Silver finishes up the very last details of the stage so that it's ready. He grins as he sees it's complete and looks out to see a few ponies out in front of the stage waiting for the curtains to open. Silver glances around looking for Blu, seeing him talking to the band. Silver trots on over and says in a very happy tone, "The stage is set Blu!" Blu smiles at Silver, "Good job buddy. Thank you for the help. And be sure to tell the other ponies that lended a hoof that I'm grateful for their assistance." Blu turns his head to the band. "You guys ready?" The leader of the band gave a nod and a smile. "Alright good luck! " Blu chimes to the band. Silver has already excused himself to the crowd below and watches as Blu comes out from behind the curtain. "Ladies and Gentlecolts. I'm sorry for the delay. We had some technical difficulties with the instruments. We won't keep you waiting any longer though. Feel free to dance along too." With that, the curtains opened revealing the band already starting a song with an upbeat sound.

@reader8363 @Yoshi89 "Great work guys" Blu said to Silver and Shadow for their help in setting up the stage. By now the stage is fully set and even decorated with nightmare night assortments and a string of lanterns hanging across the stage top. Silver moves off the stage to allow the band to step up and play their music for everypony to hear. Blu looks over and sees that Fudge and Sundae were at the front of the stage grinning from ear to ear almost hypnotized by the stage and the band. Blu jumps of the stage and lands near the two. "Hey guys, glad to see the two of you could make it to the band!" Blu shows a bright and happy smile and he looked at the stage, satisfied with how his first organized Nightmare Night Festival turned out. Blu returns his attention to the twins, but just as he did, he noticed Fudge's snake wasn't with him. "Fudge," Blu said worriedly. "What happened to Squiggly? Did you put him up? I kinda liked that little fella." By now the band is fully set up and starting their first song.

@reader8363 Silver is already hard at work setting the speakers up around the stage. Blu was talking to to the band members when a a new figure came up to him asking if he needed any help. "Hey there. We would love some help If you don't mind. We just have to get the curtains set up, make sure the banquet is still fresh, and that the sound equipment is working properly. It's unfortunate that the band was late, but maybe they can still play for everypony until they leave." Blu has a small smile on his face, but was a little disappointed at how long it took for the band to show up.

@Yoshi89 Silver smiled and nodded. "Your welcome you two." Silver looked at Fudge, "You sure have quite the aim with that bucking of yours. That was an impressive shot." Silver winks to Fudge. "Keep it up little buddy!" Silver rubs Fudge's mane and chuckles. Just then, Blu comes running over shouting, "Silver, The band is here! Come help me out for a second at the stage." Silver looks over to Blu,"Ok bud, I'll be right there!" Hey fudge, Sundae, would you two like to listen to the band. From the sound of it, they are at the stage setting up." If so, Follow me" Silver says, signaling them to follow if they wished.

Hmm... a title. I'd have to go with Air Force Pilot. That dream got crushed when my eye sight turned south a few years ago so now I need glasses, and without 20/20 vision, I can no longer become an airforce pilot. I can still dream though lol

@Yoshi89 Silver heard a loud Ding as the ball hit the bullseye. SPLASH. Silvers platform folded and he fell right into the water. A few seconds pass and before Silver comes to the surface. Popping out the water, Silver said, "Woah that's some cold water! Nice shot Fudge!" Silver pulls himself from the tank, now dripping wet in his costume. He shakes a little water off before heading to the prize stand. "Since you two are the first to the game, how about you both get a candy apple?" Silver smiles warmly at the twins and hands them both a caramel coated candy apple.

Silver giggled at the sight of the excitement of the two and the gleam in their eyes after he told them about the Ghost Dunk. "Alright Let's go" but before he could finish his sentence, the two were already off. Silver laughed again and looked at Blu. "OK buddy, I'll see you around. Have fun, and love the decorations by the way." With that, he opened his wings through the holes in his ghost sheet and flew off to catch up to Fudge and Sundae that were already at the game waiting for him.Silver reached the stand a moment later. "Ok, now here's how this works. This ball is what you will use. You have to buck it off this stand here" Silver points to the stand placed a little bit from the bullseye, "and hit that bullseye, which will dunk me into the water. I'll adjust the stand to your height, so don't worry." Silver beamed and adjusted the stand and set the ball on top. "You each get 3 shots ok. 1 shot gets you a candy apple. 2 will get you 4 pieces of candy, and a third shot will get you 2 whether you dunk the ghost or not." Silver looked up, smiled and said, "Good luck!" Silver winked and flew off and sat on the Dunk booth.

