scaffolding that surrounded the upcoming building. She started walking down the path and tried to come up with some conversation with Chancy. "So? How does it feel to break the rules? Are you excited to discover the world out there?" She drew an imaginary line along the horizon with a hoof. "Have you ever asked yourself what's behind the horizon? It always gets further away when you walk or fly towards it!"

[sorry for my absence. Was working hard ^^ Now I wanna RP you guys to death XD] Storm's mood went from burning rage to cheerful happiness in a single second. She turned to face Chancy and pulled her into a friendly hug. She stopped beaming to ask Chancy, "So what way is it to Canterlot? I want to get back to the farm as soon as I can. I'm sick of this place!"

[sorry. Got a time consuming job ] "What?" Storm turned around to look at the pony catching up with her. "What are you doing?" She asked surprised and looking at the other pony. After realizing that the unicorn was following her to leave the place together a smile appeared on her face. "You finally are coming! Aren't you?"

Storm was watching the water instantly drop off her magically coated hide, forming small orbs that would run down her limbs until they touched and started soaking the floor. It only took her seconds to be actually dry and she didn't even need a towel for it. She loved towels though, soft fabric was something rare at the farm and she enjoyed covering herself with it. She was looking at herself in the mirror and thinking about how unfair it was that these thieves had loads of luxuries while she hadn't got warm water after a day of hard work when her ears perked. Listening at the two voices outside the room. Storm's expression was void as she heard the voices. She still was sure that Chancy wasn't as sure as she told her brother about what she did and how she felt about it. And she would bet that her brother was using her and her skills to make more profit out of the guild. She had heard enough and shot out of the room, still covered with the towel. Her attention was directed at Chancy. "You still don't get it, do you? Your brother is using you, and you know it. You did have fun talking to ponies that have something else in mind than how much they've stolen? There are many of them out there, you just need to show some guts and get out of here!" Wrapping a hoof around the saddlebags and swinging them on her back, she let them land hard on her back. Not noticing the metallic noise they gave off she started walking down the corridor being sure she'd found her way out on her own, now carrying a towel and a saddlebag on her back.

"I think I should get some help from Sky... He could maybe explain what you're supposed to do at night, in bed, with a pony who loves you" she giggled at the joke. "Maybe we should go over to them and have some fun! Wanna come?" she said going over to the group of ponies forming around Krystal.

Storm was impressed by all the stuff Ice knew about Princess Luna. Even with all the rumors and myths about her Storm Cloud was sure she wouldn't be able to talk that much about her. Basically everything she had known about her was that she was scary and banished to the moon for good reason. As she was listening to Ice Storm a wave of sleepiness overcame her. She just wanted to rest her eyes a bit which soon developed into deep sleep and peaceful snoring.

Storm noticed Ember in the back and waved over to him. "Hey! How was your day? Did the new book sell well?" she said giving him a polite kiss on the lips. She was sure the snobs invited to the party wouldn't be happy if she started devouring him in front of them. "Hey! Hoofs off that cider. Want me to remind you what happened last time?"

Storm Cloud couldn't read the pony she was talking to. As soon as she had been cheerful she was depressed again. But knowing a warm bath was waiting for her was more than enough to make her jump like a foal towards the tub and turn up the warm water. Only few minutes later a warm and steaming bath was inviting her to tip into the warm water enjoying the feeling of cleanness it brought to her skin. Soon she was enjoying herself like a foal and playing and diving in the warm water. When the water started cooling a bit and Storm was relaxing in the water Chancy and her sudden distance crept back into her mind. Why is that pony like that? And why did she get so silent when we talked about love? Did she never have somepony to love? Or did she lose him? Was it her? She giggled silently as she noticed that her thoughts were turning ridiculous and she decided to slowly get back out of the water and throw a towel over her back.

Storm entered the building right after Gimond had pushed the doors open and entered. "Wow! She looks like a real nightmare" she answered to his question. She hadn't noticed the effort until she had sat down to rest. A sudden tickling sensation washed down her muscles and as she relaxed her limbs felt heavier every second. When she received her sandwich she found herself a comfortable position to eat it and made an effort to avoid eating too fast. "Wowfff! Zis tashtesh incr-" she gulped the piece of sandwich down "This is incredible! Feels like I'm eating the best sandwich ever"

"I... i-" Storm stammered before she fell silent. She followed Chancy through the corridors of the guild, after several failed attempts at speaking she waited for Chancy's next step. After Chancy spoke she wondered what she meant. "Why are you sorry? What for? You're trapped in here without a life and ask me to forgive you?" she said What is going on, why is she like that? She forces herself to work for her brother and hates it

"Nah! I was planning to meet here with Ember, he's the VIP now!" she said cheerfully "He's written a pretty well selling serious of horror books. About humans and slendermane" "I've kept my work at weather patrol and am doing my best to get a bit of promotion, but the rest of the ponies are good too. How's it going for you and Sky?"

"You... you do never leave this place? And do not like getting out of here?" she started thinking how one of her days looked and what she'd do if she was restricted to Canterlot itself. She didn't like the thought, even if Canterlot was probably bigger than this place. "You've never been to a city? Never out with friends to party? What about camping, didn't you do that either? Did you-" she fell silent "Chancy, may I ask you something? I don't want you to feel uncomfortable, have you ever had a special somepony?"

Storm Cloud looked at the building, every time she came to a party she suddenly felt the need to check if everything on her outfit was right. The boots were in place, the leather bracelets were in place, her tail still nicely braided up to the height of her knees making sure the rest of it could flow freely and she supposed the tips of her ears were still dyed in black. She gulped and took a look at the badge that was attached to a little chain around her neck. She showed her invitation to the guard at the entrance. She walked in, she was a bit early and noticed only Sky and Krystal were present at the party. Seeing them made a smile appear on Storm's face "Hey you two! How have you two been doing!" she said extending her hoof to greet Krystal and then gave a friendly hug to Sky "You're my neighbour and I never get to see you! You look great" [OOC: It seems Ember is taking a break from the Forum]

[OOC: Sorry for the delay. Wasn't at home yesterday. Nobody has new from Strider nor Arty] Storm Cloud trotted happily after Chancy. "Well, I usually all this boring farm stuff. I get up really early and work hard with the guys on the field all day. I don't have many spare time for friends and shopping -" Suddenly she wondered and the question found it's way to her lips "What do you do in your spare time here? Can you leave the guild?"

Well, if you wanna use it as case engraving like Apple does with it's logo on Macs, iPhones and iPods there is only one grey... That logo would actually look like four same color, same size boxes...

I don't have anything against the new logo but I consider it to be pretty stupid. I guess the for shapes should mirror the Windows logo, which makes absolutely no sense. It's true Microsoft owns Windows. But it seems like Windows is their only product, which it definitely is not. And I'm personally not a friend of logos that cannot be put in black & white...
