    Yeah, you read that right. I, of course, have an iPad, and am using it and my iTunes music to teach myself how to play some songs on Garageband's piano by ear. All so far are by Skillet, and I have only learned the intros on most. However, I have learned a good deal of Rebirthing. It hasn't taken me too long, but I assume that's because the songs are relatively easy to play. If you want to hear what it sounds like, go to YouTube and search "Rebirthing Piano Tribute Players."

    So, it's time for a short blog.
    First off, I gotta go soon.
    Second off, I found out tobyMac, a Christian music artist, released a new album today, called Eye On It, and I like some of the songs, so I may get them.
    Third off, I have to do college homework today.

    So my college English class hasn't had ANYTHING posted to Blackboard, and I don't have any emails about it on my college email... WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO TO GET READY FOR CLASS?!
    Post ponies is the logical answer. So, enough of my whining for now... Pony time!

    Well, I woke up just about... oh, 17-ish minutes ago? Eight hours of sleep total, although it still feels weird to be up with that much sleep this early.
    My right ear is still ringing a good deal, meaning I may have damaged the eardrum yesterday while trying to clear it. Oh boy.
    And at 5:30 AM, I'm going to be leaving on a 3 hour road trip up north, so I won't have internet all day, pretty much. It's seriously going to be fun today!
     
    So, this is good bye for today. Bye!

    Dunno if I'll be fully gone over the weekend, but I won't be at my house (and I'll be doing fun stuff) so I may not be on much.
     
    I'm going to be at some resort three and a half hours from my church. I'm sure they'll have internet, but will I use my iPad to get here when I'm caving and hiking to waterfalls? Dunno. So this is a "Don't have too much fun without me" note, I guess... Don't let Zoop find out about the shed in the back, either.

    School and Other Things

    Last week, I thought I did horribly on my American Government quiz. (I aced this week's: list the nine members of the Supreme Court.) I even studied hard because I hated the result of not doing to well. Good grades = scholarship money, etc., right? So this week, I get the quiz back, expecting some really low grade. Isn't that what happened? Nope. 13/15. What. Must have been grading on a curve. (The quiz was over the President's formal and informal powers. The professor said we, as the class, didn't get many of PotUS's informal powers.) So I'm happy about that.
     
    Also, learning how to play (Skillet) songs by ear. (I have a separate blog for that.)
    And this morning, we saw deer in our backyard.
    And in eight days, I go on a senior retreat with other members of the youth group from my church.
     
    ...
    Basically, I'm pulling random stuff from nowhere. I guess that's a good sign it's bedtime.
