    Fire looked up at Red he looked completely shattered he looked back down and hugged himself before rolling out from underneath the bed still crying his eyes out, he held the pills to re grow his horn in his hooves not sure whether he should take them or not

    Fire didn't reply but looked over at Red tears streaming down his face he still thought he should've done something to stop her from dying like she did, "FIRE? YOU IN HERE?" Fire's team mate came rushing in "Commander Ma'am do you know the current location of FireBall?"

    Fire's head hit the table when he heard Jennifer wasn't the only one they had lost, he left the room early and hid underneath his bed crying, he had known Jenny since childhood they joined the Gator teeth together she was always a better fighter than him

    Okay I understand the concept of chores Really I do but getting a 14 year old Midlander to work all day in the back garden cutting down a tree is RIDICULOUS!

    Fire's last team mate came in. "fire, you alright bud?" he said noticing the missing part of his horn, he bandaged it to stop him from incinerating anything else "yeah... w-where's Jennifer?" Fire said looking around for the mare "Jennifer's dead Fire... after you passed out she was shot through the neck and died" the team mate said

    "horn? grow back? tomorrow!?" Fire said sitting bolt upright he looked around and sniffed the air, "oh fuck what is that smell!?" he covered his nose to stop him from smelling said smell, he looked down and then looked at Red not saying anything realising what or who his body was covered with

    the top half of Fire's horn snapped off and fell to the ground he was awoken by the pain of part of his horn literally falling off of his body, "w-what happened..." he said looking around from Redwood's back he had no control over what spells came out of his horn and ended up incinerating a chair

    Fire's horn shot off some magical discharge which floated through the air for a bit and then poofed harmlessly into nothing but some ash and bits of lead from the bullets which fell to the ground, his coat was blackend by the ashes of the ponies he had killed and smelt terrible

    there was no reply from fire but the team mate did what he could to create some form of pen to keep the troops in, whilst they were trying to break through the ice he threw a grenade into the pen and waited for the explosion to take the troops out, a loud boom confirmed that the plan had worked

    The last remaining member of Fire's team made a wall of ice just behind the doorway to funnel the attacking ponies into the main building one by one his pistol ran out of ammo so he picked up a dead Militia's combat shotgun and fired on the attackers to conserve magic

    Fire was running out of energy quickly, his invisibility spell flickered and died and he was shot twice in the horn and a non fatal wound to the chest he quickly passed out and fell onto one of the Militia soldiers who threw his unconscious body into a pile of ashes

    More fireballs and some ice balls from the three unicorns came at the attacking ponies they had chosen to defend the commander until the end one of them took a bullet to the neck and her invisibility spell failed the attackers realising that Fire's team was invisible began firing on the area's they saw the balls of magic coming from

    Fire continued with his group to clear the upper floors of the outpost, he ducked back down the stairs at the sight of a sniper and fired a ball of fire at him incinerating his corpse and reducing him to foul smelling ashes which blew away in the wind

    Fire noticed Red and tapped her on the shoulder deactivating and reactivating the invisibility spell for a quick second so she could see who it was, Fire's team mates did the same thing before they quietly slunk away up the stairs after clearing out that room

    Fire decapitated the next pony who tried to kill him and the other two used two silenced pistols to take out the two coming for them a guard from the next floor came down and stood at the entrance to the stairs, he was dispatched with a machete to the stomach

    Fire saluted and went invisible again he picked up some ammo for his rifle and moved upstairs with two other unicorns that knew the invisibility spell that Fire was using, Fire snuck up on one soldier and strangled him to death before hiding his body and taking his machete

    Fire mouthed a silent wow that no one could see as the corpse fell a pony came to fill what she thought was an empty space in the massive crowd of ponies but instead walked into Fire, he broke the Invisibility spell and glared at the mare who had walked into him

    "what did I say about being an arsehole?" Fire said casting a quick invisibility spell to get away from Knifepoint, "say why do they call you knife point? I haven't seen a knife or a point, It's mostly guns and rambling with you... that's what I've observed anyway"

    "hows that for stupid? I already scouted the area..." Fire said as he teleported back to Knifepoints side and handed her another picture in the same style he had drawn Redwood earlier badass, she wasn't as badass as Red though probably because Fire didn't like her

    "swamp!? hold on wait a minuet the swamp? Commander there are Radiles in there and real gators with real gator teeth, we'd loose at least half before we even got to the checkpoint, not to mention the fact that they'd notice the gun fire of us fighting off the Radiles"

    After two hours Fire had managed to chew through almost all of his sketch pad and almost every pony had a picture of them drawn except for a few exceptions, He really enjoyed drawing pictures of the battle hardened Echo Squad as many had scarres

    "Yes Ma'am... You do look awesome though" Fire said teleporting back to the back of the three squads and continuing to draw. reluctantly he did one of Knifepoint but he made her a bit prettier after a few seconds he was done and gave the image to her hopeful

    "aww but this drawing of you is so cool!" Fire said showing it to her, in truth in that photo Redwood was the definition of badass, leather jacket, cigar, bottle of Tequila everything to make her look as awesome as he possibly could even though the real thing was possibly more awesome

    "how... where is the logic in that!? I'm sorry commander but if I teleport away from a pony surely they don't know where I've gone to?" Fire said walking with the commander "or do these ponies track magic usage as well? I've never seen them do it..." Fire said as he drew the commander as she was ready for battle

    Fire kept drawing teleporting to different vantage points over the crowd to get some good pictures of the entire three squads, he was an incredibly fast drawer he had to when doing the art that he did, it could be gone within seconds of him thinking of it
