thanks, glad you like the style -:) wanted to keep it as close as possible to his original design but to give him a more dynamic body structure.

and it took me about 3 hours to do. 1 hour of sketching and 2 hours of lining, coloring and shading.

as long as she is not a flat character like the main 6, I´m happy

I hope so as well. it´s a fun idea, but give her the element of something only ruins the fun, like how Applejack, Rainbow Dash and Rarity doesn´t match their element. it would suck if we had to put a title on the wonderful Starlight

well, it´s honestly hard to fit the mlp style into what I draw. I´m not used to draw them with this sorta bodies. I´m used to human or animal sorta bodies, but so hard to make the lines right -x,D

I might make an older version of Spike later, having him short with a big head just looks weird to me ...

well, fluttershy do deserve alittle more attention for being a good character, atleast for my part -xP but I´m glad you like it!

yeah. it´s good to have faults, but when she´s the only one out of the main 6 characters who has the dream to be seen as one of the best to make herself stand out, the other 5 actually care about others around them to smile and bring happiness in their own way.

I do like that she´s a main character who´s lesbian (with her design and personality and no interest towards guys in a romantic way one bit so it looks in that direction), I don´t feel like it´s giving kids a positive image if there´s people out there that may act like her but will take it the wrong way. so if her ego was deflated just alittle from this season and up, I think her popularity will go sky high (no pun intended lol)

I guess my problem is her ego. I love it when I see that she can be masculine in her way and make things awesome, and she does stand up so nicely in some eps. but most of the time I see her in the show, she complains, brags and has a big ego. but I know she has her great sides.

I would have put her on my top 5 with her great points, but her head is so full of her ego that it blocks the view to even feel ok with her as a character. it´s sad :c

so, you don´t like girls wearing jeans? .3. back in the old days, girls were forbidden to wear pants, they were only allowed to wear skirts. but a women designer went against this and made men clothes for girls, with pants and everything.

another fun fact, in japan, there´s the theaters that never allowed women to play, even several generations ago they kept the actors as male only. so when there was female characters in a story, the men had to play the female roles in girls clothes and everything. and it´s still going even to this day.

don´t worry, I´m not trying to change your mind or say I´m right or something, that´s just boring  just wanted to give some fun facts to give you something to think about. so no worries

lol it´s ok. I´m just tired of people saying "guys have to be masculine and girls must be feminine" type of stereotypes, that´s all :P

it´s shorter on the shoulder wideness and the zipper is on the other side. it´s small details, but it does show that a guy can wear girls clothes and not making a deal out of it :P you should try it sometime, hehe

the reason why I wore it was because it had a cool newspaper black-white texture on it, and I used to be very stubborn as a kid lol. but that no people even noticed it was cool, so I just kept wearing it.

hey, all men went out in skirts for a few thousand years before they made pants xP so guys wearing skirts were very normal. weird, but true

but yeah, the guy you saw looking weird is funny for sure. I guess he just didn´t know how to pull it off.

I actually went around with a girls sweater during middle school, and noone noticed it xD

I guess it depends if the guys can pull off the look or not xP but this goes for anyway, lots of women out there doesn´t suit women's clothes, but it all depend on the style and their own looks match well together or not
