  1. FANDOM DRAMA! ARE YOU REEEEEEADY!!!!!

  2. Most of my nicknames are just ways to shorten the writing when I mention them, lol. Twilight- Twily Rarity- Rares Rainbow Dash- RD, or just Rainbow Applejack- AJ Pinkie Pie- Pinkie (the least original, haha) and I even have one for Fluttershy even though I often vilify her existense- Flutters and why just the mane six? Luna- WOOOONA! Celestia- sometimes, occasionally "Sunbutt" Sunset Shimmer- Sunset, or Sunny Starlight Glimmer- GlimGlam Thats all I can think of atm.
  3. I'm doing some 3d work myself, so these may help.
  4. It would never make it this far, because it would be in a different location entirely. I'm no diehard Faust supporter, but I do wonder what may have happened if she was able to add the more "adventure" feel she was originally planning. I'll always love the show, but one man can only take so many seasons of seeing the same gingerbread houses every episode.
  5. It's an interesting idea. It might add some spice to our life. Honestly, as much as I love the OG Mane 6, I'm getting just a (wee little bit) tired of them always winning everything unconditionally. The season 5 premiere was a breath of fresh air, because those 3 ponies whose-names-definitely-in-no-way-escape-me-right-now were the ones who stopped the bad guy. It would be cool to have a similar situation with characters that aren't necessarily "friends", like the trio you suggested.
  6. That actually sound like something that might be pretty cool. Although they would have to spend bank for the CG. I heard Game of Thrones episodes use like 5 million/episode on CG alone (or I'm just pulling that out of my arse, but its still a a lot). I think the biggest problem, however, would be that no matter who plays the characters, they wouldn't have the exact same voice as the characters we love. That's really the only problem for me personally. I'm sure it would actually be kind of awesome if they went all out.
  7. Where did you find that first gif? I would very much like to know how the creator made those Fookin Sweet hair effects.
  8. It's sad how people with little to no creative talent can still control the people that do with this stupid internet fame. Animators, voice actors, editors, musicians, and other creative types spend their free time perfecting their craft, while other people just throw whatever lowest common denominator crap they can spout out the window and people pick it up. It creates this inescapable series of events that always leads to the creative types practically selling their soul to the popular people for exposure. To all animators, VAs, musicians, whatever. Just stop, don't even bother. Never accept "exposure" as legal tender. These "Horse Famous" people can give you hard cash, or else they can screw off. You're much better off producing your own content with your fellow man. If nothing else, you'll spend time doing what you love, which is more than people working for these ego-maniacs can say.
  9. Making 3D models takes foreeeever. See you in 2100

  10. Absolutely, when hype gets this high, "good" and "bad" are made more and more absolute. A sleeper hit has tons of people who say "mmm, it was pretty alright, I liked it." But when hype is high, it's either "BEST THING EVER 11/10" or "F**cking shit, worst thing every created, kys if you liked this". The latter bit is what's going to happen with the movie. Just compare this to Fallout 4. People though that was going to revolutionize the Open-World RPG genre. It didn't. So many people practically disowned the series after claiming they were "diehard fans".
  11. People really just don't like Equestria Girls for some reason. I personally love EQG, but someone must have created a pact somewhere that real bronies aren't allowed to like EQG or something. It's one of those things where you have to wonder if DHX knows bronies' hate of EQG, or if they just simply don't see any need to combine both worlds. Both answers seem equally plausible to me.
  12. I'm actually quite surprised so many other people went with Applejack. Of course I went with her because #BestPony, but also I saw this as a "best species wins" type of deal. One of 'em had to go, sorry Flutters.
  13. Ooooh, SME strikes again.

