  1. Ye... no. It's not society, it's simple statistical knowledge. Most people assume others are straight because most people have met more straight people than gay people (which is helped by the fact that there are far more straights than otherwise).

Fine... No wonder everything is made for straight people. Being a minority sucks because you don't exist. I'm stupid. :(

  2. so an oc then? well, it would probably depend on whether or not she would like that pony. is the pony important? do they seem likeable? if not, then yes, rarity would go out for blood. but if they were a pony she wanted to impress, she would be a lot more longsuffering. the same (to a lesser extent) is true if they seemed likeable. however, she would likely snap a bit sooner unless she were to think that they truly were sorry each time.

    hope this helped!  :rarity:

They don't show to be a threat and is very friendly, but they soon realize Rarity is forgiving and starts taking advatange of her.

  3. I feel bad. :( Rarity is my favorite character, but I can't write her. Strangely enough, I can roleplay her, though.

I think my reason is that I'm best with slice of life, but I have difficulty writing slice of life due to my lack of knowledge in fashion. I had so many Rarity fanfiction ideas that I couldn't write because of my lack of knowledge on what I wanted to write. Somepony steals Rarity's dresses (literally going into her boutique and stealing them, not like Suri Polomare) and selling them as their own. For example.

As I was writing this, I had another idea: Somepony takes advantage of Rarity's forgiving nature. Unfortunately, I don't know how to write that one, either... What would be considered crossing the line for Rarity?

  4. Rarity and Sweetie Belle visit Germany

    669316__safe_rarity_photo_sweetie+belle_

THE SKY IS BLUE!!!! I thought Germany rarely has blue skies. Two Rarities in that picture. (The human and the rarity of the sky being blue in Germany.)

  5. Let's post ALL THE RARITYS!

    attachicon.gifrarity_relations_by_aquaticneon-d5g0ycd.jpg

I love Heart Throb and G4 Rarity the most out of those. I hated Sparkler and didn't see Rarity when I watched her. Heart Throb us much more like Rarity. I ship Gloryjack even though I don't know anything about Glory. All I know about Melody us that she's in a band. I don't know anything about g3 Rarity. G4 Rarity wins. :D

  6. How about you caress and wash her silken, flowy prettymane, and i massage her slender, adorable hoofsies gently at the same time!

    scrubba_dub_dub__best_pony_in_the_tub_by

I love her so much... She is a little, sweet princess. A beautiful and noble goddess. She deserves all the papering. All the good things in the world.

If heaven is real. This is what it's like! :D

  7. I find him to be a very relatable character to be honest :D I'd go as far as to want to name him the unofficial fan club mascot just because I feel he represents the average RFC-goer's reaction to the purple and pearl princess of all things fabulous :please:

Anyway, good morning fan club! :D Wouldn't you just love to be the lucky guy in this picture?

    img-3585895-2-large.png

Imagine how that would feel...to run your fingers through her mane while you wash it...it would feel like heaven

I like note worthy, but he's not a favorite. I'd do almost anything to touch Rarity's mane.

  8. Most people here cannot find the animation error in this picture. I couldn't find it until someone pointed it out.

Yes, it's because I was too focused on Rarity.

  9. Season 4 was awesome!!!! :D

    Rarity: Best pony

    Applejack: Awesome

Rainbow Dash: She was a lot better

    Twilight: Great

    Fluttershy: Meh...

    Then there's Pinkie Pie....

Pinkie Pie was, for the most part, horrible. She was amazing in Pinkie Pride, and she was pretty good in Pinkie Apple Pie. Unfortunately, she was horrible, especially in Filly Vanilli. I mean she had no reason to be like that. She didn't even learn a lesson. The episode would be fine, probably better, if she acted like her normal self or if she was cut out from the episode completely.

Season 4 overall was a 9/10 with Pinkie Pie being my only complaint.

  10. Now, that St. Patrick's Day is almost over. Easter's coming, and I'm so EGGcited! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA- oh my god i'm such a freaking loser.

    Anyway, on that subject, this.

    rarity_bunny_by_dmtbrony-d4lpj79.png

She looks adorable! I want to cuddle her forever. :D

  11. Crap, Diamond Butt is giving me sexy eyes again.I love it when she does that sooo much. img-3584494-1-post-25189-0-98096400-1405

    "You love what darling?" :pout:

O///O "N-nothing, the crossed out text means nothing. hehe...."

    "Ok.... :proud: "

I personally wouldn't hide my love for Rarity.

If I were to meet Rarity, my reaction would be similar to:

    I LOVE YOU, RARITY!!!!!!!

I am a bit socially awkward. I don't know why anyone would deny their love for Rarity's sexy eyes, though.

  12. Five months of hard work, and it was finally finished. Every detail from the individual leaves on the tress to the realistic looking fur was the result of five months of painting. Brush Stroke looked at his masterpiece to see if he was missing something. Princess Celestia's wings where symmetrical, and the sun behind her gave her a slightly silhouette appearance. The other ponies in the scenery where not ignored. Each pony was designed after ponies he passed in the streets. His signature was neatly written on the bottom right corner. “The Bringer of Dawn” as he called it, was his finest piece yet.

