Eh, maybe I'm a little late for this post, but I'm gonna answer anyway: I like Sparity as a ship. I think it's very cute and has lots of potentials . To be honest, it's not the only spike ship I have; others are: -TwiSpike -Spilestia -Embepike -Starpike But I think only the first one is ever gonna count as canon . That said, my opinion on why Spike had a crush on Rarity is because, according to Faust, he was raised by Celestia before living with Twilight, so I think Rarity is the one that reminded him of his "mom"'s femininity and charm. But that's just my opinion

Personally I take the leaks like a grain of salt; they might not be 100% true, as shown multiple times, their only purpouse is to make me excited for the new season

Nah, that wouldn't make any sense. He's one of the central characters, making him leave would be nonsensical plus would enrage more then one fan. Even if leaks makes me excited, I take them like a grain of salt; they might be true, as well as not...

YIS!! Sunbutt is best alicorn and princess imo. She's kind, motherly, mysterious and a troll . Plus, her voice and body are beautiful <3

It was 2001, I was watching the original MLP series (I was crazy for Care Bears at the time, and since 80s ponies were considered their rivals, I was interested :3). I saw mentions about this new series inside SwiftHeartRabbitHole forum, I think, and decided to check an episode on youtube at random; it "Call Of The Cutie". Needless to say, I was fascinated by the show design, characters and how it told a story (which I found more informative and compelling then your typical cartoon of the time, where telling fun, crazy story was all that matered). After that, I checked the first season as a whole, just in time for the final episode to air. From then, it started my love for this ponies

Honestly? I am ^^. The episode not only gave me a redemption arc to Tiara (something I was waiting for a while), but the way the obtain their cutie marks is unaspected to say the least. It's not just the fact that they helped a pony who they used do deride in the pat (not that I balme the for ), but they finally stopped about trying forcing a cutie mark on themselves, learning that helping others is more important (sure, it's a bit silly the fact that, right whe, they say "who care about cutie marks anymore", bang cutie marks for yah xDD. Also, was it really needed to make that scene similar to Twilight's alicornification?). Only sad thing is that, now that Diamond Tiara is good, the show seems uninterested about her anymore; I mean come on, you can like make an episode about her and her mommy's issues, perhaps giving some reason on why Spoiled Rich's like that, you know...
