Yes. LARPing is the best. I played a warrior princess named Anna! And I also play DnD on a regular bases. I loveeeee iiiiitttttttt.

I think Queen Chrysalis should be the main villain. Since Discord is basically Fluttershy's child now by the way she treats him(aka like a 'friend' but really like a foal by some of the actions she makes). I voted Queen Chrysalis because I honestly believe that the changeling illusions would be a great asset and a great way to take over if done correctly, with some time and planing.

Sunset Shimmer should also be a villain as well because she is basically Twilight's rival. She's everything Twilight hates and I love that about her. Sunset's jealously of Twilight Sparkly taking her place and ruling the kingdom she is supposed to rule would anger her even more, and maybe even force herself to take what she believes is her place on the throne.

Well, I believe Fluttershy is perfectly fine as a Pegasus.

You see her original design was based off of a generation three character called Rosey Posey (or Posey Rosey, whichever the way it goes.) Fluttershy's design was based off of her. Posey Rosey was a earth pony, so if they went with her original design. She would have been an earth pony. Also, to point out, most unicorns use magic for their daily needs. The only unicorns who I haven't seen use magic that often is Sweetie Belle, and she's still learning magic at her age. Fluttershy's personality and cutiemark would never fit as a Unicorn or a Pegasus because Fuarst said herself that Earth ponies take care of the land and the animals. So it's most logical to make Fluttershy an earth pony if her race is changed, in short. Fluttershy's persona doesn't fit the status of unicorns.