It was the piece that he intended on entering into the Royal Art Show, the art show he dreamed of winning his entire life. Winning art shows was nothing new to him. He didn't always get first place, but he has always placed in every art show he entered since the Canterlot Foal's Art Festival, the same time he got his cutie mark.

The Royal Art Show wasn't for another week, and he already did what he needed to do. For all his life, he dreamed that one of his paintings was displayed in the Canterlot Castle, and that was the best chance he got. He was confident that he was going to win. The judges where going to love his piece.

The week leading to the art show was chaotic yet predictable. On Monday through Friday, waves of ponies arrived. Most of them where fellow competitors with their families. He assumed that those who arrived earlier where hoping for better hotels while those who arrived on a later date already had reservations or weren't picky. He was in no place to judge them. He has lived in Canterlot his entire life.

Thursday was the day Princess Cadence arrived. Brush Stroke joined the other ponies in greeting her as she stepped off the train. There was no doubt that he held high respects for the Crystal Princess. He wasn't sure if it was because Princess Cadence was the first and only princess to compliment his art or if it was because she invited him to her wedding. Either way, he thought of her as his favorite princess.

On Saturday, the day of the art show, Princess Twilight Sparkle arrived. He loved Princess Twilight because she refused to let her title as a princess change her. She continued being a book worm who lived in Ponyville. She didn't expect other ponies to suddenly bow down to her. In fact, she gave other ponies a choice whether to call her Princess Twilight or just Twilight. She reminded him that even a normal pony could be important.

Brush Stroke already sent in his art, so all he had to do was wait. The first round of the art show was to pick the top ten pieces to go to round two. Then, of the ten, one was to be chosen as the winner. All he had to do was wait for his name to be announced as the winner.

The names of the ten ponies where finally posted on a piece of paper. In the art hall Ponies gathered around to read the names written on the paper. A few ponies jumped with excitement, but most of them lowered their heads in disappointment. He finally had a chance to look at the names. He searched for his name, but it wasn't on there. That had to have been a big mistake.

He ran away from the hall with tears streaming down his eyes. He knew he would win. He knew the judges would love his piece. Why didn't he get passed round one? It wasn't fair. He vaguely noticed Twilight trying to talk to him, but he was too upset to listen. He found a corner and hid in it.

His hiding wasn't too good, though. “What's wrong?” Twilight asked after she found him.

“What.... do you... think!” He shouted between sobs, not showing his face.

“I think you are like one of my friends, Rarity.” Twilight responded.

“Do I look like a fashion lover who wields the element of generosity?” He asked, still angry.

“She ran away crying after she found out that one of her creations wasn't as great as she thought it was. She knew that the puppeteer would love it, but he found it to be awful,” Twilight explained, “You may not be into fashion nor wield an element of harmony, but you are an artist who takes pride in his work, so much that you become devastated when others don't find your work to be as great. I personally thought your  painting was amazing.”

“Really?” He asked. He started to calm down, but tears continued streaming down his face.

“Yes. If I was one of the judges, I would have definitely voted for yours! I loved how you put a lot of detail on the painting, especially with the lighting and textures,” Twilight praised, “In fact, do you mind if I keep if it?”

He stopped crying and told her, “Sure. I'm going to ask the judges if I can have it back.”

Twilight helped him up, and both ponies walked into the judging room. Two unicorns and an earth pony looked at them as they entered. The earth pony and one of the unicorns where stallions while the third one was a mare. He didn't know any of their names, though.

“Can I have my painting back since I didn't win?” Brush Stroke asked them.

The male unicorn laughed and turned his nose up, “Don't be ridiculous! Why would you want that awful piece?” He asked.

“I thought it was the worst piece I have ever seen in my life!” The earth pony criticized, “Did you let a baby paint it?”

“I should have burned that piece the second I saw it!” The mare scoffed insultingly.

Tears streamed down Brush Stroke's face again. He ran out of the room. Twilight wasn't going to have any of it. “It's one thing to criticize, but it another to flatly insult a piece of art that a pony has been working on for some time! You should be ashamed of yourselves for talking about a painting like that! Now, if you don't mind, I would like to have Brush's painting.”

“Go ahead, take it!” The mare told Twilight. She pointed to Brush Stroke's painting.

“Thank you. I think this will look nice hung up in my castle,” Twilight commented before teleporting away with the painting.

She found Brush in the same corner he was previously. There was a puddle of tears under him from all his crying. Those judges where very rude to him. They should have gave him constructive criticism instead of talk down on his work without a reason. She had to help him.

“Do you like your painting?” Twilight asked.

“I did,” Brush replied. Twilight couldn't see his face, but she knew he was sad with slow the words where.

“Why don't you like it anymore?” Twilight questioned.

“You heard what they said in there!” He shouted angrily, “my painting sucks! It's the worst thing ever!”

“That's their opinion, not yours,” Twilight explained, “It shouldn't matter what other ponies think. If you like it, then that's all that matters. Don't let the opinion of others sway your own.”

“You like it though,” Brush realized.

“I think that it was one of the best, if not the best, paintings in the art show.” Twilight confirmed.

