Reserves or forests. There's one about 15 minutes away from my house. I drive down there every now and then and just take a long walk. It's amazing.

Really enjoyed this one. Loved the dive into the rivalry between Rainbow and Applejack. It's an interesting way of exploring their friendship and I think this episode did it justice.

This episode has a pretty simple and predictable story, but it's fun to watch. The Iron Pony Contest was pretty neat and The Running of the Autumn Leaves was easily the best part. Watching RD and AJ in the race was great and the side stuff, like Twilight also participating in the race and Spike losing his mind were things that I enjoyed way more than I expected.

You could say that RD and AJ's rivalry is rather juvenile, but I think they do a good job in highlighting that so much of it is in the heat of the moment and is also mostly harmless. That's something they got right here, unlike a certain episode in season 8.

Overly simple plot aside, this episode is just so enjoyable. One of my favourites from season 1 for sure.

I'll give this episode a 9/10.

I believe 66 was the most posts I made in a single day. This was almost five years ago, but I honestly couldn't imagine trying to do that again.

I'm in college right now, studying graphic design and photography. Compared to high school, I really have nothing to complain about.

Nah and I don't really have any plans to. Just seems kind of uncomfortable to me.

Everything. I can't remember much of what I learnt from school other than the fundamentals. The only exception is computing, which was the one class I was interested in. But even then, our teacher for that never taught us anything, so everything I learnt was solely from my own research.

The thing is that you never really know whether your generosity is being used for the right thing, but at the end of the day, your aim is to try and help someone less fortunate out, so you just have put enough faith in that person. That's generally my perspective and yeah, people have called me dumb for giving away money, but I take solace in knowing that it may have helped someone out.

All the time, but 90% of the time it's just me complaining about something. I don't do it in public though.

Still getting rid of cheese, because I do not like or care for it. I'll eat it on a burger or pizza, but I'd generally rather not have it.

Also because I can't fathom living a life where I can't eat chocolate.

I hate a good chunk of them haha. Usually if I see an old thread being bumped, if I've got a different or updated opinion on something, I'll just edit my old response instead of making a new one.

Yeah, I checked Sonic Retro this morning and I couldn't find it either. Odd.

I know there's a hack of Sonic 2 which replaces Sonic with Fluttershy. Wouldn't be surprised if there are others for the rest of the Mane 6.

My parents split when I was about 7, so I effectively grew up in two households after that point. I mainly lived with my mum in what a lot of people say is the worst area in the state and we were rather poor as a whole. Was being bullied in school too, so that always made me feel isolated, so I never really felt like I was apart of a community. I guess that feeling stuck, because even now, I still don't really feel like I'm part of a community.

Eh, never had any strong opinions on her, even if she is an alicorn. She's the baby character and that's really it. Nothing I ever got worked up about.

I liked Starlight as a character, but some of the writing wasn't good IMO - specifically at the start of season 6. I'm on the train where I think she should've been a villain for longer than just Season 5 and given her a slower reformation. I think she's an interesting character overall I ended up liking a lot of her episodes, but she definitely had a rough start.

Man, reading this thread now makes me want to eat something with garlic...