  14. It is my sworn duty to congratulate all whose banners are featured. And as such, I bestow upon you this gift...

  15. Besides obvious multi-player or grindy ones, I don't like the secret achievements that aren't story related. So I have to look through the secret achievements, which include story ones, just to see what I have to do. Seriously. GOW:Gunslinger had a secret achievement for shooting a shielder through the hole in their shield. And of course the other 6ish secret cheevos were story-based. Why?
  16. Call of Dutes is on an absolute scale here. Call of Duty 4, and Modern Warfare 2 Ioved for the campaigns. MW3 was alright (already breaking my rule). Black Ops 2 was good for multiplayer, because it introduced the 10-point system for inventory, which I thought was cool. All the other ones I don't like, uninspired money-grabbers.
  17. This is perfect. There are only 4 episodes I truly dislike in the series, so bam, here we go the worst 3. -Not Easy Being Breezies. There really isn't much to say about this one other than the fact its sooo boooorrriing. I'm not even kidding you, I almost fell asleep, I was so bored. I didn't care about the breezies and Fluttershy was being more unbearable than usual. Awful -Tanks for the Memories. I wrote this in another topic very recently, but I will again very briefly. "Mosey" episode of Horseland did everything 10000x better. Tanks for the memories was a disgrace on the "grief" topic that other shows somehow seem to get right, where this one just shat all over everything it was trying to do. -Applejack's Day Off. I am an AJ fan here, so Bias levels are over 9000, but AJ was completely retarded this episode. I'm not saying that to be offensive, she was literally stupid this episode. Dancing like a chicken and hanging the food over a string? Really? AJ would never do something that dumb. She has always been the de facto leader of sense and ingenuity in the series, especially when Twilight breaks out, which she does very often. An utter disgrace to an already mediocre episode. Honorable mention (I'm gettin' #4 in here) -Pinkie Pride. I think this was really more due to people over-hyping it, but it was all very eh. Pinkie's friends just abandoned her for cheese? And cheese himself claimed to be "envious" of Pinkie while stealing her friends? I don't buy it. We'll this really brought out the negative in me. I got to find a 3 favorite episode thread now.
  18. My OC, Tinker (as an adult) I usually don't partake in these types of posts, but I felt an urge to this time. Let's see here, my OC as a filly... Tinker watched the Pegasi in the sky and grew ever so jealous of them. Why do they get wings and she gets, what, carrot-growing magic? So instead of wallowing in her envy, she went to the town library and borrowed all the books on aviation and mechanics. She quickly became the best tinkerer in town, anything that had moving parts, she could fix. School came easy to her, so she always got it done, and went straight back to her little workshop she has built all from scratch. Always caught up in her work, and always failing, and failing, never giving up. She crafted each pair of wings differently, each one with something new that had to get her flying. But none of them did, until one day... Well that's a story for another day.
  19. I don't really ship either. To me anyway, most of them just seem illogical and purely meant for a bit of entertainment on the side. I really only ship Lyra and BonBon, and which is more or less a canon relationship. I haven't read the shipping rulebooks in a while, so I'm not sure that even counts.
  20. Every VA seems to voice 5 other characters, so I don't think DHX would be too shy about making someone they already have voice Whats-Her-Name
  21. Tanks for the Memories made me cringe at how terrible it executed everything it set out to do. I have said it before, and I will not stop saying it, but the "Mosey" 2-parter of Horseland did everything TftM tried to do, but 10000000x (give or take) better. Tanks for the Memories looked like a Labor Day Celebration with how "sad" it was, in comparison. Obviously nobody has seen that show, however, so I doubt anyone would relate. As an answer to the actual question, I will agree with an earlier post that Twilight singing in the season 3 finale was the most depressing. But depression is not the same as sadness. That honor would be taken leaps and bounds by Brotherhooves Social. Big Mac's confession to Applebloom made my eyes quite... I cried at that scene okay.
  22. Legends of Everfree... Why do you do this to me?

  23. Ignoring the argument above (In which Key Sharkz is right, anyway), this entire premise doesn't fill me with spunk and happiness. Sci-Twi, really? Who finished Friendship Games and was like "oh nilly, I sure would love me some more of that Sci-Twi, she really made the movie". F'n nobody, nobody did. Sunset made that movie. She made RR too, she has "made" the entire EQG franchise. She is Luna, but with actual character development. She was Starlight before it was cool. I dare say, without Sunset, this Equestria Girls Forum page would be a desert, even worse than G3 discussion. Why is Sci-Twi the main character, DHX? And in a forest? What's gonna happen there? Sunset going to Equestria. Bam. Those four words will easily make Legends of Everfree the best movie. Bronies and lil 'uns alike will pick each other in the head to buy Legends of Everfree toys, the DVD, the Blu-Ray, the soundtrack, everything. But no. A forest, with Sci-Twi. At least the backgrounds look cool, I guess.
  24. Everyone's defending SoL because the show is "character driven", but that argument barely works 6 seasons later. The characters aren't developing anymore. Twilight understands friendship, Fluttershy sticks up for what she believes in, Rarity figured out how to balance generosity and work (along with having 3 shops), Rainbow Dash isn't a narcissistic POS, she understands humility. (a step back if you ask me, it was pretty funny) Applejack was always perfect knows that you can't be protective and stubborn all the time, especially with family and friends. Pinkie Pie knows her actions have effects on the world around her, and that making someone happy isn't always so B&W. What more is there? Starlight? More people hate her than like her. Spike? Luna? Celestia? Cadance? Give me a break. They've had six seasons and Luna has 2 episodes, and Spike has 2 good ones. No one else other than the characters I've mentioned have ever gotten any development. I know each of the characters inside out. The only way I could know more is to look up fictional pony anatomy and study it. I like the Slice of Life just as much as Joe Blow and John Doe, but I want to see my favorite characters kick a** for once.

The Man. Oh, you don't know the Man? He's everywhere. In the White House, down the hall, MISS MULLINS, she's the Man. And the Man ruined the ozone, and he's burning down the Amazon, and he kidnapped Shamu and put her in a chlorine tank! Okay? And there used to be a way to stick it to The Man. It was called rock ‘n’ roll. But guess what. Oh, no. The Man ruined that too with a little thing called MTV! Don't let the Man stop you!
