Does anyone know if I can get it pre-stuffed or like bought off their site and shipped to a store? The whole build-a-bear process doesn't add well with buying a pony plush in the first place and it would just feel super awkward for like ten minutes.

There is a Walgreens close by campus and I have no problem buying MLP merch right there in front of my peers, I don't even dress like a celebrity hiding from the press when I do it, I go pony shirt and all. The cashiers don't care, I'm better than the hungover college kids buying Advil for their headache anyway.

I hate to say it, but I would pass because Harlem is dangerous enough as is. Adding people with pony shirts and MLP plushies(I don't know if that is common with your local group, but it is with mine) just paints a nice big target on you, especially in a shady area, and even with a group of other bronies just think about how they might have group mugging sessions at night. For your safety, don't go, there will be other meets.

Nice drawing! I draw ponies all the time on my worksheets. Teachers in high school be like stop that, while professors in college be like hey man your paying for school whatevs..XD

Wonderbolt Academy, Read It and Weep, and my favorite is probably Testing Testing 1, 2, 3 because that was me half the time. XD

Boston is long overdue. You got Anime Boston, Boston Comic Con, tons of random expos, all at the convention center. Plenty of easy ways into the city so why no brony convention? Marty Walsh is a cool guy, heck, he might even show lol.

I think that it is extremely talented that you made that on your second try. It's very well made.

Found this forget about the actress they are talking about but they do give a sort of idea to the movie's plot. It is a Christmas party gone wrong, and as I can think it involves them ending up at some brony convention and freaking out or whatever or like hating on them somehow.
I have no idea of their motivations, but it's a whole lot easier to find people who aren't necessarily bronies to play the part. They are called extras after all, so it's probably a crowd scene where it wouldn't matter if the people are actually fans or not. Don't be too quick to assume the worst, but keep in mind that it's a comedy, after all. (Bronies, ha, ha, ha!)
I must be too concerned about the fandoms image then. Just imagine all the neutral people or people who don't know about us seeing something negative to turn them the wrong way. And a ton of people are going to see it, it's Jason and Jennifer in a holiday comedy, it will be seen by a lot of people. That is why I am freaking out.
-
The news article you linked doesn't say the film is calling for actual fans, just extras to play the fans.
Oh well then, I guess that was my mind hoping the above wasn't true, throw everything out the window about this movie being positive. Expect the worst.

this is interesting, I dont think this is going to be a bad thing towards the brony community but we will have to see that for ourselves once it comes out in theaters
I like both those actors and the movies they typically star in are not insult humor and the more funny witty humor, I don't think they will make fun of Bronies because they had other groups become extras too. If anything it will just be a backdrop at like an anime/comic convention or something, its the only things all groups they wanted have in common. Also, any self-respecting brony wouldn't be a part of a movie that made fun of the fandom. Heck, if they do I have built up enough respect for those actors not to be bothered by it, but others may and speculation is always fun. I think any Chicago area bronies should check it out.

I was looking around the news and I found a nice little article. It was asking for Hello Kitty fans, Japanese street fashion people, and Bronies for extras in a scene. I don't know what scene. But it is being filmed in Chicago. It's about a crazy office party and stars Jason Bateman and Jennifer Aniston. I don't think they mean to do any harm to us as they wouldn't go around asking for actual bronies but rather pay non-brony people to dress as bronies. I think its cool that we are featured in a movie anyway, however I am always skeptical when we are featured in any media. What do you guys think? Is this good for us or do they mean to make fun of us, like it is a comedy after all, although I won't mind if it's funny and witty like their other movies.

I would probably end up dead or in jail. MLP was the first non-violent thing that I liked. They are cute and funny and make me happy. And biggest of all, I wouldn't have met my sweetie and developed feelings for her and we have been together for more than five years now, and we are still as happy as our first week. I would still have some bad depression, hate, rage, anxiety issues, without any help for them, meds didn't help, but everything got better after Dashie came into my life.

