    So recently I got my hands on a system that can bring back those cherished childhood memories in a brutally amazing wave, the SNES! I have my three favourite games for it, Yoshi's Island, Super Mario World, and Super Mario All Stars.
     
    It's been fun playing those games that I truly loved as a child, and still do! Each game has it's own style, they honestly never bore me, I will always enjoy them.
     
    But out of the three, I have to say that Yoshi's Island is my favourite, I fondly remember playing it with great enjoyment, with my cousin too, it has a place in my heart, and nothing can replace that.
     
    The SNES will always live on! It's a classic.

    So, MLP Forums, since the first time I have joined, back in the good Ol' day of March 19th 2012, I came here not knowing what kind of community this was, expecting that I would never really get involved too much here, but what I came to is a community of amazing users who make my time here fun and enjoyable! Sometimes I wish I found this place earlier, but I'm just glad I found it period.
     
    I am so glad to be a part of this forum, I never really have been on much forums at all, so the fact that I found one that I instantly loved, was surprising.
     
    There are so many great members here, that make this forum what it is today, and all the mods who are amazing at what they do, it's just fantastic! Sure, old members will leave, but new members will come, and share their skill and enthusiasm for the show, just as we do, it just never ceases to amaze me how much awesome people are here, and I love you all! <3
     
    Okay okay, I'll end the cheesy love fest, but I wanted to share this with all of you!

    Why is Autism an Insult?

    The thought popped in to my head and I just wanted to write this down, it seems these days autism and other mental illnesses are used as a insult. I've seen it quite a bit recently, for example, it seems people who like MLP get this thrown at them most, to me it's just disrespectful and I don't see the need for it.
     
    I know full well the internet is full of hate, the anonymity makes it tremendously easy to throw hate around so people say things they wouldn't when face to face with one another. I know it's going to continue and everything, but I just wonder why they need to demean people who are affected by it.
     
    Anyways, I just felt I wanted to write this out and see others view on it. So what do you think?

    Mario Kart!

    As a young child, I've always loved the Mario Kart series, well, pretty much any Mario game for that matter, I'm a Nintendo kind of guy, and always will be!
     
    Recently, I've been playing those classics, to relive my childhood, and it feels so good, I will never get sick of them, it's just impossible to do so, the early 3-D graphics of MK64 are just great, that feeling of going back in time, just amazing.
     
    Double Dash is also a wonderful addition to the series, good times were had, and still will be, as I continue to play it!
     
    MKWii, can't forget about that, fantastic game as well, always a fun time playing with friends! And beating them ;3
     
    So I ask you, which is your favorite(s)?

    My Trip! (Pictures)

    So recently I went on a cruise up to Alaska, it was a good experience, if you like pictures then this is the blog for you!
     

    So we started in Seattle, beautiful city!
     
     
     
     

    The first part was a bit foggy (view from back of ship) it was cool!

    Our first stop was Ketchikan, it was a nice little place.

     
    Then was Juneau, don't have pictures of it though.
     
    Then we started heading to the Sawyer glacier, going through the passage was amazing, the stunning scenery.

    It was a pretty neat sight to see, very interesting!
     
    Then we went to Skagway and went on the White Pass Railway!

    It was cool hearing the stories of what happened in the gold rush days.
     
    Then on the way back we went between Vancouver Island and mainland British Columbia (My homeland!)

    So overall it was a cool trip, got to see some awesome sights!

    So my friend and I were talking a bit about animes, then we reminicing about the past animes we've watched, I still remember them well, good times were had back then!
     
    The first one I loved was Beyblade, it seemed like everyone at school had the toys and that was the 'thing' to have, the show was amazing back then, with the characters Tyson, Ray, Kai, and Max! I'd always draw them, yes I was drawing back then! Oh how I miss it.
     
    Then there was Yu Gi Oh, the original series, I used to collect yugioh cards, because it was pretty badass! The show was interesting, and I really liked it, maybe not as much as some of the others, but it was still a part of my childhood.
     
    And then we have Hamtaro, what a great show, those cute little Hamsters with big eyes, whats not to love?! This is probably one of my favorites from back then, I always loved watching as they went through little adventures, amazing times man...amazing times.
     
    These were all on YTV (Canadian channel) but sadly, these days they have barely any anime on anymore, which sucks, but the internet is a thing, so I just watch series online. What were some of your favorites as a child?

    So I'm thinking about starting a thread where I draw peoples OC's, I don't know when though, I feel it would actually give me inspiration, and a purpose for drawing, and help me practice drawing ponies!
     
    But the keyword here is may, I'm not entirely sure when or if I will, but it seems like a fun thing to do, maybe keep me a bit more busy and things like that. I guess we'll see soon hey!

    Future Requests

    This is just to say that I will most likely do requests in the future, they will be CHIBI ponies, just so you're aware. I first have other things to finish up, hence the title of this blog entry.
     
    Also, if you want to get one, commenting on this won't get you a spot, once I make an actual thread is when I will be accepting! I will do three at a time.
     
    Be aware that it may not be for a while, but will eventually happen, still got to stock up on art supplies xD

    Parallel Universe.

    As I've said in my last status update, wouldn't it be interesting if we were the fictional characters? We would each have our own fanbase, fanart, fanfics, and all of that creative stuff. Serves as a interesting thing to think about, now obviously this is not true, but imagine if it was, oh the possibilities.
     
