Full body repaint job in a custom blend of acrylics of country tan, “real brown” gloss and cinnamon. Tribal tattoo on left rear leg is painted, and eyes textured in layers built up to my realism/anime-fusion style. Mane & tail re-rooted in dollyhair’s nylon mlp hair in the colors Stormy Sky gray, Twilight purple and Forget Me Not neutral bluish purple. Outfit- started off with the sandal boots. Black hemp cord for the laces, with a sheer black scarf material wrapped around the backs. Then a snowleopard print scarf material for the bottom portions of the sandals, brown strip of leather across the fronts with beige leather for the soles, grass-green hemp cord wrapped around the heels. Sapphire-blue rhinestones detailing the fronts with metal silver hoops around them, with long silver and red beads wired to the hoops. Tops of the boots lines with real beaver fur. A holster is on the rear right leg, started with a bottom layer of brown bias tape with pale green ribbed ribbon stitched with long silver beads stitched. Next layer…. The black thong under panties. (There’s no easier way to describe them). Same sheer black scarf material I used for the used, I used for the…. Panties. Lined with black hemp cord, then top hem is ribbed black ribbon. Next outfit layer is the sand-yellow skirt. Started with a cotton material, then stitched fluffy white feather around the hem. Attached to the…. Panties. Gold strip of leather attached around, with 3 painted metal feathers on one side, rhinestones detailing. Stitched neutral light purple gloves for the front hooves from bias tape. Then on the right leg, stitched a cloudy beige cotton material with a line of white leather at the top with brown silk ribbon with orange metallic rhinestones detailing. Over that is a crimson red gauntlet crafted from a scrap of leather, lined with black thread and a sheer black ribbon. Finished with the V-shaped accessory crafted from gray ribbon lined with silver metallic strip of faux leather with a round rhinestone to finish. 3 layers of white feathers along the top of this leg. Front left leg- clawed gauntlet crafted from the same crimson red scrap leather, detailed with beige and black acrylic paint and acorn-colored leather for the inside. Claws are a pointed bone bead. Top of gauntlet lined with authentic brown leather with silver spikes stitched to it. Shoulder adornment is faux black vinyl detailed with orange acrylic paint, a gold square rhinestone, orange hemp cording along the hems, and 3 layers of different feathers. White feathers I lightly brushed clouded aqua acrylic paint over the tips. Necklace is some antique beads strung on some floral wire that’s connected to a silver metal hoop. Headband- crafted from a strip of neutral dark green leather with another painted metal feather pendant at the top, a red leaf bead with the base painted goldenrod yellow, and the purple flower I painted with several matte, neutral, neon and glitter purple acrylic pigments. More of the red leaf beads pinned to the other side with pink flower beads strung on floral wire. The pink flower was cut from a 3-D symbol of another generation 3 My Little Pony~ Thanks for looking~

That is so sad, though I'm sure you have the true love, devotion and motivation to fulfill your dream of joining the police force, if you choose to do so~ I have a similar story, though it was my stepdad and he lost his battle with cancer. He had Agent Orange, and got it while serving in the Vietnam War. He died in 2012~ I was surprised to find him support my craft of custom ponies so much, but he did and it meant so much I made him a custom pony while he was battling cancer and he gave me leather craft supplies among other things. I do find at times that I wish he was still around to give me advice on somethings, to be able to talk to him again~ He was my only father figure growing up and taught me to be responsible, reliable, on time, and loyal.

I'm currently a member of a older generation mlp forum since 2012, and have had a very relaxing, awesome experience there. It's kind of slow, but it's active enough to keep going and has very neutral staff members that are caring and reasonable people.

