    Well, I wouldn't say that it's worse than any other large group of people when it comes to actual racism/sexism.Though the brony fandom seems more willing to ignore those problem then other fandoms in my experiences.

      Gabriel Dropout, easily. Don't get me wrong, Blend S isn't bad by any means but Gabriel Dropout is just so much better.

    Yes. We can. Sally is 14, that means that she is legally a child in both countries. Likewise Toon is 24 and thus legally an adult in both Usa and the Phillipines. Perhaps if Toon is so mentally ill that he can not take care of himself you could argue that he wasn't the adult in this situation, but there's nothing that points to that being the case. Also being mature for your age doesn't matter. You can be more mature than a 24 year old and you will still legally be a child untill your turn 18.

    That source was from the 1930s when the philippines had a much lower age of criminal responsbility then it has today. So it's useless when arguing about the age of criminal responsbility. Also it didn't even prove your point. I'm pretty sure it doesn't even name child porn.

Give me a source that says that she can be "tried and sentenced without violating the minimum age for criminal liability law " because she broke the law regarding child porn.     First of. Sec 7 which you qouted is about how to determinte the if someone is a child or not. That's not relevant to this disscusion. Secondly I skimmed both of those sources and I found nothing that supports your statement. Can you pinpoint what section that proves that you're right? I did find this however: "Cybersex involving a child shall be punished in accordance with the provision on child pornography of the Act." Sounds like Toon commited a crime in the Phillipines as well.

    If she was over 18 maybe. However she was 14 when she sent those pitcures and in the Philippines you have to be 15 to recive legal punishment. And if she could be charged with producing child porn can't Toon be charged with possesing child porn?

    I buy that but usually a brief "That's not true" is said before moving on. And that still doesn't explain why he deleted his channel. There's a couple of differences between a 17(and a half) year old and a 14 year old. Also I can't find anything about Key and Goldenfox having sex while she was 17.

    Why though? His youtube channel didn't have anything to do with this. There's plenty of proof of the horrors the Nazis are responsible for. Like testemonies from the nazis themselves for an example.

    Still, if there were a false version of your private messages floating around the internet why not post the real ones. What group? Don't know. Perhaps the police feels like it has something more important to do.

    @[Starlight Nova] The big problem is not the cybersex (though that's also a problem), but rather the fact that they disscused meeting up in person and actually fuck. That is a crime. Not really. All it shows is that one FBI agent think that he didn't commit a crime. FBI agents can be wrong you know.
