Unless the names of all the ponies are actually nicknames and their legal names are a bit more like our's, I just do not understand how every single pony's name always matches with their cutie mark which they do not get when they're born but when they're old enough to talk and go to school.

I guess you can kind of count this as child abuse but it is nothing like beating your child. However giving your child a weird name could lead to him having problems with his name, people making fun of it and what not but this is My Little Pony we're talking about, every other pony has weird names so Troubleshoes does not stand out that much.

Is it possible to have multiple trotting pony gifs and everytime something is loading a gif is chosen at random to be played.

Hold on there just a minute. This Lyra is not the pony Lyra, how can she dream of having hands when she always had them? If anything the human Lyra goes in reverse, she will sit like a pony and sound crazy to her fellow humans when she rants about how pastel coloured ponies exist in another world.

Calling him an evil phsycopath is pushing it too far. He has been spoiled, either Fluttershy did that by being too soft on him or he was like that when Fluttershy started taking care of him. He is a jerk but he is not evil, he cares a lot about Fluttershy.

They are two ambitious businessponies who want to make a fortune and they're not afraid to use som dirty tactics to get that money. They are not even evil, they are just complete A-holes.

All I can guess is that we will have some kind of reference to those old western shooter movies. At least that is the feeling I get from the name of the episode.

I think I would definitely be a Pegasus. I'd also have a darker mane and coat than most ponies have and I suppose my eye color would be the same as it is now so they would be brown. I don't know about my cutie-mark though, I have no idea what I'm really good at.

To answer your question, if I am completely honest then I would say that this fandom does not feel that active to me as it seemed back when I first became a brony (which was somewhere in late 2011, I found this forum the next year in March).

You may not have been there when some really good episodes came out or when Twilight got turned into an Alicorn princess or we finally saw Vinyl Scratch's eye color but better late than never, right?

I think that they are still writing for the intended audience, but they are probably creeping these and other forums for inspiration. They wanted to make a show that respects the intelligence of children. They obviously did that since they ended up attracting adults to the stories. But not just any adults. Adults that can appreciate children's programming. Bronies are the perfect group of people to ask for feedback on a kids' show because we have tastes similar to children, but we can articulate our thoughts better than they do. How many forums full of five year olds exist out there? So when we said: "I wish Rainbow Dash would get a solo song", they listened. When they tested the waters of adding a romantic interest for Twilight and most of us (even the ones who like Flash) said "no way", they listened. Twilight is a princess who doesn't wear a crown or act regal because we raged online and reminded them of why she's a likable character in the first place. And you guys, it was totally because of us that Derpy is back and derpier than ever.

They do small bits of fanservice that do not ruin the show in anyway and I like to think that half the reason they haven't made any crap till now is because they do what you said, they listen to our opinions and make slight changes to the show based on our reception.

I think it is safe to say that there are at the very least 8 million active bronies out there in the whole world. A large majority of whom are just closet bronies who just watch the show and they have had their dose of pony for the day.

Still, I don't know man, you theory is really far out but in no way is it impossible. Now I cannot think about Discord without seeing Catman in my mind.

I guess popular opinion goes with Twilight and I would not argue with that. She got to become Celestia's personal protege at such a young age and that must have had her over the moon.

You see them in almost every kid's show and they're all boring and generic and bratty characters with no real purpose but to taunt the main characters (CMC are not actually Mane charactars but you get the point).

John really does a good voice for Discord and I wouldn't really like it if they got another voice actor for him, it just wouldn't be the same to be honest but if the only other alternative is him never appearing on the show again then I'll take the former.

I think they will just find another voice actor for Discord. Why kill him off? Is it that hard to mimic someone's voice?

Plus I'd be really sad to see Discord be killed off from the show. He's funny and he can make it rain chocolate milk, what is not good about that?

Yeah Cadence murdered Sombra but then again, he kind of deserved that didn't he? It is like calling Osama Bin Laden's killer a murderer.

I'm happy to be a part of this fandom and all but it's not really that 'special'. We are like any other fandom except we enjoy a show that is not meant for us but we watch it regardless.

I highly doubt that we will ever even have any character die let alone die on screen. You can claim that the show is getting more mature but the little girls this show is intended for might not take it so well so I don't think the writers would want to touch the subject of death.

Tank's hibernation is the closest thing we will get to a death. Except for King Sombra, I think he does die on-screen but who cares, he is a villain.
