      I had a very shitty childhood, abuse, neglect, and no friends. I sometimes feel like I just want to cease to exist, to beat the people who hurt me as a child with a fridge handle. Those days are a minority. Although I have a very terrible foundation, I try to live and act above those people. The hardest thing is to love yourself. As Buddha said, "Be your own best friend."
