i had an account on here back in, i think, 2013 / 14. i left because i was pressured to by my friends who had also left (and also i was going through a Hardcore sjw phase where i thought bronys were terrible people, i think this was around the time molestia got taken down and i started following rhat dragondicks person? idk)

but yeah i'm uh, definitely out of that phase now lol and ftr bronies are pretty damn chill.

like @cmarston1 said, i'd love the introduction of scootaloos aunts or other lgbt characters in show! if there was ever an opportunity to do it, it would be now and i'd defend them 'till the day i die. they have literally got the perfect chance to do it and i'll be disappointed if they don't in all honesty.

also bring sunset back please!!! i love her, even if it was only for an episode.

If S9 has a 26-episode schedule like S8, we'll reach 221 episodes. Hasbro's next longest serialized show is Transformers G1 at 99. If that doesn't impress anyone, I don't know what will.

Not to mention it looks like DHX has a concrete plan to conclude the series on a high note. Hopefully, it delivers!

 

If the writing quality was as average as S6 or worse, then you can make the case. Instead, S7 proves it still has legs. Several episodes (i.e., Glideance, Pear, Zepp, Mane Thing, M&R) were excellent, and very few genuinely sucked. Its run between Mane Thing and Shadow Play is FIM's best since Green Isn't Your Color to Sisterhooves Social. Now with Dubuc taking part of the series, she and Haber can push FIM more forward.

honestly i find bronies to be one of the more accepting kind of fanbases (i can't work out how to word that sentence whoops). i've been in a LOT of fandoms and this is probably the least toxic of them all.

basically - you're all pretty great. 

i'll miss it but honestly, like people said above, i'd really rather it end now than get dragged out and go through major seasonal rot. did those g5 leaks turn out to be true? i know that's a vague question but, you know, spoilers. (plus i can't work out how to use the spoiler tag thing )
