YouTube removing the public dislike count is a net negative. There are extensions and work arounds, but this shouldn't be a problem in the first place. Sparing someone's fee fees isn't really worth the tons of low-effort or bad tutorials that people are subjected to because of this decision. YouTube pushing watch history in your face is a bad idea, in my opinion. My notifications and recommendations are noticeably worse with YouTube History on versus paused or off. YouTube should be recommending me things based on what I like and to whom I'm subscribed instead, I feel like we've had it that way for years and yet they're changing things now. The history causes issues specifically with the mobile app, too, which caches every video that you've watched recently. This means that YouTube's cache can easily reach over 2 GB, slowing the app down on even my (pretty powerful) mobile device. On top of that, YouTube's actions against ad blockers are not only greed-fueled, but also implemented in the strangest ways possible. From a dev standpoint, it makes no sense why you would want longer load times and choppier buffering, especially when workarounds such as downloading the videos still exist.

No, I don't vape. I have friends that vape, and they have tried to get me into it, but just like smoking, I don't see the point. It doesn't make me feel good in any way, and my gut tells me that it's probably unhealthy (even if I don't know for sure).

What is the point? Making more memories of friends slowly running away after giving them all your compassion? Watching them edge away bit by bit until conversations go from once an hour to once a week? No. This is my prison Meson. Let me rot into oblivion and try to regain whatever sanity or image I have left just to squash me back to the ground again. Because this is life. Lucky, Jonas, Stormgiggle, Vulcan, you, and other friends have moved on to something else while I sit here and hope that you all prosper. Hell, server dad Jeric was supposed to be next in the friends' list before I broke originally during your Missionary Trip to Africa.
I still wish you well. I respect that you want to patch things up, but I stick to my morals like glue.

No idea really. I only watched a little bit of Season 7 before I was done with the show, so I can't say the show's content made it worse. I think that the rumors of the show ending and/or getting a movie may have contributed, people tend to theorize when sneak peeks get released, and with a show with fans as dedicated as bronies it may have pissed people off that their theories/ships/endings/fanfic didn't come true before the show ended. -

You missed out on a lot of good stuff, let's be honest. I joined the fandom around the end of 2014, a few seasons were out by then. The cringe was there but most people were good-natured and you could actually make some friends. I dunno what happened tbh, I took a break from the show 'round Season 7ish and by the time I got back it'd turned into a toxic fume pit. -

Well this is pretty old. I actually can't remember exactly which overseas friend past me was talking about. November of 2019 would be when I'd just come *back* from Korea the first time, and at that point there were actually 2 overseas friends that were supportive and a little shy and that I shared deep shit with. One of them ended up becoming my girlfriend, while the other I barely talk to anymore (nothing bad happened, just kinda drifted apart). But, if I had to say who my favorite woman was, it'd be my significant other, my best friend, and the person who's helped me the most in life, @Summer Breeze.
