Goodness gracious dear lovelies, today hasn't exactly been the most spectacular start to the week  ( although not having to work yesterday I guess would make up for it ) 





the start of the work day went much like any other run of the mill days- we rounded all the children up from their respective schools and broke them into groups to run educational activities. 

But right after herding all the little ones upstairs, our middle schoolers decided that listening today would be the last thing they would do  after a while, we were able to get them under control, however begrudgingly they may have taken it (you wanna do the fun stuff? well, you have to get through the important stuff first- knowledge is POWER! ) 



Although soon after wrangling them together, our solitary high schooler showed up. It was a bad day for them 


Needless to say my beautiful flowers- not getting into specifics, but it you ever feel like you have nothing in your life, or that you're worthless and have nothing but pain in your life, know that you're more valuable than you could ever understand in that mindset. Trust those around you that show care and warmth to you. If you have no one that can listen, or feel those around you won't, you're welcome to send me a message either through PMs here or on my discord. You're never alone.


After being such a person for about an hour- honestly only being able to to be a person who would listen- I had to train a new hire on one of our fleet vehicles. Hopefully soon I'll be back in the position I started in June. Maybe we've found someone who can properly operate a 15 passenger van this time


After wrapping up work, I ran a few errands, came home, and after a boxing match with my sleep paralysis demon, I headed here! (I've dealt with sleep paralysis most of my life, I'll be alright, just a bit of a scare!  h-heh ) 


I hope you've all had a wonderful day/ night. If you didn't have the best day, well I hope at least it wasn't bad. 

And if it was bad, well, at least it's over

Hello again, my lovely flowers 

I've missed you dearly, thought of you often, and have wished to return every day since the beginning of the summer...



& here we find ourselves, reconvening as the nights grow ever shorter and the warm breeze is dashed away by the cool breath of fall 




I hope our bonds can be celebrated once again, but for those that I may have been gone too long to keep such a tie, know your thoughtfulness and sincerity has made a lasting impact on my life & that I'll never let go of the warmth you brought to my heart- to do so would be betraying my very nature 

you've all written yourselves into my very being. whether it be a kind word, a friendly visage, a thoughtful discussion on life or even well wishing of good night/morning and such phrases in kind. 

It's all been carefully handcrafted into my soul, patching up the holes that life has left in me like so many others before.


If we were to all disappear tomorrow, and you would know nothing of me from this moment on, know I wouldn't be the person I am now without the bonds of love and encouragement I've forged here.

I've been at work since 7:00, kids will be here at 7:30, I have to take two van loads of them to the tumble gym today, I work from open to close

And I've only had three hours of sleep 

What a great way to start the day!  It may sound like I'm dragging my hooves, but I'm actually feeling pretty good this morning! 

I'm a bit short staffed today, so I may to be able to respond quickly or frequently, but I'll be around 

How're you my darling dears?  I've hardly had any time to spend with you all since the summer season started  are you all doing okay? Are you getting to enjoy your summer at all?

Hello my amazing friends ^W^ hope you're all having a wonderful saturday!  *hugs you all tightly* 

So yesterday was a 22 hour day  I opened west end building, organized and ran a trip to the community pool, went on said trip (I didn't swim- I was actually wearing sweats ) got them all home and locked up the building in the evening.

Talk about a jam packed day! It didn't even end there! 

After work, I went hunting for a mobile home I hope to purchase at the end of the summer. So after a double shift, I drove around 100 miles checking out ads I had seen! 

Once back home, I sent some time (I believe? I can barely remember it ) with my significant other @Psychie before completely passing out  

Everything was sore, I was puffy from the top of my horn to the tips of my hooves  I bet I set a speed record for falling asleep last night! 




Today I've exercised, gotten cleaned up, and.. well... 


you're caught up to me now 


How're you my lovely flowers?  It always bothers me when I can't keep up with everyone on a daily basis, I hope that my every other day check ins don't leave you thinking I don't value all of you and the time I get to spend here  life is just really full, albeit in a good way, I never feel I get to spend as much time as I want here with you. 

Hopefully once I have my home, I won't be so worked obsessed and busy 


 

Today was a very pleasant and quiet one to mark off the calendar   The weather was amazing, I was placed back at the smaller building today to fill in for the director (which is something I know how to do quite well ) and I wasn't galloping all over creation trying to put out fires! 

I haven't had much time to myself these past few weeks- work has really taken the lion's share of my waking hours!  but hopefully that will be calming down soon. as staff vacations were usually stacked in sequence this year 


and guess who the lucky pone is that fills all the spots  

no worries though, I welcome the extra money! I'm working on saving for a house! 


I wish I could stick around and talk with all you beautiful equines, but this one has to head to bed. I'm opening and closing tomorrow  Don't worry! its my own choice!

Yesterday was a train wreck if I've ever seen one and I was in the conductor's seat  The name of the game was "stop the bleeding" as in fix the problem. It didn't stop from the moment I woke up, til I went to sleep. Almost all aspects of my life were difficult.

But not you lovelies  you gave me kind words and encouragement. I couldn't ask for better friends to have around me than you <3 

I'm still getting over everything.It was a day to remember, though I wish I could forget . Nevertheless, I'm bouncing back, just a bit slower than usual  more effort is needed. 


Today was very busy, but nothing like yesterday. I still was running around trying to keep up, but it wasn't awful. I can stand days like this one again  

We took the kids to the roller rink again- as we do every wednesday in summer. I could tell they all had a great time, and getting to see them happy made me happy as well 

I exercised again today- my new work schedule has disturbed my workout routine, keeping me from being consistent with it. I'm just counting it as a win that I'm still doing it at all  As things calm down after the transition into summer operations, I'm sure it will be easier to manage

Bad day

Time for rest  I finally have the hair appointment I set a week and a half ago in the morning before work! I'm really looking forward to seeing what the stylist can do with my mop. I"m intending to let it grow out this time. I love long hair  I just don't like it when it looks like an unkempt bush  

may you all slumber peacefully under the caring eyes of my nocturnal sibling  <3

We ended up dungeoning it up with a couple of close friends for a few hours before  heading to bed

I was also able to get my guitar all cleaned up and ready to sell- she's shining like a true collectors piece now!

I'm  Just here at work now, punching away a computer keyboard, summarizing emails
