    Fire on the other hoof had just finished brushing her mane. She looked...quite pretty. She smiled at her reflection before walking back into her bedroom. She searched her bags for a few moments before she found a simple black fedora. She put it on before trotting out of her room and down the hall towards the dining room.

     

    Nightfall woke up, and noticed that it was 8:15. He chuckled, and rolled out of his bed. He jumped into the shower and sat in the water for a while, waking up and eventually cleaning up. When he got out, it was 8:45, so he got dressed and left his room, heading down to the restaurant.

    "Oh, okay," Cascade said tiredly. SHe yawned, then brushed her unkempt mane out of her eyes. Usually it was much tidier than this... "Nightfall..." She said, gazing at the handsome dark colt through half-closed eyelids. "I'm gonna take a little nap. Is that alright?"

     

    He glanced at her.

    "Of course. I don't control your schedule, and I don't mind-"

    He heard to call to gun it. He didn't react for a second, but then tried accelerating slowly; but it wouldn't be enough. The dam started breaking, and he put his hoof down.

    "Cascade, it's going to have to wait!"

    Fire rolled her eyes. "Hey hey hey. I offered first. Remember when we all came in ? I said I would pay. And I gueeeeeeeesss you can come." She said, making it sound like she didn't want him to join them...she was kidding of course. She stuck out her tongue before standing up. "Course you can come, Bru."

     

    He laughed even more.

    "Aight. I'll be sure to make it fashionably late, or really ridiculously early."

    He winked at Star, still chuckling.

    "I'll see you mares for breakfast, and I'll honestly try to be on time. Have a good night!"

    He trotted out of the restaurant and towards his room, which he got to with no difficulties. He feel asleep rather quickly, considering they were on a ship.

    Fire giggled. "I have been known to be good at parties...nowhere near as good as Pinkie Pie...but pretty darn good. I would love to hang out and party sometime." She said, smiling and reaching into her bag. "Nightfall I said I was going to pay for everypony soooo." She pulled out several bits and before Nightfall could say anything she pushed them into his hooves. "Don't refuse or I'll have to throw you from the ship." She joked.

     

    "What, is this compensation for what I just paid?"

    He chuckled.

    "So I don't get to pay the tab that I opened? I don't get to pay for the drinks that I said I'd buy for you two?"

    He laughed a bit.

    "But if you insist, Fire... But on one condition: that you let me go to this party thing without me having to crash it."

    "Explosions?" Cascade looked around, blankly. "I didn't... Maybe I fell asleep during them or something." She looked confused, and rather tired as well. "The dam up there exploded too, didn't it? It looks broken." She rested her head on the window, looking past Nightfall at what they were racing against. She seemed tiredly unconcerned.

     

    Nightfall slowed the truck.

    "What, was it the pony-made dam that exploded..? No, it still looks stable... barely. We need to get everything across now."

    He got the truck moving faster now, and soon they were on the dam and moving across it. Nightfall hoped it wouldn't break while they were on it.

    Ocean nodded. "I'll see you guys tomorrow then..." She smiled and trotted off towards the door, giving Nightfall one last glance before she walked down the hall towards her room.

    When she arrived, she dropped her stuff on the floor and reached into her bag. A few moments later she pulled out a blue potion which she drank half of, grimacing as she put it back in her bag. She then climbed into bed and fell asleep.

     

     

    Fire downed her glass of Cider before stretching. "You know what...I think getting super drunk is gonna have to wait till tomorrow. I'm tired." She said, yawning.

    @ (Am I supposed to post as Moonstruck? Or am I waiting for you? I forget.)

     

    Sunburst nodded, agreeing. "Yeah, it's late. We should probably wait." She shrugged. "You seem like you'd be a fun pony to party with, Fire. Maybe we should go drinking sometime." She looked rather sheepish at the thought.

     

    "Aight, then. I'mma go pay the tab."

    Nightfall got up and grabbed Fire's and Ocean's mugs, and then his own, and went up to the bar to pay the tab. It didn't take too long, so he was back at the table soon enough.

    "Well, then... I guess this is the part where we say our good nights and then depart..."

    "Oh, yeah," Sunburst said distractedly. "Sorry." She looked at Ocean apologetically. "I was rather carried away earlier, I suppose. Nine o'clock sounds fine." She smiled amicably at the young mares. "Will you be joining us, Nightfall?" She asked, turning sweetly to face the stallion.

     

    "We'll see if I'm up by then, but yeah, I'd love to join you mares."

    He looked at the clock and chuckled, finishing his cider.

    "Just let me know when you two are done, all right?"

    He nodded at Sunburst and Fire as he said two. He still had the tab to pay when they were, so he could be in the bar a little bit longer than them.

    I have Christian friends who like Skillet, if that helps? img-1463423-1-happy.png None of them are bronies, however.

     

    I like the style of some of their music, and I know they're supposed to be a Christian band, but I'm still figuring them out.

     

    I'm so excite for the new album, called Rise.

    I have a link to the title song right now, and I've listened to it so many times already. XD

    Ocean blushed slightly...for who know's why. "I would love to sit but I just had some tea from the bar...plus I don't drink Alcohol. Thank you for the offer though." She said, pulling up a chair and awkwardly sitting down...this was just totally not her...interacting with other ponies she had never met...it wasn't that great...but these ponies did seem nice...well, Nightfall did...

     

    "Oh, well, then do you want me to get you another cup of tea or something? I'd hate to be sitting here, drinking something, while you have nothing at all... it would seem kinda rude, to be honest."

    He took a sip of his cider, then set it on the table, ready to move to go order something if Ocean wanted something.

    Ocean got to her hooves and approached the table. She stared at the ponies sitting there and had the sudden urge to run away...but she took a deep breath and forced a smile onto her face. "Um...h-hi..." She said, still giving an awkward smile. "Umm...I'm Ocean Wind." She said.

     

     

    Fire gave this mare...a rather quizzical look before she smiled. "I'm Fire Sky." She said.

     

    Nightfall looked at the mare; he had glanced at her before.

    "Hey, Ocean Wind. The name's Nightfall. Here..."

    He held the third mug, the one he had intended for himself, out to Ocean magically.

    "Why don't you join us? And don't worry about the drink; I'll just go get another for myself."