Brush smiled, “If a princess likes it, then it has to be great.”

Twilight returned the smile. “If you like it, then it is definitely great. After all, you painted it.”

    1. Raridash episode (like a lot of people already said)

    A Raripie episode

    Rarilight episode

    Rarity to be written correctly

    CMC get their cutie marks

    More development on the pets

More information on Equestria's past and pre-Equestria

    Discord's background

A Discord + Pinkie Pie episode

    Fluttershy's family

Fluttershy episode explaining how kindnes isn't weakness

Rarity's generosity causes other ponies to become greedy

A feminine stallion. (That will never happen because even though it's acceptable for women to be masculine, it is not acceptable in society for men to be feminine. It would teach kids and adults alike that being feminine isn't something only reserved to females. G1 did have Knight Shade who even wore make up...)

A homosexual couple. (Lyra and Bon Bon confirmed for dating? I'm hoping that if they do this, they won't start talking about homosexuality. It should be played out as if homosexuality is accepted in Equestria.)

  13. Ohhh! I like that idea, that does sound liek a show like episode. or a great fanfic

It it becomes a fanfiction, it can't become an episode. So let's hope it becomes an episode. Though I don't see Rarity struggling with that. Maybe Pinkie is the one asked to host the Grand Galloping Gala, but she asks Rarity for help after she finds out that she's making everything worse? (Though would that still be a Raripie episode??? )

  14. After more thinking, I realized Twilight is pretty much just like me minus a few things. (Appearance, abilities, and that sort not included. Only personality)

    1. Twilight and I are on opposite spectrums when it comes to organization.
    2. Twilight and I don't share a love for books.
    3. Twilight learns by reading while I learn by hearing.

Yet I still can't bring myself to like her. Why is that? Even though we even share positive traits. She should be my favorite pony, but instead, she's my least favorite of the Mane Six.

    • Brohoof 2
  15. Althugh taking party of one into consideration, she liked pinkie crazy parties, she danced, drank punch and fun

That is true. Maybe it similar to Suited for Success, but this time it's Rarity who was expecting something else?

    • Brohoof 1
  16. I agree with everything you mentioned about RD. While I hope it never comes to it ('cause Hasbro would totally alienate their target audience, and shift FIM's rating to TV 18+, right?) Dashie is tied with AJ, at my #1 spot of personal favorite Mane Six filly, because of their personalities, implicitly giving the impression that they'd defend their four (technically 5, here) besties from lethal harm; even if it permanent injury followed.

I considered Twilly, but she was disqualified because I couldn't imagine her being injured, after her intervention. Alicorns, what can ya do about it? (Twilight fans, please drop your weapons! It was a joke!)

I assume Trixie has fans, because of the potential, that the story of her past could tell. She looks like she's within the Mane Six's age group, so I thought that her arrogance is nothing but an act (Whoa. Considering her talent, that's an odd coincidence to me.)

Her gloating and boasting, could be in attempt to compensate for her potential lack of confidence, or fear of rejection.

So basically, Trixie isn't that different from me? My biggest fear is rejection, and I lack confidence. I need to stop being like characters I don't like. Though that's why I don't like Twilight... we're too similar on the wrong things... I should have mentioned that in an unpopular opinion.

Edit: Actually, come to think of it, Twilight and I are too similar on almost everything. The only differences are that she's studious and organized while I have trouble reading, and my organization skills are like Rarity's. (Organized chaos. If you walked in my room, you would see a big mess. I know where everything is, and I have things there for a reason, though.) So I should love Twilight, but for some reason, I can't. :(

    • Brohoof 1
  17. So basically, you're saying that each learns not to lie but to tell the truth, even if it means hurting the others feelings, right?

Just gotta love when she does this:

Basically. Well, they both love to make their friends happy, so it would make sense for something like that to happen.

    • Brohoof 4
  18. It may juts e be but ican't think of a plot that would work for Pinkie and Rarity episode, Rarity can tolerate pinkie randomness and the only time pinkie was a bit up front with ere was during suited for success and that "who dress is this!"  remark lol

They both love to make others happy. They both have somewhat different views of fun. Rarity is the more mature, sophisticated type while Pinkie Pie is the more bubbly and excited type.

How about this? Pinkie throws Rarity a party, but Rarity doesn't like it. Rarity, not wanting to make Pinkie sad, pretends to like it. Pinkie knows Rarity is faking her enjoyment, but she doesn't want to ruin anything, so she goes along with it. That ends up making both ponies miserable, and they learn to not hide their true feelings from others, even if it means telling a friend that you didn't like their party. Or something like that.

    • Brohoof 10
  19. I love Twilight. She has earned her ascension, although I disliked it at first. I definitely do not feel sorry for Sunset or Trixie, they went bad through their own misjudged choices.

That's another thing. She definitely deserved to be a princess. How she became a princess still bugs me though. She basically swapped her friends' cutie marks and fixed it. What kind of spell was that? It didn't make any sense, and it still doesn't. Did Star Swirl think it was a good idea to switch cutie marks of other ponies and switch them back? Maybe the reason he abandoned it was because it was a pointless spell? That's nothing against Twilight, though.