Yeah I'm kinda wearing thin on people complaining all the time and getting upset at me over things they shouldn't... and trying to tare me and others apart Yesterday I kind of broke down because it felt like people were teaming up against me over something I told them to leave me alone about otherwise I'd discontinue our friendship All of it's kind of compounded, but I'm trying to work through it But if others keep complaining, then I don't know what will happen, I'll just freaking lose it and leave

Mine's easier to maintain if I keep it shoulder-length, then to maintain it I just wash it everyday, comb it then put it up in a pony tail with a scarf pinned in if it's a hot day or if I'm going somewhere special~ Other than that I may leave it down but just "flip it" to give it a little volume~ With my hair did~ With my hair less-did~

XD Anyhoodle- I'm furry too! My fursona is a vulpine fairy! Her name is Mana Lai Ayerus, as is my ponysona~ I often go by the nicknames of "kittypup" or "kittyvixen" because she has leopard and tiger markings. pffft oh XD I'm a pony customizer, so that one's a partially completed custom. I strip all of the original hair and paint off of the pony figures, and doing so requires me to hack their heads off until I re-root their manes with new hair~ then the heads get glued back on~

Originally posted this as a "guess what project I'm working on" thread but it's finished now so I'll combine the final post here Custom pony of Trainer Red with Pikachu~ Pony base is a custom engineered pose from two different generation 3 ponies~ head from a unicorn, body of a diva pose~ Full body repaint in coral flesh tone acrylics. Eyes painted in my anime/fusion style. Mane & tail are re-rooted in nylon Dollyhair in the colors black magick and hematite, then Retrodoll US’s monofiber coal and Restoredoll’s saran blend of black and brown. Permanently hardened/styled in my hair gel method. Hat is hand-stitched from authentic red leather. Japanese and music score fabric embellish the inside of it just because I can~ Front white band is wide white silk ribbon with a badge I made white patent vinyl and painted in various green acrylics. Japanese translation for “Red” is painted on the back of Red’s cap in beige acrylic paint. Hat is removable~ Shoes- soles are thick authentic white leather, main body of shoes are inverted white patent vinyl, toes of shoes are the shiny side of the vinyl. Soles lined in white patent vinyl. Red accents are silk ribbon and bias tape, tops lines in white bias tape. Pants are hand-stitched from a stiff blue material. Next piece of outfit crafted is the black undershirt, hand-stitched from a very sheer off-black silk material. Then the sheer white sleeves stitched from a white scarf material. Then the main body of the red jacket- lined in thin white bias tape at the bottom, then wide white bias tape for the white collar line and the thin bias tape as tabs sticking out the front. Pockets were hand-stitched, detailed with red silk ribbon and thin white bias tape, then stitched to the main body of the outfit. A Pokeball emblem crafted from thick leather, then painted appropriately with acrylic paints then attached to the back of the coat and lined with black hemp cording. Belt is brown bias tape with black silk ribbon detail and a metal bangle. Stitched 3 Pokeballs onto the belt. Pokeballs are red plastic beads I partically painted white, lined with black hemp cording, rhinestones finishing the detail in the center. 3 more Pokeballs stitched to a chain sewn into one of the jacket pockets. Pikachu- Crafted from a generation 3.5 McDonald’s Rainbow Dash pony. I carefully cut the head off, then boiled the body in hot boiling water on stove top to soften the plastic of the pony so I could easily slice the hard tail off. It was a success, and I got to carve a tail hole as well~ Full body repaint job in yellow acrylics. Started it off with a layer of Gesso so the paint would stick to the pony, then did several layers of dark yellow paint, then some layers of medium yellow, then daffodil yellow over top. Stripes, eyes and cheek blush are layered in acrylic paints. Cut the original ears off of the pony and crafted ears and tail from authentic leather, glued into place with Tacky glue then painted over in acrylics. Entire creation sealed in Artists Varnish. work in progress pic~

My dream is be successful with my custom pony sales. I have been for years, but I really want my sales to boom~ Taking a risk by sending my sale stock to friends going to conventions, see where that takes me~ But I never want to give up customizing pony figures. I also dream about singing~ I'm to flipp'n embarrassed to sing public anywhere though
