  1. These are two high points in a song that make me feel like dancing. Both can be rather intricate and complex. One belongs to rock and heavy metal music, the other belongs to "brostep." If I feel energetic, I prefer "bass drops" to solos. If I feel rather drained, a good guitar solo often energizes me. If you listen to both these genres, do you have a preference? Or does it depend on your mood? EDIT: Don't forget to vote on the poll.
  2. Shout into the heavens "WHYYYYYYY?!?!?!?!?!?!?" Then get on with life.
  3. Coconut. Cream. Pie. There's nothing better, for me anyways.
  4. I just kind of admire them the way you would any beautiful animal. I'm no expert on them or anything, but I like the fact that each tiger has their own unique set of stripes and I believe they are the largest cat species, Bengal tigers to be precise. I guess I just like the way they are. Really not that much to it.
  5. Well hi, fellow Twilight Sparkle fan! Welcome to the herd!
  6. I don't know if you can really consider them "girly," but I liked Powerpuff Girls when they were still showing and Totally Spies! as well. Other than that, I don't really like anything considered "girly."
  7. Lately, I've noticed that some people don't really listen to song lyrics. Instead, preferring to listen to whatever may be "catchy." For me, I listen closely to the lyrics of a song. If I want to "just listen to the beat," I would listen to an instrumental or song with little to no lyrics. Most of the time, I like songs that have lyrics that I approve of. Other times, I just like songs that are for fun, like First of the Year (Equinox) by Skrillex. Do you pay attention to song lyrics? Or do you prefer "just listening to the beat?"
  8. I don't mean ones that are so bad they're good. I mean ones that seemingly everyone else dislikes to the point that it can be considered "bad." I personally like Eight Legged Freaks, I thought the laughing spiders were hilarious and proved that the film writers didn't take it too seriously. I also like The Secret Life of Walter Mitty, I thought it was rather inspirational. Have you ever liked/loved a "bad" movie? Why?
  9. Mostly just YouTube or DeviantArt. I like to look up Predator, Werewolf, Spawn, Mortal Kombat, or Alien artwork. There're a lot of really good ones. I spend most of my time on YouTube watching Markiplier, ERB, Death Battle, One Minute Melee, or the REACT channel.
  10. I agree, there're a lot of fanfics that are absolutely terrible. I prefer the well-written ones. I'm also not a shipper, even though I read a lot of romance.
  11. I read a lot of MLP fanfiction. Notably romance. I like putting the Mane Six in awkward situations and seeing how well the fanfic writer knows the character's personalities. It also explores various different scenarios that reveal a lot of insight. Strangely enough, I don't like actual romance novels. Or romance in general. Do you read fanfiction? Favorite genre? Why?
  12. Clowns. I watched IT as a kid, scared the crap outta me.
  13. 1. Disturbed - Fear 2. Disturbed - The Night 3. Godsmack - I Stand Alone 4. PON3 - Ponies 5. PON3 - Vinylicious
  14. The first game I ever played was Conker's Bad Fur Day. It was just too much fun. However, that was on a friend's N64. The first game I ever owned myself was Kingdom Hearts 2.
  15. You probably know what this thread is for, so... Y'know... Ask!
  16. Markiplier, TheFineBros, REACT, CorridorDigital, Alex Side, and ERB.
  17. I might check out Diablo 3, now that I know it's also on PS3. Thanks, reader8363. Thanks, I like science fiction and fantasy in general, in almost any medium. I'm actually a bit more of a casual gamer and haven't played any online games yet. I'll keep your offer in mind though! Thanks, ooBrony. Believe me, much happiness has been felt. TORTOISES! I'm pretty good, just living life. Thanks! My avatar is The Guy, the mascot of the band "Disturbed," my favorite band.
  18. The Evil Within might be interesting. I've seen playthroughs of Amnesia, so it kind of spoiled the story for me, don't think I'll play it anytime soon. I've heard of Diablo 3, but I don't think my laptop could handle it.
  19. I only have a PS3 and a laptop.
  20. Genre: Survival Horror, Action, Adventure, Western RPGs Titles: Dead Space 2, (haven't played any others in the series), Skyrim, (only title from The Elder Scrolls I've played), Kingdom Hearts 1 & 2, and The Last of Us Any possible suggestions?

    Hi

My Favourite Mane 6 Pony: Twilight Sparkle How did you find MLP Forums?: I just searched on Google. How you became a fan of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic: Psychology class. It was all an accident really. I first came across "Bronies" while looking for a topic for a paper I was working on at the time. Found it, researched it, thought you all were crazy for liking it, thought I was crazy for liking it, denied I liked it, accepted it, and now I'm a fan. In more depth, I first found out about the fandom through DeviantArt. I came across a TwiDash shipping comic and thought it was legit. I didn't know what shipping was at that time. I thought MLP actually had a lesbian couple in it. I wondered what kind of company had the audacity to put such a controversial topic in a kid's show. (I also didn't know DeviantArt was where a bunch of fan-made content was produced. Go ahead, call me thick.) I looked up the first episode on YouTube and watched it, curious to see if TwiDash really existed. I was pulled in by the cliffhanger at the end and soon found myself watching the next episode. I got hooked. And I learned what shipping is. I like video games, science fiction, fantasy, etc. This is my first time on a forum.
