    First I have an idea then i imagine it in my mind it looks great. I start doing it while im doing it it starts feeling more of a bad idea than good idea it feels more like a waste of time. then i quit it and see that i worked many hours for absolutely no purpose

      maybe you were overthinking it? sometimes art just happens and wants to become something else then your original thought and it can still look great! (happened to me today)
