  2. Recalibrated their rifle and optics. Need to keep those up-to-date for all your combat needs!
  3. Jailed for performing the CaramellDansen without inviting the rest of us.
  4. Granted, but now all refrigerators, freezes and A/C units no longer exist there. I wish we could barrow a few pegasi from Ponyville to help end this four day rain storm.

    movies/tv Subs Or Dubs?

I prefer dubs for the simple reason that 90% of the time I'm watching anime, its on a T.V. next time me while I'm working on something else on my computer. I've always found it hard to just sit and watch T.V. without doing something else at the same time. This makes reading subs hard as I have to devote my full attention to the show. The only reason I'll do subs is if I want to watch something new and dubs aren't out yet.
  6. I'd probably weep for the first 33 seconds as I reconcile with the fact that I won't be able to eat meat again and still be socially accepted. Then spend the next 55 seconds dealing with the fact that I may have just been cartoonified to exist in this world. With the first minute and 28 seconds out of the way, time to get to work! Hopefully I end up close to Ponyville. Going straight to Canterlot to see Princess Celestia or Princess Luna, might not be the smartest decision. Those Royal Guards don't seem the most understanding of stallions to just approach as a strange and probably unseen before creature. Ponyville would probably be far more welcoming, plus the added benefit of Twilight's curious nature to always want to study something new, should help make the transition more smooth. At that point, try and work toward making friends with the rest of Ponyville, with a focus on the mane 6 and try to find a place in the world. I most likely won't have the benefit of a cutie mark, but I'm sure I'll figure something out with the help of new found friends. Probably start out working in Sweet Apple Acres or Sugarcube Bakery since I do have a decent amount of baking and cooking experience. Keeping busy while I attend Twilight's daily study periods. Not sure where I'd stay or if they'd make a house specially for me, but hanging out at Twilight's in the mean time could be fun. I'd also need to get on Rarity's good side, as I'm going to have to challenge her in making sure I have cloths. I'm not quite sure if I'd pursue a goal of finding magic to turn myself into a pony or not. I'd have to wait and see how the weeks, months or years go in Equestria and how my friends might feel about it. Many hours will be spent in an arm chair by a fireplace to ponder this issue.
  7. Deadpool. He may not be the hero we need right now, or ever, but some day... some day...
  8. Thank you for much! The herd is great so far!
  9. To serve the weak and guide the strong. Too much knowledge in this world and too little wisdom to wield it. The Guardians needs to be guarded from time to time, to make them remember their purpose.
  10. There is a cute picture of Fluttershy that I love, but I'm not sure if it's cheating or not for this considering it has another pony in it. So for a solo Fluttershy, this has always been cute to me. Hang around animals long enough and somepony might start picking up their habits!
  11. I'm far more into songs than I am a genre of music. Most genres at least have a song or two I enjoy. If I had to pick one genre though I'm going with... Nightcore. Take a lot of my favorite songs, crank up the beat to 11, slap a feminine voice over the vocals and let's go!
  12. Turn myself in to deny anypony else the reward! Oh, and then probably found out what I did wrong to prove my innocence. That's important too... Oh? Capital punishment without due process? Wow Princess you've gotten dark... Glad I prepared my Cursed Phylactery for just this occasion! Hey, don't question why I've prepared for this type of moment...
  13. The way Equestria works does seem a bit weird at times. Overall, it does appear that the various Mayors hold most of the power in their respective cities/villages. To the point that when they meet in Canterlot for U.N. type summits, they are able to put a Princess under hoof. Something that seems to be missing from the series, is that we don't see the Royalty really create laws. Which means this is possibly taking place at the lower levels by the Mayors. So, even though we have Princess Celestia, Luna and Cadance listed as rulers in some form, at most we seem them in more ceremonial positions rather than the position of a ruler by our standards. Twilight is in the most awkward of positions. She's a Princess, yet outside of a few ceremonial purposes, we never see her in a position of excising any type of rule or power. Sure, we see her status honored out of respect, especially when Spike abuses the use of it, but we see this type of power come for the same kind we give celebrities. However, there are also times when she visits places during her Friendship Missions and such, that she's treated with indifference or with little care from the public that she's a Princess. She has a castle in Ponyville, yet isn't listed or mentioned as the ruler of Ponyville. In this respect, it appears if anything that the 'ruling' Alicon class of Princess' is more akin to being well respected neutral mediators that serve to settle disputes between Mayors so that Equestria doesn't spiral into chaos, rather than those that make the law of the land for all Equestria. There is also that little blurb when Princess Luna made her appearance in Luna Eclipse and she carried a much stronger demeanor, and loud voice, we more associate with somepony that rules. Going on about 'Old Canterlot'. So was there a time that the Sun and Moon ruled with a more iron hoof? Politics doesn't seem to a focus the creators are all that interested in, and I don't blame them. Just my two bits.
  14. Old nursery rhymes come from a different time and usually served one of two purposes. First, they were used as a scare tactic for small children that focused on using fear to teach them to be moral and listen to adults, or else. Of course you couldn't just say that to a child, but make it a rhyme or song and they tend to learn it better. They didn't have the same mentality we do today of being nice and more positive when raising children. The second, is just the times they were created in. In those eras, saying something directly negative about one's ruler was a big no no. And they didn't quite have the internet to be hidden while giving their opinions. So they sang instead about their discontent, hiding it in rhymes. Giving it a more positive tone for the kids, while serving as a taunt to rulers. When a group of children are spinning around singing a song they think to be positive, but then all fall down 'dead' from the plague, it sends the ruler a very clear message.
  15. Thank you! I'm enjoying myself so far. Currently working on getting an appointment with the Cutie Mark Crusaders to get past this Blank Flank status.
  16. Mmm... Sounds like the thought project behind this is more along the lines of would I rather have ponies invade my universe and live with me or I invade their universe as a pony. Very interesting. Can I live in Equestria as a human? No? Becoming a pony and going to Equestria it is!
  17. That would have to go to my senior year in high school. I had moved to a different state that actually had less requirements than the school I had just left. So, I only had to take one class to meet graduation requirements. Granted, to be a high school student I had to be a full time one, so I filled up the other six classes with more fun easy ones. Also where I met my best friends who are even so to this day!
  18. Rain. All the rain. Not some of the rain, but all the rain.