@Yoshi89 "Well hello there. I sure hope I didn't spook yall too badly with my rather clumsy landing did I?" Silver pondered. He looked over their costumes for a second, then chuckled. "That's a mighty fine costume pair you two have there. Very nice indeed." Silver said with a smile. "I'm dressed up as a ghost for the ghost dunk stand over there" Silver pointed down the street to the big dunking tank and the stand around it. "If Blu hadn't begged me to be the ghost, I would have dressed up as a Wonderbolt." Silver let out a sigh and said," But, he's my best friend. I couldn't let him down when he needs someone." Saying this, Silver gave Blu a little knock on his shoulder and laughed.

@AmberDust @Yoshi89 Blu listened and grinned widely while he watched his friend Amber and his new found friends Fudge and Sundae talk and laugh. He reminisced or his times as a young foul on Nightmare Night. His parents would take him from Cloudsdale to Ponyville to be a part of the festivities. He never thought in his wildest dreams he would one day get the honor of organizing the event. He continued to contently listen to the 3 ponies talk and looking around at everypony having a good time. It was at that moment that Blu noticed a streak going across the sky. "What was that?" Blu thought to himself. "Excuse me for a moment guys" Blu said apologeticly to Amber, Fudge, and Sundae."I think I seen something fly over." Blu opened his wings, which have been cramping because the costume, stretching them and began to fly straight up in his usual slow flapping manner. "Ahh" Blu sighed, "sure is nice to move my wings for a second. I'm going to have to make some adjustments to this costume for m.... OOF" It was just then as Blu was talking to himself that the streak across the sky ran straight into him. Blu and the other pegasus fell to the ground in a ball. "Ouch" Blu said as he rubbed his head. "What was that?!" Blu looks around and sees a pegasus in a white sheet standing a few steps away dusting himself off. "Not my best landing ever ay Blu!" The pegasus let out a laugh and extended his hoof to help Blu back on his hooves. Blu finally realizes the pegasus that he seen making that streak through the air was his old friend Silver Wing. "Silver! You finally made it!" Blu embraces Silver and said with a worried look on his face, "I began to think you forgot about me and wasn't coming. And what was with you flying into me like that anyway!" Blu's face went from worried to angry in a flash. Silver let out another laugh, "You try flying with a sheet over your head Blu. I was going to dress up as a wonderbolt, but sooomepony begged me to be the ghost for the ghost dunk." Silver lifts the sheet of his head and grins to Blu, "and forget about you? Please. I would never skip a Nightmare Night." Blu Breeze and Silver Wing began to laugh together. "Oh Silver!" Blu unexpectedly shouted, startling Silver Wing a little. "Yes?" Silver asked with a puzzled look on his face. "Come and meet some of the ponies before you have to go to the dun..." "Amber?!?" Silver shouted Silver dashed over to Amber and the two little ones that where beside her. Blu looked a little confused as he had no idea Silver Wing knew anyone that was here, but trotted over to catch up to Silver.

Wow.... just wow!!! This is one of the most well planned and we'll put OCs back stories I've ever read!! Very impressive!!!

@Yoshi89 @AmberDust While Blu was talking to Fudge and Sundae Blu hears what he thinks is his name in the distance. His ears tweaked as he looked around to see where the sound came from. He seen in the distance a familiar figure. "Amber?" Blu said to himself as he focused his vision on the figure. His eyes clears and he seen clearly who it was. "Amber!!" Blu shouted. "Fudge, Sundae, I'll be right back. I want yall to meet a friend of mine!" Blu stretched his wings out and flew over to Amber as fast as he could. He reached Amber a few seconds later and flew a small circle around her before landing. "Wow nice costume Amber! Very crafty. I was worried you weren't going to be able to make it. It's great to see you here!" Blu looked over to Fudge and Sundae and then returned his attention to Amber, "You gotta meet this Filly and foal I met. They are from Bucklyn! They are really nice too."