It seems that you're more conerned with the writers making it more offensive than humorous, yeah?
Well yes, but as long as its funny it can be offensive too, its when its sole purpose is to be offensive that I'm afraid of.

It's illegal to post pictures of you without your consent. So go on Twitter hopefully some idiot took a picture of you, find it on Twitter, find the person, get a lawyer, sue them for millions, profit.
Even if its not illegal in your area there is still a good chance it will win in court.

I hope it's as good as their Apocalypse Pony bit
Me too, as long as it's funny and creative, I won't mind as much.

Sadly, even if Seth is a Brony, which I am not sure of, this episode would still feature a lot of detrimental humor. Seth would probably use it as a fun way to poke at the fandom and have it be self-detrimental humor, something that I am sure he dabbles with a lot. So either way, I feel like we might see stereotypes within this episode, but we will just have to wait and see.
Well he has featured himself in the past and he has no problem making fun of himself either. I really don't mind when it comes down to it. I won't stop watching the show or hate the man if they do put MLP or the fandom in a detrimental sort of way, it's one of my favorite shows, it's the ignorant people that don't know it's meant to be a joke and take it for fact that worry me.
Ehh, It can't be any worse than these.
People have been downright offended by this kind of stuff but I get a little chuckle out of it personally.
Edit: I actually wish there was a toy line of Brony and Pegasister dolls. I'd buy one in a heartbeat.
I saw those a while ago. I like CollegeHumor too. It's meant to be a joke and not to be taken seriously. I sort of found those videos entertaining, but again it's the ignorant people that take these jokes for fact that I don't like and that they then firmly believe in them for time after.
Edit:Well, their more creative works, those videos were entertaining but were very stale and not creative like many of their other videos are.

Yup, stereotypes inbound. This show loves to use its detrimental humor. The thing, I actually wouldn't mind, if not for one thing: The public. Considering that there are many people that just flatout hate the brony fandom and use stereotypes to dehumanize us, but RC is a public show, so if it shines us in a really negative light, then that might not be good. For some reason, apparently stereotypes are the absolute truth when it comes to us. According to many others at least.
Who knows, maybe it won't even be about us, but I have a strong feeling we will be there somewhere.
Well isn't it true that Seth Green is a brony or was he just posing next to Pinkie for kicks?
It's unclear but for our sake lets hope he is, after all he is one of the head writers/executive producers and co-creator. So he might make it positive if he is a brony. But there is always room for speculation until the episode airs.

I saw this article on EqD and it made me nervous. I like Robot Chicken and I watch it sometimes, which is why I got nervous, I know their kind of humor. I don't want them to completely insult MLP or the fandom. I don't know what they are going to do. These types of Adult Swim shows tend to have really gross humor and I'm afraid they will go for the perverted neckbeard stereotype. What do you think?

The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air theme song.

Good for him.
It only took him to be mauled by a bear, stabbed, shot, swim through frozen water, breaking his leg, etc. Lucky for him it was a movie and he was playing as a character.
But damn he was great in The Revenant one of his best movies IMO.

"Sticks and stones will break my bones but words well never hurt me." Not true, words hurt much more, I'd rather be hit with a stick.

Mattel got it right then, so hopefully Hasbro will realize it soon enough. And the screw is metallic and not colored or capped off with a piece of plastic or anything. It just looks like the thing got impaled or something. But it doesn't bother me as much as the one cutie mark thing, with any of the figures the cutie mark is not supposed to be on only one side. But from an business point of view it would add more cost to the production.(Im a business major, so I at least understand why they make these decisions, but as a brony it still bothers me.)

MLP Princesses are back and BuildABear!

Wouldn't that make them be able to sell more quickly if they were pre-stuffed? It also takes less time because I have gone there before and it takes like 5-15 minutes and only three people were on then.
Edit:I'm going to check their site.
Darn, I just checked it. I guess I will have to drive thirty miles for my Celestia. I have the cash for them too, but have no place to hide them from my mother.