    Pick a pony, now imagine that pony writing a fic about you, be it a dirty, depressing, adventurous, or any type really, if you could somehow know about it, what would your thoughts be? I know I would be surprised at the fact we are fictional characters to colourful ponies in a parallel universe, but it would also intrigue me to no end.
     
    Thus ends this short but thought provoking blog, tell me your thoughts!

    Cruise in September!

    So in the month of September, I shall be embarking on a cruise! (picture relevant) This will be my first one ever, so I am pretty excited. It starts in Seattle then goes up the coast all the way to Alaska, with many stops along the way.
     
    It returns back to Vancouver (Where we will leave our car) I forgot to mention we bus from Van to Seattle, so that way our vehicle will be ready and waiting for our return. I will definitely take pictures! Then maybe make a post trip blog ^3^
     
    So that is it! Should be a good experience.

    So the most difficult thing in this picture to do was probably the cutie mark of Vicke's OC, hehe, hand drawing it was interesting, also I feel I should've made the outlines of his OC a bit darker, but overall, it's a decent picture.

    Alright so this is my view on the whole clopping situation, it seems to be a bigger deal than it needs to be, this community sure looks down on it, it seems that if you are a clopper, then you're at the bottom of the barrel, it's just rediculous to me, why should it matter that someone likes clop? I mean it's nothing thats hurting you, so I don't see why people make a whole shitstorm over the topic.
     
    Clopfics can actually be really good, well written pieces of literature, just like ordinary fanfics, and just to clear this up, if clop is not your cup of tea, then I'm totally fine with that, I'm just talking about the hate and ridicule cloppers tend to get in this fandom, that is all.
     
    I myself, don't mind it, and why would I? Just because it rovolves around these innocent colorful ponies? Doesn't really matter, if there is a well written clopfic, then sure, I'll go ahead and read it, nothing wrong with that, at all.
     
    So what I'm really saying here is that all that hate, is just unnecessary, and very hypocritical to those who say 'love and tolerate' and I think that pretty much died, so basically just don't make a huge deal of it, it's unneeded.
     
     
    That was just a rant of my views, what are youir views on this?

    Soul Eater!

    As you can plainly tell by my avatar, I'm a big fan of the anime Soul Eater, I'm glad I found out about it, I think it was a couple summers ago when I did, I remember watching it for the first time, and I've come to love the dark feel of the show, I've watched the series twice so far, and I'm planning on watching it for the third time.
     
    The character designs are unique, and I love the diverse personalities that vary through out each one, Tsubaki is my favorite female character, while Soul is my favorite male role, but Crona, oh Crona, what a complex individual, very interesting figuring him (I'm pretty sure) out. Just a cast of 'amazing in their own way' characters.
     
    With fantastic openings, endings, and soundtracks, the sound provides an interesting feel, great music through out the show, with some of my favorites being 'So Scandalous' and 'Psychedelic Souljam'. Overall a great experience for your audio needs.
     
    So if you haven't seen this anime yet, and are looking for a good anime, I highly recommend it, you'll most likely enjoy it! But the ending, thats another story, but I'll leave that for another time.

    How are you guys doing? I'm doing decent, haha.
     
    Man I haven't seen any of season 4 at all, haven't watched ponies in sooo long. I miss it. Saw snippets of the season finale and it actually looks quite intense
     
    I think I will watch some again, been too long.
     
     
    So yeah, I wish I had some more things to say to make this actually interesting. Oh well I guess.

    Been a while.

    Greetings, MLP Forums, been a while since I've made a blog, don't really know why, guess I just didn't feel a need to, but here we go.
     
    Lately, I haven't been posting as much as I used to, I have no clue why, I know you're probably thinking it's because season 3 hasn't arrived, but, I find you don't need that to remain active on this forum, that aside, I know that eventually I will get back into posting as I have in the past, and no, I don't think it has anything to do with becoming a moderator, it just is what it is, and I can't really explain it, some of you may know what I mean.
     
    Who knows, maybe I need to get my life in gear, because really, I don't have a job, or go to school, what am I doing you ask? Well, not much...at all, and to tell you the truth, it is a little embarrassing. I feel I need to accomplish something, because I've never been the academic type, nowhere near that in fact, I had one job in the summer of 2011 but that didn't work out, and now here I am, just sitting around most of the time, feeling useless and like I can't really contribute anything to society, not to mention I'm not the best socially, so that doesn't help at all, I just don't know what I'm going to do with my life, I'm getting sick of it.
     
    Well, this seemed to turn more into a venting blog if anything, just needed to get these feelings out I guess, anyways, bye for now.

    'Cube World' (game)

    So I'm sure a lot of you heard about this upcoming RPG being developed by two developers, if not then I recently found out about this game that has yet to be released. As of now they're calling it Cube World, but they say it will be released with a different name.
     
    Apparently it is inspired by a number of different games, games such as
     
    - Minecraft
    -Legend of Zelda
    -Diablo and other RPG's such as that.
     
    To me, this game interests me, I think I would probably get it eventually, although it is for PC, they say a mac version will come in the future.
     
    Here is a video from their official Youtube channel, the gameplay looks pleasing, very colorful and joyful, which is a good thing in my book. There is also online multiplayer, which of course, is a great feature to any game.