@Yoshi89 Blu continued to pet squiggly, "Oh yes. He sure is. Very fascinating indeed." Still holding a large satisfied grin on his face. Blu listens to Sundae as she talks about Bucklyn and the people there with a growing curiosity. "I love to travel, but like your father, I work alot and usually don't have time to travel on my 1 day off a week." Blu explained with a visible disappeared look on his face. "I have been in Ponyville since I graduated In Cloudsdale. I found a calling in the Library and took a job there as the Librarians assistant and It kind of became my career." Blu blushed a little while saying this. "But it's a great job. I love to help people and that's a great way to teach people history and other neat little facts." Blu looked around to see how the festival was going. He sighed to see the band still hadn't shown up yet. Still looking away at the stage, Blu spoke. "I love to travel and see the world as well. I went to Manehatten once and loved traveling ever since. I didn't like the thick crowds all that much, but it was still enjoyable." Blu chuckled as he reminisced.

@Yoshi89 Initially Blu jumped at the sight of the boa curled around the foals hoof, mainly because it just startled him since he didn't expect it. After looking at Squiggly for a second Blu spoke. "Wow, now that is cool! So you have a pet boa hu?" Blu fluttered his wings with excitement as he said this and remained gazed at the snake. Blu has always been fond of reptiles and to see a Boa up close like this just star struck him. "He sure is a fascinating creature. I love reptiles!" Blu stated to Fudge. "It's a pleasure to meet you Fudge and Sundae, and you too Squiggly." Blu extended his hoof to pet Squiggly on the head. "Wait, did you say that yall two are from Bucklyn?" Blu's eyes grew and almost sparkled with enthusiasm

Blu's ears twitch and turn to the sound of a voice directed at him. He looks around and sees 2 young ponies. A filly and a foal. "Hey guys, and welcome to the Festival" Blu said with grin. "New to Ponyville hu? Maybe that's why I didn't recognize you. Well, My name is Blu Breeze but everyone just calls me Blu. It's great to meet you two. What are yalls names?"

@Moonlight "Sure thing." Blu said to moonlight with a smile. "I'm going to try and greet everyone that arrives if I can. I can't wait for my friend Silver Wing to get here. It took forever but I convinced him to be the dunking pony on the Ghost Dunk. It's my favorite game in the whole festival." Blu said with a large grin on his face. His excitement to the game stand could be heard in his voice. "It's really fun. All u have to do is buck that ball right there" Blu points his hoof over to the stand and the ball sitting beside it, "and try to hit it right on the bull's-eye in the middle of the circle. That will send the pony on the top of the tank down into the tank full of water." Blu chuckled a little remembering how he convinced his friend to be the Ghost for the game. "Here shouldn't be too much longer." Blu looked around to check and see if he could see his friend Silver Wing any where, but no luck. In his scan of the area, Blu spotted some new ponies that have arrived at the festival. "Oh goody!! More ponies! Oh, I'll be right back Moonlit." Blu said, then trotted off to greet the newcomers. @Redshell The first to catch his eye was a pony in a changeling costume just like his, except with a neat red shell. Blu trotted over to introduce himself. "Hey there! Love the costume." Blu giggled and gave a wink. "I love the color of the shell by the way. I had to fabricate the wings on mine onto my wings so I could still fly. Boy, was that no easy task." Blu rubbed his neck and gave a sheepish grin. "Glad you could make it, what might your name be?" Blu's eyes gazed with anticipation.

"I see" Blu now understanding. "Well it's nice to meet you Moonlit Serenade. This is the festival for Nightmare Night in honor of Nightmare Moon." Blu began to explain. "All the little fillies and foals can dress up in costumes and go door to door getting candy." Blu chuckled. "I love Nightmare Night. I used to go out different as something every year. This year I'm a Changeling!" Blu jumped with excitement, "Would you like to join me and the others in the festival? You don't have to have a costume to be a part of it. We have loads of game stands, food, and later we will even have a band coming a little later."

"Careful now!" Blu rushes over to make sure the pegasus is ok and helps her back up. "I cant say I've seen you around here before. Are you new here? Blu says with curiousity in his eyes. "Oh where are my manners, I'm Blu Breeze, but everyone just calls me Blu." Blu offered his warmest smile to this new pegasus. "What's your name?"
