I already love marshmallows, so I would definitely want these.

My Little Pony is a kid's show, so of course we won't see the dark aspects of it. 

The darker parts are in the comics, which aren't even canon, so what we see is that Equestria is a great place except with the occasional invasion here and there.

For all we know, there are a lot of problems that take place off screen since we don't know them. 

There are several kid's shows that take place on earth, but I doubt any of them talk about the darker aspects that happen like murder, rape, or evil stuff like that. Would that mean according to that show, Earth doesn't have those problems?

Of course, you could argue that while we watch MLP, the unimportant stuff in Equestria arent there. Even then, that sounds boring. You will only exist while you're on camera. I wouldn't like that. 

Equestria does have kidnappying and slavery though. In fact, Twilight Sparkle, a princess,  pretty much approved her friend to be traded as a slave. We have more evidence showing that slavery is legal than evidence showing it's illegal in Equestria. Also, if your view of slavery involves ownership of any sentient animal, then slavery is legal in Equestria, and Applejack is a slave owner.  Yes, one of the elements of harmony, the pony who can get along with anypony else, has slaves. (Or not depending on your idea of slavery.)

I don't know. I cry very easily. It is also something I relate to really well. 

Personally, I like fanfics that make you sad but in the end make you happy

The fanfiction I wrote can make someone cry. It did make both me and my best friend cry.

My pale skin with white, it just doesn't work.

Whites, yellows, and other lighter colors are not suited for me.

Maybe, but not only is it fabulous, it's also more beneficial than any pitchfork or torch, I mean if there was in an Angry Rarity Fan Mob this would be the most preferred weapon.

How does a weapon of generosity work? 

I mean guns usually kill... which is taking a life, definately NOT generosity.

I've defended her more times than I can count, sadly, but 'tis just the way things go. No character is free from it, so the fact that it's gotten down to being no more than her mane 6 counterparts on this particular site is something I think is pretty great. She even won a tourney a while back

Defend Rarity still, though. From what I've seen, Rarity gets the most hate. 

Though I do see a rise in Rainbow Dash hate. (Yes, I will defend Rainbow Dash, too, but this is a Rarity fan club, not a Rainbow Dash. I'm not even a fan of Rainbow.) 

To be fair, you should see it when a Rarihate topic comes up. It isn't very often, not nearly as much as it used to be, but the memories of swarming those and partaking in some epic battles with the other side still rings true in my head to this day. Our weapons may have been jewel encrusted, but they were also vicious

I've dealt with a lot of Rarity hate. The civil discussion with Hasbro is so that they are more likely to realize Rarity fans are actually amazing (which we are) and fanservice us instead of Rarity haters. 

I've defended Rarity several times, and not just on the forum.

Seriously, I used to live in Missouri when I was younger. I looked at past videos of myself, and I sound a lot like Applejack.

Rarity fans would not have those. We would have fabulous gem encrusted weapons that will gleam as we march forth to have a civil discussion with Hasbro until they promise to add Rarity when they can and make Season 6 all about Rarity.

Come on! You know that Rarity is going to be in Season 5. They wouldn't remove her from the show. There will be an angry mod of Rarity fans.

I doubt it. I am best with Slice of Life, and Slice of Life isn't really that big. People prefer action or stuff like that. Take my last fan fiction for example. Sure, it has a good lesson, especially for creators, but no one will read it. Basically, a stallion enters his prized art in an art show and the critics hate it. Twilight teaches him that if he likes his art, that is what truly matters. Good lesson, but it's not awesome.

Anyway yeah i have two fic ideas but havn't writtne them yet

Don't forget about those ideas, especially if they are Rarity fanfictions. There aren't many of those. 

I create fan fiction, I've created OCs, I've created Ponysonas for others, I've never done anything that made me big, though. I never will, either. Most people don't pay attention to what I do.

meanwhile, i am staying away from any and all signs of s5, since i despise spoilers. 

So I guess I shouldn't tell you that Rarity will be in Season 5?

I think the main reason that people dislike Alicorn OCs is because they are often written poorly. 

I actually have a headcanon that there are bispecies ponies. (Alicorns are pretty much tri-species.) 

There are also:

Pegearths: Pegasus + Earth Pony. They appear pegasus, but they also have Earth Pony traits. 

Earthicorns: Earth Pony + Unicorn. They appear unicorn, but they also have Earth Pony traits.

Pegacorns: Pegasus + Unicorn. They look like alicorns but aren't. They are what I think the background pony alicorns actually are. 

Now, if you want to create an actual alicorn princess OC, it's best to give her some relatable flaws and not make her the major focus of a fan fiction. As long as your OC is realistic (not overly perfect or extremely bad childhood.) then it can be a good OC regardless of species. Though at least have a good reason for your OC to be an alicorn.
