I do personally however love somnambula in g4 as I think she is cute with her Egyptian head dress and makeup. I also love her voice actor from “shadow play” she has this nice Arabic voice that is very pleasant to listen to!

Yeah Sonambula originally was a human witch character from the episode of the same name. She used a bird to lure in her prey and then steal there youth and give her victims her old age she keeps them in this state by making them gorge into the activities they love perpetually so she can keep her youth and store her age into other beings. In this case it is the ponies from paradise estate and the big brother ponies. Great episode from g1!

I don’t hate rainbow dash but I don’t like her as a character. I think for a tomboy character like her she just feels so generic such as with lines like “ that was AWESSSOMMMMEE!” That really annoy me as they remind me of phrases said by characters who were meant to appeal to 10 year old boys. I find rainbow dash’s personality to be just generally annoying. Even a character that is in your face or supposed to be obnoxious to an extent doesn’t have to be annoying for example Scout from tf2 he is funny to listen to despite being a generic guy from Boston and I enjoy him as a character where as rainbow dash just comes off as too rediculous/annoying to me. I prefer her g1 counter part Firefly over her as she despite being a one time character was a lot more enjoyable and like able and she too was a risk taker and outgoing pony like rainbow dash. Again even in recent seasons rainbow dash just comes off as annoying to me. That’s coming from someone who likes Lemongrab from adventure time (who many people think is an annoying character).

I’ve watched all of g1 my little pony n’ friends both season 1 and 2. Overall I liked it especially episodes like “Rescue at Midnight Castle” and “Return of Tambelon”. I plan on at least watching the first episode of my little pony tales and if I like that I will watch all of that as well. I am not fond of g3 though and I don’t plan to watch any more of it. Overall I love g1 and g4 mlp.

I like looking at g1 art and I love a lot of g1 characters like fizzy, firefly, bow tie, twilight, windwhistler etc.

Anime is so cheesy and overrated.

Yes I like songs and music from other cultures. I particularly like European songs and military ones. For example I like this red army choir military march from soviet era.

Pretty cool! I was afraid Cuphead would fall into obscurity after losing it’s beginning popularity but this should help revitalize the game.

I love this episode. I think them finally bringing back Chrysalis was awesome especially since we haven’t seen her in a long time and we finally get an idea of what she is planning to do now that she lacks a hive. I think the mean six were improved versions of the discorded version of the mane six back in return of harmony. I personally enjoyed Twilight the most out of the six as an evil twilight is a very cool idea for a character to me. I think this episode basically confirms chrysalis will be in the proper season finale as it would be unlike the show to show or hint to a previously seen villain and then not use the in the same season. This episode makes me excited for what they are going to do with the rest of the season. I genuinely was shocked when chrysalis revealed herself in the beginning as I knew it was an antagonist but I didn’t know it was chrysalis! I hope the mean six return somehow in that someone find the wood they left behind at the tree and maybe revive them. Awesome episode! The writer deserves appreciation for this!

This episode was wasted potential in a way. I typically don’t like CMC episodes in general and this episode was pretty tame for the CMC even when they became graduates. I personally reall don’t like cozy glow as I thought she was secretly devious and she could have been a more interesting character but they ended up just making her part of the rest of the episode. This episode could have been resolved the same way without cozy glow because let’s be honest her getting educated into friendship was filler and really was just boring. I prefer episodes like surf and or turf that have something interesting going on THOSE CMC episodes I like especially ones where it has to do with sweetie belle. The only thing I like about this episode is that the CMC got what they wanted and finally moved up socially besides when they finally got their cutie marks. I think Cozy Glow just made it worse then it should have been I just don’t like her.

I mean if they sell other stuff it is likely as I have seen plenty of places like Starbucks and various unrelated stores sell something affiliated with mlp. I don’t think it would add much if some donut shop decided to also sell toys or merch.

You should watch crunch the rock dog if you haven’t windwhisyler is very great in that episode.

I certainly think that there is a lack of this for the other generations. The particular one where I think this should be the case is g1, for g3 I am not so sure as there isn’t that much to go off of.

The flutter ponies are much better than the breezies imo. I could see stuff done for Rosedust

she was pretty great in end of flutter valley and the mlp 1986 movie, not to mention the end of the former.

Again I think that there should be more fanwork on the older generations including g1 especially in fact I might do some drawing to try to get a feeling for drawing g1 design ponies so I can draw some of my favorite ponies such as Windwhistler, Fizzy, Galaxy etc.

When I was going through a phase of researching and thinking about religion, Gods, Demons, Angels, etc. I found out more about Occultism. I believe that occultism is a form of Esotericism but uses a spiritual medium to full fill it’s needs with rituals, alignments, and spells. I think the general held view of the occult is wrong and convoluted by Hollywood to where people perceive it as Evil dark practices. I don’t practice it because I honestly see little point in doing so and it should a subject handled carefully.

I remember after I watched season 4 I stopped watching the actual show and watched more fan work for a year or so. By the time I came back to the show the show was in season 7 and I had a lot to watch. I was kinda glad because it gave me time to appreciate diffferent fanwork while also refreshing myself back to the show and seeing what happened. I don’t understand why one would associate with the community and never actually watch the show. You’re missing out and if you don’t want to watch it then how come you associate with the community? Do you only like fanwork or something?

Live in Ponyville as a human. The ponies are basically just humans with different bodies and abilities. If I lived in this world as a pony it would be pretty weird and I would have to get used to walking on fours and basically being outcasted because I am an entirely different species. 

Would you rather:

have a pony friend in real life

or

have them be your friend from equestria( they can contact you and such but you will never see them because they are in a separate world)

From how they changed the general designs of the ponies as to see if it would be more successful than their previous character styles. Companies experiment with their products over time to see what clicks and yeah for g2 it was a decided change to revamp how they looked.

No more so I’ve concluded on it based on research concerning them. The main reason that they included new toy generations was to renew a new trend so collectors and such would have more to buy and with greater variation. I’m guessing you think I can’t speak on it because I wasn’t old enough but I’ve looked into it and that is my conclusion. If you disagree just because I call it “an experiment” you are arguing based mostly on just semantics. Call it what you want that is what they try to do with these different styles introduced through these generations.

No I was talking about it being an experiment as hasbro wanted to see what alterations they could make to mlp so they could get more profit such as redesigning their characters and toys. I didn’t say that they started selling toys in g2 and 3.5 more that they were very different from each other because hasbro was trying to see what most appealed to their consumers and audience also g3 is arguably the most girly and immature branch of the franchise compared to g1.
